Bahraini Deputy Foreign Minister ‘Abd Allah ibn Aḥmad Āl Halīfa says that “the
Mossad is present in Bahrain as part of the security and strategic cooperation with “Israel”.
The Israeli media reported the statements of Bahraini Deputy Foreign Minister ‘Abd Allah ibn Aḥmad Āl Halīfa, who said that “the Mossad is present in Bahrain as part of the latest security and strategic cooperation with Israel”.
‘Abd Allah Āl Halīfa gave these statements a few days after the visit by the Israeli occupation’s government leader Naftali Bennet to Bahrain who met the king and the crown prince after less than 3 weeks of the visit by Gantz to Bahrain and signing a security cooperation agreement between the two sides.
The Israeli “Wallah” website described the statements of the Bahraini officials as “exceptional, public and direct”. It said that “the announcement and the candor are both very unusual”.
‘Abd Allah Āl Halīfa said that “there is an intelligence cooperation between “Israel” and Bahrain. The Mossad is in Bahrain and it is present in the region. If there was a security cooperation between Bahrain and “Israel” that can provide more security and stability so it has to happen”.
He added that “the cooperation is a security and intelligence one with “Israel” as part of our partnership and this will go on”.
The “Wallah” website pointed out that “the Iranian matter and the security cooperation were the two key aspects of Bennet’s negotiations with the king and the crown prince last week in Manama”.
The Israeli website said that “Bennet wants to implement the agreements and build a regional alliance against the Iranians and by (its members) can work together to reveal the missiles early on, also can developed a response or rue drone threats and clamp down weapons smuggling over the sea, or even more”.
During the visit Bennet said to the journalists that “the goal is to be there a network of alliances in the region. A network of stability, justice and joint handling the common challenges”.
The “Israeli Defence” website said that one other aim of Gantz visit was “to secure a maritime port in Bahrain with the aim to exploit it, or use it as an operational base for the Israeli navy forces against Iran with American participation or mediation, and with Bahraini approval”.
The Israeli media had revealed before that an officer of the Israeli army will be appointed in an official status and a permanent basis in an Arab country. That country is Bahrain, which signed the normalization of its relations with “Israel” in mid-September 2020.
An Israeli channel explained that “this officer will be a liaison officer for the American fifth fleet, which’s headquarters is in Bahrain”. Also adding that it is clear “that he will also work as a liaison officer for the security forces of the kingdom” of Bahrain.

نائب وزير الخارجية البحريني، عبد الله بن أحمد آل خليفة، يقول إن “الموساد موجود في البحرين، كجزء من التعاون مع “إسرائيل”، أمنياً واستخبارياً
نقلت وسائل إعلام إسرائيلية تصريحات لنائب وزير الخارجية البحريني، عبد الله بن أحمد آل خليفة، قال فيها إن “الموساد موجود في البحرين، كجزء من تعاون الأخيرة، أمنياً واستخبارياً، مع إسرائيل”.
وأدلى آل خليفة بهذه التصريحات، بعد أيام من زيارة رئيس حكومة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، نفتالي بينيت، للبحرين، ولقائه الملك وولي العهد، وبعد أقل من 3 أسابيع أيضاً من زيارة غانتس للبحرين، وتوقيع اتفاقية تعاون أمني بين الطرفين.
ووصف موقع “والاه” الإسرائيلي تصريحات المسؤول البحريني بـأنها “استثنائية وعلنية ومباشِرة”، وقال إن “الإعلان والصراحة هذين غير عاديَّين للغاية”.
وقال آل خليفة إن “هناك تعاوناً استخبارياً بين “إسرائيل” والبحرين.. الموساد في البحرين، وهو موجود في المنطقة. وإذا كان هذا التعاون الأمني بين البحرين و”إسرائيل” يوفّر مزيداً من الأمن والاستقرار، فيجب أن يحدث”.
وأضاف أن “التعاون، أمنياً واستخبارياً، مع “إسرائيل” جزء من شراكتنا، وهذا سيستمر”.
وأشار “والاه” إلى أن “القضية الإيرانية والتعاون الأمني قضيتان أساسيتان في محادثات بينيت مع ملك البحرين وولي العهد في الأسبوع الماضي في المنامة”.
وقال الموقع الإسرائيلي إن “بينيت يريد تنفيذ الاتفاقات وبناء تحالف إقليمي ضد الإيرانيين، يمكن أن يعمل (أعضاؤه) معاً لكشف الصواريخ مبكّراً، وتطوير رد على تهديد الطائرات من دون طيار، وإحباط تهريب الأسلحة عبر البحر، وأكثر من ذلك”.
وكان بينيت قال للصحافيين، خلال الزيارة، إن “الهدف هو تكوين شبكة من التحالفات في المنطقة؛ شبكة من الاستقرار والاعتدال والتعامل المشترك مع التحديات المشتركة”.
وكان موقع “إسرائيل ديفنس” قال إن أحد الأهداف الأخرى لزيارة غانتس، هو “تخصيص ميناء بحري في البحرين، بهدف استغلاله أو استخدامه قاعدةَ عمل لسلاح البحرية الإسرائيلية أمام إيران، بشراكة أو وساطة أميركية وموافقة بحرينية”.
وكشف الإعلام الإسرائيلي، في وقت سابق، أنه سيتم تعيين ضابط من جيش الاحتلال في منصب رسمي، بصورة دائمة في دولة عربية، هي البحرين التي وقّعت تطبيع علاقتها مع “إسرائيل”، في منتصف أيلول/سبتمبر 2020.
وأوضحت القناة الإسرائيلية أنّ “هذا الضابط سيكون ضابط اتصال بالأسطول الأميركي الخامس، الذي يوجد مقرّ قيادته في البحرين”، مضيفة أن من الواضح “أنه سيعمل أيضاً ضابطَ اتصال بالقوات الأمنية لمملكة” البحرين
