Director of the Russian Reconciliation Center belonging to the Russian Ministry of Defense, Oleg Zhuravlyov announced that 27 armed men surrounded themselves to the Syrian Army.

According to the “Central War Media” site on Telegraph Zhuravlyov accounted that the surrendered armed men reported that they have received training by American experts on how to carry out attacks and how to sabotage oil and gas installations and infrastructure in areas under control by the Syrian Army.
Zhuravlyov said in a press communique: “according to the testimonies of the members of the armed groups, who now joined the governmental forces, the Americans provided them weapons and vehicles. Also, they received training by trainers from the United States on how to sabotage the oil gas and transportation infrastructure and to form terrorist organizations in areas under the control of the governmental Syrian forces”.
Zhuravlyov pointed out that “on the night between the 13th and the 14th of April a group of armed people, who were trained in the Americans [military] base near the ar-Rukbān refugee camp, trained to leave the area of at-Tanaf”.
He added that “the armed people decided to surrender themselves to the governmental forces and to return to the peaceful life, but at the boundary of the security zone with the length of 55 kilometers a group of radical gangs calling themselves “Maġāwīr at–Tawra [The fearsome of the revolution]” being supported by the United States attacked them”.
He continued that “in a result of the clashes the armed men lost 3 trucks, and 27 men managed to escape. They are presently in Tadmur under the protection of the Syrian Army”.
He revealed that they “gave up tens of small arms, including rockets and heavy machine guns, including weapons manufactured in Western countries”.

وحسب موقع “الاعلام الحربي المركزي” على التليغرام، اضاف جوراليف ان المسلحين المستسلمين أفادوا بأنهم تلقوا تدريبا على يد مدربين أمريكيين، لتنفيذ هجمات وتخريب على مواقع النفط والغاز وكذلك البنية التحتية لمواقع تحت سيطرة الجيش السوري
وقال جوراليف في إحاطة إعلامية: “وفقا لشهادات أعضاء الجماعات المسلحة الذين انضموا للقوات الحكومية، فإن الأمريكيين قدموا لهم أسلحة وعربات، ودربهم مدربون من الولايات المتحدة على تخريب البنى التحتية للنفط والغاز والنقل وتنظيم أعمال إرهابية في الأراضي الخاضعة لسيطرة القوات الحكومية السورية
وأشار جوراليف إلى إنه “في ليلة 13-14 أبريل/نيسان، حاولت مجموعة من المسلحين الذين تدربوا في قاعدة الجيش الأمريكي بالقرب من مخيم الركبان مغادرة منطقة التنف
وأضاف أن “المسلحين قرروا الاستسلام للقوات الحكومية والعودة إلى الحياة السلمية، ولكن على حدود المنطقة الأمنية التي يبلغ طولها 55 كيلومتراً، هاجمتهم مجموعة من العصابات المتطرفة ما تسمى “مغاوير الثورة”، المدعومة من قبل الولايات المتحدة
وتابع: “نتيجة الاشتباك فقد المقاتلون 3 شاحنات، وتمكن 27 شخصا من الفرار، وهم حاليا في تدمر تحت حماية الجيش السوري
وكشف أنهم “سلموا عشرات الأسلحة الصغيرة بما فيها قذائف صاروخية ورشاشات ثقيلة بينها أسلحة مصنعة في دول غربية
