While the opposition stresses that he lost its legitimacy and is not a personal universally accepted, the list to revoke confidence from the Speaker of the Parliament Rāšid al-Ġannūšī falls apart and the latter considers this a victory.
It seems that the turmoil and the lack of stability is the faith of the Tunisian Parliament, as there is no session without there being a row, accusations and struggles between the parliamentary factions, the last of which is the reaction of the opposition MPs, who considered Rāšid al-Ġannūšī having lost his legitimacy as the Speaker of the Parliament, though the list to revoke confidence from him has collapsed, and they vowed that they “will continue their struggle to change the course of action”.
Officially Speaker of the Parliament Rāšid al-Ġannūšī will continue his duties at the head of the Parliament, after only 97 MPs voted in favor of revoking confidence from him in the open session of the Parliament today, Thursday.
Ṭāriq al-Fatītī, Second Deputy of the Speaker of the House announced that the number of casted votes was 133, from which 18 was canceled, 2 were blank and 97 votes were for revoking the confidence, while 16 MPs were against the list.
Right after the session voting on revoking confidence from him Speaker of the Parliament Rāšid al-Ġannūšī in a press statement considered the victory as a “victory for the Tunisian democracy”.
Al-Ġannūšī also expressed his thanks “to all who took part in this battle… battle of the Tunisian democracy”.
Thought be the result of the vote Rāšid al-Ġannūšī remains at the head of the parliament, the MPs of the opposition believed that al-Ġannūšī “has lost his legitimacy and is not a common and agreed upon personal anymore”.
In this context president of the Democratic faction Hišām al-‘Ağabūnī believed that al-Ġannūšī “has lost his support and his legitimacy at as the head of the parliament, considering the number of voters in favor of revoking confidence from him”.
On his own right a Muṣṭafā ibn Aḥmad president of the a “Taḥiyyā Tūnis” faction said that the Speaker of the Parliament “lost a great deal of his legitimacy and is not a person agreed upon, who would be capable of uniting the legal institutions”.
He added that “the MPs expressed their opinions will full democracy and free will, despite the many pressures”, pointing out that “the result is very positive after the majority has collapsed, which gave trust in the beginning of the legislative term”.
On his own right president of the “Iṣlāḥ [Reform] Faction” Ḥassūna an-Nāṣifī expressed his amazement on “the way a number of MPs voted against the list of revoking confidence from al-Ġannūšī” explaining that representatives “have broken this promises and chose to hide, for which they take responsibility”. He added that “this message falls back on them”.
An-Nāṣifī confirmed that “the path of change will continue after the parliamentary holiday, either with al-Ġannūšī, or someone else as Speaker of the Parliament .”
An-Nāṣifī expressed his thanks to the 89 MPs, who “did not break their promise and to those MPs, who joined them”, pointing out that they “will form a circle in the Parliament to work for the future”.
President of the “Free Dustūrī Party” ‘Abīr Mūsī considered the press statement by the an-Nahḍa Movement as “it took part in the falsification maneuver to save the Speaker of the Parliament Rāšid al-Ġannūšī”.
Mūsī added that: “Certain sides did not commit to what was agreed upon, in addition to some confirmed ballots were cancelled, which would have caused a change in the vote”. She stressed that al-Ġannūšī “stayed as a fruit of treachery, and he is not someone agreed upon”.
Mūsī also said: “we arrived to a division between those rejecting al-Ġannūšī and those who accept him. That is a victory for us against the Muslim Brotherhood faction”.
The list to revoke confidence from Rāšid al-Ġannūšī has collapsed, which had its result on certain parties as well, as today, on Thursday representative Līlīā bil-Layl in a post on her official “Facebook” page announced her resignation from the “Qalb Tūnis” party and its parliamentary faction.
Bil-Layl has confirmed that pressures and threat were used against me about taking the decision to revoke confidence from al-Ġannūšī as Speaker of the Parliament”.
الغنوشي يواصل مهامه على رأس البرلمان التونسي والمعارضة تؤكد فقدانه للشرعية

بينما تصرّ المعارضة على أنّه فاقد للشرعيّة ولم يعد شخصيّة توافقية جامعة، لائحة سحب الثقة من رئيس مجلس النواب راشد الغنوشي تسقط، والأخير يعتبر ذلك انتصاراً.
يبدو أن التوتر وعدم الاستقرار هو قدر البرلمان التونسي، إذ لا تمر جلسة عامة دون أن تكون هناك مناكفات واتهامات وصراعات بين الكتل البرلمانيّة، آخرها ردة فعل نواب المعارضة الذين اعتبروا أن راشد الغنوشي فقد شرعيته كرئيس للبرلمان التونسي، رغم إسقاط لائحة سحب الثقة منه، وأكدوا أنهم “سيواصلون النضال من أجل تغيير المسار”.
يواصل رئيس مجلس النواب راشد الغنوشي رسمياً مهامه على رأس البرلمان، وذلك بعد تصويت 97 نائباً فقط على سحب الثقة منه في الجلسة العامة للبرلمان اليوم الخميس.
وكان النائب الثاني لرئيس البرلمان طارق الفتيتي، أعلن أن عدد الأصوات المصرّح بها 133 صوتاً، منها 18 ورقة ملغاة و2 ورقة بيضاء و97 صوت مع سحب الثقة، في حين صوّت 16 نائباً ضد اللائحة.
وعقب انتهاء حلسة التصويت على سحب الثقة منه، اعتبر رئيس مجلس نواب الشعب راشد الغنوشي في تصريح صحفي، أن هذا الانتصار “انتصار للديمقراطية التونسيّة”.
كما تقدم الغنوشي بالشكر “لكل من شارك في هذه الملحمة.. ملحمة الديمقراطيّة التونسيّة”.
رغم أن نتيجة التصويت تبقي راشد الغنوشي على رأس البرلمان، فإنّ نواب المعارضة اعتبروا أن الغنوشي “قد فقد شرعيته ولم يعد الشخصية الجامعة والتوافقية”.
وفي هذا السياق، اعتبر رئيس الكتلة الديمقراطية هشام العجبوني، أنّ الغنوشي “فقد أهليته ومشروعيته على رأس البرلمان نظراً لعدد المصوّتين مع لائحة سحب الثقة منه”.
من جانبه، قال رئيس كتلة “تحيا تونس” مصطفى بن أحمد، إنّ رئيس البرلمان “فقد الكثير من شرعيته ولم يعد شخصيّة توافقيّة قادرة على الجمع في المؤسسة التشريعيّة”.
وأضاف أنّ “النواب عبّروا على مواقفهم بكل ديمقراطيّة وإرادة حرة رغم عديد الضغوط”، مشيراً إلى أن “النتيجة إيجابيّة جداً بعد تدحرج الأغلبيّة التي منحته الثقة في بداية الدورة النيابية”.
من جهته، عبّر رئيس “كتلة الإصلاح” حسونة الناصفي عن استغرابه من “طريقة تصويت عدد من النواب على لائحة سحب الثقة من الغنوشي”، موضحاً أنّ نواباً “أخلفوا تعهداتهم واختاروا أن يختبئوا وأن لا يتحمّلوا مسؤولياتهم”، مضيفاً ”هذه رسالة مضمونة الوصول إليهم”.
كما أكد الناصفي أنّ “مسار التغيير سيتواصل بعد العطلة البرلمانيّة، سواء كان الغنوشي رئيس البرلمان أو غيره”.
وعبّر الناصفي عن شكره للـ89 نائباً الذين “لم يخلفوا عهودهم، والنواب الذين انضافوا إليهم”، مشيرا إلى أنّهم “سيشكّلون حلقة في البرلمان للبناء من أجل المستقبل”.
رئيسة كتلة “الحزب الدستوري الحر” عبير موسي، اعتبرت في تصريح إعلامي أن كتلة النهضة “شاركت في عملية التزوير لانقاد رئيس البرلمان راشد الغنوشي”.
وأضافت موسي: “جهات معيّنة لم تلتزم بما تمّ الاتفاق عليه، إضافةً الى إزالة بعض الأوراق المعتمدة والتي كانت ستحدث الفارق في التصويت”، مشددةً على أنّ الغنوشي “بقي نتيجة ثمرة خيانة وهو ليس مجمع”.
كما قالت موسي: “نحن دفعنا إلى الفرز بين رافض للغنوشي وبين قابل له، وهذا انتصار حقيقي لنا ضد كتلة الإخوان”.
إسقاط لائحة سحب الثقة من راشد الغنوشي كان له انعكاس أيضاً على بعض الأحزاب، اذ أعلنت اليوم الخميس النائب ليليا بالليل، في تدوينة على صفحتها الرسميّة على “فيسبوك”، عن إستقالتها من حزب “قلب تونس” وكتلته في البرلمان.
وأكدت بالليل أن “ضغوطات وهرسلة مورست ضدي في علاقة باتخاذي لقرار التصويت مع سحب الثقة من الغنوشي من على رأس البرلمان
