The Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the recent statements of the American special envoy to Syria James Jeffrey about Syria counts as a confession of responsibility by the United States for the sufferings, pointing out that the increase of the sanctions is yet another form of open war against Syria after it repelled the plan of aggression for the continued losses for its agents made up of terrorist groups.

The confession of crime that the United States committed against the Syria people by what is known as the Caesar Act came literally from the American envoy to Syria James Jeffrey, who was showing off in front of full room that his country caused the down roll spiral of the Syrian currency in light of the measures taken by the United States within the “Caesar” Act.
The Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs described the recent statements of Jeffrey as admissions of responsibility of the United States for the sufferings of the Syrian people pointing out that the increase of the sanctions is yet another form of open war against Syria after it repelled the plan of aggression for the continued losses for its agents made up of terrorist groups.
The Syrian Foreign Ministry viewed that the statements of Jeffrey once again confirm that the America looks at the region by Israeli eyes since the demands Jeffrey talks about are the old demands of Israel renewed to impose its control over the region.
The American administration and its envoy know well that the sanctions against Syria are beyond their direct aims, and they act as a gateway to fulfill its defined political goals… That is why Jeffrey had talked about a deal to Damascus and advised President Baššār al-Asad to accept it.
The American deal – as Jeffrey said it – concentrates on seeing Syria changing its behavior and its political standings in exchange for letting the country out of its present crisis and keeping the present Syrian leadership at power.
The American deal confirms once again that Washington was using the so-called opposition as a card ready to give it up at any second… The deal is just as much a clear proof for the United States standing behind the economic crisis, from which the Syria people suffer…. Finally, the deal calls upon Damascus to change its behavior, or in other words to let is an alliance with Iran and the Ḥizb Allah go and renounce the Palestinian groups by deporting them from Damascus, and the matter should end with a certain settlement with the Israeli entity.

قالت وزارة الخارجية السورية ان تصريحات المبعوث الأمريكي إلى سورية جيمس جيفري الأخيرة بشان سورية تشكل اعترافا بمسؤولية الولايات المتحدة عن معاناة السوريين مشيرة إلى ان تشديد العقوبات هو الوجه الآخر للحرب المعلنة على سورية بعد ترنح المشروع العدواني أمام الهزائم المتتالية لأدواته من المجموعات الإرهابية
إعتراف بالجريمة التي إرتكبتها الولايات المتحدة بحق الشعب السورية من خلال ما يعرف بقانون قيصر جاء على لسان المبعوث الأميركي لسورية جيمس جيفري الذي تفاخر أمام الملأ بأن بلاده هي من تسببت بانهيار قيمة العملة السورية على ضوء الإجراءات التي اتخذتها الولايات المتحدة ضمن قانون ‘قيصر

الخارجية السورية اعتبرت أن تصريحات جيفري تؤكد مجدداً أن امريكا تنظر الى المنطقة بعيون إسرائيلية، لأن المطالب التي يتحدث عنها جيفري هي مطالب اسرائيلية قديمة متجددة لفرض سيطرتها على المنطقة
الإدارة الأمريكية ومبعوثها إلى سورية يدركان جيداً أن العقوبات على سورية ليست هدفا بحد ذاتها، وإنما مدخلا لتحقيق أهداف سياسية محددة.. لذلك فقد تحدث جيفري أيضاً عن ما أسماه عرضا لدمشق وأنه نصح الرئيس بشار الأسد بقبوله
العرض الأميركي – وكما يقول جيفري – يرتكز على أن تشهد سورية تغييرا في سلوكها وموقفها السياسي مقابل إخراج البلد من أزمته الحالية وبقاء القيادة السورية الحالية في سدة الحكم
والعرض الأميركي يؤكد مرة أخرى على أن واشنطن كانت تستخدم ما تسمى بالمعارضة كورقة على استعداد للتخلي عنها في أي لحظة.. كما إن العرض دليل واضح على وقوف الولايات المتحدة خلف الأزمة الأقتصادية التي يعاني منها الشعب السوري.. وأخيراً فإن العرض يدعو دمشق إلى تغيير سلوكها أي بمعنى تخليها عن التحالف مع إيران وحزب الله وتخليها عن الفصائل الفلسطينية عبر طردها من دمشق وقد ينتهي الأمر إلى الأنخراط في تسوية معينة مع الكيان الإسرائيلي
