Sources of al-Mayadeen net confirm that the Turkish army started to dismantle the observation towers in the ninth post being under siege in the city of Mūrak in Northern Ḥamā and sources point out that the Turkish soldiers started to dismantle the logistical equipment in the region.

The sources pointed out that the ninth post witnesses heavy movement inside by the Turkish soldiers inside, as they are dismantling the logistical equipment and aside from that they are filling the tanks of the vehicles and taking out the shells from the storage.
It has also been confirmed that the eviction will happen with Russian supervision towards southern Idlib countryside, and from there to areas under the control of the armed groups without any further information whether other posts of the Turkish army will follow the extraction operation of the ninth post.
In this context, the Turkish army mobilized its soldiers along the Aleppo-Latakia highway with the arrival of additional forces to the post of an-Nayrab in Eastern Idlib.
In August 2019 the Syrian Army managed to liberate the city of Mūrak with Russian air cover from the armed men of the “an-Nuṣra Front” and its allies, which immediately resulted that the Turkish observation post in the city came under siege.
The city of Mūrak lays along the M5 Aleppo-Ḥamā highway some 30 kilometers north of the city of Ḥamā and to the same distance south from the city of Ma‘rat an-Nu‘mān, which was liberated by the Syrian Army in January at the same year.
Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar had previously claimed that the retreat of the Turkish forces from the observation posts in the “de-escalation zone” in Idlib province is unfounded and not up to negotiations.

قالت مصادر الميادين نت، إن الجيش التركي بدأ بتفكيك أبراج المراقبة المنتشرة في النقطة التاسعة المحاصرة في مدينة مورك شمال حماة
وأشارت المصادر إلى أن النقطة التاسعة تشهد تحركاً كثيفاً داخلها يظهر فيها الجنود الأتراك وهم يقومون بتفكيك المعدات اللوجستية، إلى جانب ملأ خزانات وقود العربات وإفراغ الذخائر من المستودعات
كما، أكدت المصادر أن عملية الإخلاء ستتم بإشراف روسي باتجاه ريف إدلب الجنوبي ومنها إلى مناطق سيطرة الجماعات المسلحة، دون معلومات إضافية، فيما إذ سيتبع عملية إخلاء النقطة التاسعة نقاط أخرى محاصرة للجيش التركي
وفي السياق، استنفر الجيش التركي جنوده على الأوتستراد الدولي حلب اللاذقية، مع وصول قوات إضافية إلى نقطة النيرب شرق إدلب
وفي آب/أغسطس 2019، تمكن الجيش السوري بغطاء جوي روسي من تطهير مدينة مورك من مسلحي “جبهة النصرة” وحلفائه، ما أسفر تلقائياً عن محاصرة نقطة المراقبة التركية في المدينة
وتقع مدينة مورك على الطريق الدولي (حماة – حلب/ M5)، وإلى الشمال من مدينة حماة بنحو 30 كيلومتراً ومثلها إلى الجنوب من مدينة معرة النعمان التي حررها الجيش السوري في كانون الثاني/يناير من العام الجاري
