The Syrian Democratic Forces announce that it clashed with factions that belong to the governmental forces in the region of Dayr Ḥāfir in Aleppo and holds Damascus responsible for this behavior.

On Monday the Syrian Democratic Forces announced that it clashed with factions belonging to the government forces and blocked their attack against positions at al-Imām village in the region of Dayr Ḥāfir in Aleppo.
The Qasad explained that the forces of the government carried out attacks against 4 of its positions in the region adding: “We confirm that our forces are today more ready than any time before to use its right for legal respond with full force”.
It held Damascus responsible for this behavior pointing out that its forces “used its right to block the attack and responded to it as necessary to defend its positions and its troops”. Thus according to their claim.
On Sunday Qasad responded to what it stated as “the media and communications department of the Syrian government’s defense ministry”, about its forces suffering attacks by it, expressing that rejects their statements, pointing out that what is happening is “totally the opposite”, as it says that so called “non compliant factions working in the ranks of the government forces continuing to provoke them and their repeated attacks against the contact positions at Dayr Ḥāfir”, in the southeast of Aleppo Province.

أعلنت قوات سوريا الديمقراطية أنها اشتبكت، اليوم الاثنين، مع فصائل تابعة لقوات حكومية وتصدت. لهجومها على نقاطها في قرية “الإمام” في منطقة دير حافر في حلب.
وأوضحت “قسد” أن القوات التابعة للحكومة نفذت هجمات على. 4 من مواقعها في المنطقة، مضيفة: “نؤكد أن قواتنا مستعدة اليوم أكثر من أي وقت مضى لاستخدام حقها في الرد المشروع بكل قوة”.
وحمّلت دمشق مسؤولية هذا التصرف، مشيرةً إلى أن قواتها “استخدمت حقها في التصدي للهجوم… وردت. عليه بما يلزم دفاعاً عن مواقعها ومقاتليها”، بحسب زعمها.
