Head of the “National Unity” government in Libya says that the spread of poverty, organized crime and migration represent a threat to all states of the Sahel region and the Sahara. He called upon the Libyan youth and the youth of the Sahel and Sahara region to increase their efforts in construction and not in destruction.

Head of the “National Unity” government in Libya ‘Abd al-Ḥamīd ad-Dabība confirmed that “there is no stability without national reconciliation and no progress without peace in Libya”.
During the works of the congress of the youth and sports ministers of the Sahel and Sahara region block in the capital Tripoli, he called upon the Libyan youth and the youth of the Sahel and Sahara region block to “increase their efforts in construction and not in destruction”.
He added: “we have presented an initiative in the crisis of Sudan to end the war and the fighting, as the effects of war there has an affect on the whole region”.
Ad-Dabība also pointed out that “the spread of poverty, organized crime and migration all form a threat to the states of the Sahel and the Sahara region”.
The Chinese companies confirm their will to restart their works in Libya
In another context Libyan Minister of Economy and Trade Muḥammad al-Ḥawīğ with Chinese charge d’affaires in Libya Liu Jian has discussed the enhancing of economic and trade relations between the two countries.
Al-Ḥawīğ instructed the administrations in concern at the ministry to provide support for the Chinese companies and to solve the confusion and difficulties these might encounter restarting their works and fulfilling the investment projects.
On the other hand Liu Jian confirmed the will of the Chinese companies to restart their works in Libya and to contribute to the implementation of the investment projects and organizing official visits and bilateral meetings including the businessmen and the chambers of commerce and the joint committees.
Al-Bā‘ūr discusses the enhanced economic cooperation with Japan
Also the official tasked with executive operation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation aṭ-Ṭāhir al-Bā‘ūr met with Greek ambassador in Libya Shimura Izura with the participation of the Director of the Asian and Australian Department at the Libyan Foreign Ministry.
The Libyan Foreign Ministry mentioned in a post on its Facebook account that “the meeting included reassurances about the importance of bilateral relations and the increase of the current cooperation relations in various fields, most important among them being the economic cooperation between the two friendly nations.
Also al-Bā‘ūr has also met with a delegation from Serbia and discussed the strengthening of relations between the two countries.
The two sides confirmed the importance of “moving forward to strengthen the joint cooperation relations in all fields, especially in the fields of the economy, health and education, to serve the joint interests between Libya and Serbia”.
During this visit it has been officially announced that the Serbian embassy shall be reopened and its work returns to Tripoli.

أكد رئيس حكومة “الوحدة الوطنية” في ليبيا، عبد الحميد الدبيبة، أنه “لا يوجد استقرار من دون مصالحة وطنيّة ولا تنمية دون سلام في ليبيا”.
ودعا، خلال انطلاق فعاليات اجتماع وزراء الشباب والرياضة لتجمع دول الساحل والصحراء في العاصمة طرابلس، الشباب الليبي وشباب تجمع دول الساحل والصحراء إلى “تكريس جهودهم في البناء وليس الحروب”.
وأضاف: “بادرنا في أزمة السودان للمطالبة بإنهاء الحرب والاقتتال وتداعيات الحرب فيها تؤثر على المنطقة ككل”.
كما أشار الدبيبة إلى أنّ “انتشار الفقر والجريمة المنظمة والهجرة تمثل تحديات لدول الساحل والصحراء”.
الشركات الصينية تؤكد رغبتها باستئناف عملها في ليبيا
وفي سياق آخر، بحث وزير الاقتصاد والتجارة الليبي، محمد الحويج، مع القائم بالأعمال الصيني لدى ليبيا، ليو جيان، تعزيز العلاقات الاقتصادية والتجارية بين البلدين.
كما ناقش الجانبان، خلال لقاء عقد بطرابلس، تفعيل ودعم مجلس أصحاب الأعمال الليبي-الصيني حتى يُساعد في تسهيل عمل القطاع الخاص، وتعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي والتجاري، وتبادل الزيارات، وتشكيل لجان تعاون مشتركة بالبلدين.
وقد أمر الحويج الإدارات المختصة في الوزارة تقديم التسهيلات للشركات الصينية وحلحلة المشاكل والعقبات التي تواجهها في استئناف عملها واستكمال المشاريع الاستثمارية.
في المقابل، أكد ليو جيان رغبة الشركات الصينية باستئناف عملها في ليبيا، والمساهمة في تنفيذ مشاريع استثمارية وتنظيم زيارات رسمية ولقاءات ثنائية تضم أصحاب الأعمال والغرف التجارية والغرف المشتركة.
الباعور يبحث تعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي مع اليابان
كذلك، التقى المسؤول المكلف بتسيير أعمال وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي، الطاهر الباعور، سفير اليابان لدى ليبيا، شيمورا إيزورا، بحضور مدير إدارة آسيا وأستراليا في وزارة الخارجية الليبية.
وذكرت الخارجية الليبية في منشور على صفحتها في “فايسبوك” أن “اللقاء تضمن التأكيد على أهمية تعزيز العلاقات الثنائية وزيادة علاقات التعاون القائمة في مختلف المجالات، وعلى رأسها التعاون الاقتصادي بين البلدين الصديقين
كذلك، بحث الباعور مع وفد من دولة صربيا تعزيز العلاقات بين البلدين
وأكد الطرفان على أهمية “الدفع باتجاه تعزيز علاقات التعاون المشترك في شتى المجالات ولا سيما في مجال الاقتصاد والصحة والتعليم، وذلك بما يخدم المصالح المشتركة بين ليبيا وصربيا
وتم خلال هذه الزيارة الإعلان الرسمي عن استئناف السفارة الصربية وعودتها للعمل من طرابلس
