Official spokesman of the Iranian Judicial Authority Aṣġar Ğahāngīr announces the final numbers of the Israeli aggression against the country and explains that Iran had faced an attack against its internal security along with the military attack.

Official spokesman of the Iranian Judicial Authority Aṣġar Ğahāngīr announced that 935 martyrs, including 38 children and 102 women, a number of them pregnant lost their lives. That is according to the final statistics that has been revealed regarding the Israeli aggression against the country.
Ğahāngīr confirmed in a press conference on Monday that the Occupation with the direct support from the United States “spilled the blood of around thousand Iranian citizens, explaining that the intervention of Washington is the most definite proof of the incapacity of the Occupation.
Ğahāngīr pointed out that the funerary process of 60 martyrs of the leaders, scientists, children and other innocent civilians in Tehran once again showed that “this nation is brave and does not give up the field, does not bargain with its dignity opposing the enemies’ plans”.
The Judicial Authority swiftly entered the field
About the implications of the aggression against the internal security, Ğahāngīr underlined that the Judicial Authority swiftly entered the field, immediately after the attack took place, based on the instructions of the Director of the Judicial Authority, and definite measures were taken against the traitors, agents and spies.
He explained that the Occupation did not restrict itself to the military aggression, but it also tried to attack the internal security by a network of enemies and spies with the aim of causing chaos and destruction.
Ğahāngīr confirmed that these plans had failed due to the systematic measures by the judicial and security authorities, pointing out that swift instructions were given to form special tribunals in various provinces to uproot the treasonous elements and to start to uproot the virtual accounts linked to the Occupation. Ğahāngīr criticized the silence applied by the international organizations, posing the question: “Where are the claims for human rights? Where are their reports? Why didn’t they step up to form investigative committees, or did not send fact finding missions?”
Ğahāngīr closed his speech by confirming that the Islamic Republic of Iran is committed to continue to deal with this criminal and inhumane act on the international forums.

أعلن المتحدّث باسم السلطة القضائية الإيرانية، أصغر جهانغير، ارتقاء 935 شهيداً، بينهم 38 طفلاً و102 امرأة. بينهن عدد من الحوامل، في حصيلة نهائية ممن تمّ التعرّف إليهم في العدوان الإسرائيلي على البلاد.
وأكد جهانغير، في مؤتمر صحافي اليوم الاثنين، أنّ الاحتلال وبدعم مباشر من الولايات. المتحدة “سفك دماء قرابة ألف مواطن إيراني، موضحاً أنّ دخول واشنطن ما هو إلّا دليل على عجز الاحتلال.
ولفت جهانغير إلى أنّ مراسم تشييع 60 شهيداً من القادة والعلماء والأطفال والمواطنين. الأبرياء في طهران، أظهرت مجدّداً أنّ “هذا شعب شجاع، لا يتخلى عن الساحة ولا يساوم على كرامته أمام مخططات الأعداء”.
السلطة القضائية دخلت الميدان بسرعة
على صعيد تداعيات العدوان على الأمن الداخلي، شدّد جهانغير على أن السلطة القضائية. دخلت الميدان بسرعة فور وقوع الهجوم، بناءً على تعليمات رئيس السلطة القضائية، وتم اتخاذ إجراءات حاسمة ضد الخونة والعملاء والجواسيس.
وأوضح أن الاحتلال لم يكتفِ بالعدوان العسكري، بل حاول. استهداف الأمن الداخلي من خلال شبكة من المعادين والجواسيس، بغية خلق الفوضى والتخريب.
وأكد جهانغير بأنّ هذه المخططات فشلت بفضل الإجراءات المحكمة من قبل الأجهزة. القضائية والأمنية، مشيراً إلى أنّه تمّ إصدار أوامر عاجلة بتشكيل شعب قضائية خاصة في مختلف المحافظات لملاحقة العناصر. الخائنة، والبدء في ملاحقة الحسابات الافتراضية المرتبطة بالاحتلال، بالتعاون مع الأجهزة الأمنية المختصة.
ونوّه بالدور الكبير للشعب في إفشال هذه التهديدات، قائلاً إنّ “الوعي الشعبي. والتعاون غير المسبوق مع الأجهزة القضائية أسهما في تزويد السلطات بمعلومات مهمة، أدّت إلى اعتقال العديد من العملاء والعناصر التخريبية”.
العدوان على سجن “إيفين” انتهاك للقانون الدولي
أمّا بشأن العدوان الإسرائيلي على سجن “إيفين”، فأكد جهانغير أنّ ذلك جريمة. واضحة وانتهاك صارخ لكلّ المبادئ الإنسانية وقوانين حقوق الإنسان.
وذكّر أنّ السجون والسجناء يتمتعون بحماية خاصة بموجب القانون. الدولي، خصوصاً القانون الدولي الإنساني، مشيراً إلى أنّ استهدافهم يُعدّ خرقاً فادحاً للقوانين الدولية.
وانتقد جهانغير الصمت المطبق من المؤسسات الدولية، متسائلاً: “أين دعاة حقوق. الإنسان؟ أين تقاريرهم؟ لماذا لم يتحرّكوا لتشكيل لجان تحقيق أو إرسال بعثات لتقصّي الحقائق”؟
