The Israeli “army” announces the beginning of a “limited” land operation in Southern Lebanon with the aim of what it called as “strengthening the forward defenses and dismantling the military infrastructure of Ḥizb Allah”.

On Monday the “army” of the Israeli Occupation announced the beginning of a “limited” land operation against the positions of Ḥizb Allah in Southern Lebanon with the aim of “strengthening the forward defenses and to dismantle the military infrastructure”.
It stated that the “the forces of the 91st Brigade during the last few days started land activities targeting vital positions in Southern Lebanon”.
On its behalf the Israeli Channel 13 warned about the beginning of a large scale land operation in Southern Lebanon, pointing out that these provide the Ḥizb Allah many targets of the Israeli “army” trying to strike them.
On the ground for several days the Occupation’s “army” tries to progress in Southern Lebanon at a time when the fighters of Ḥizb Allah continue to confront the continued Israeli attempts to invade, especially at the strategic axis of the town of al-Hiyam. There the Resistance conducts fierce clashes at “point blank range” using light and midrange weapons and mortar shells. These have led to losses within the ranks of the Israeli forces.
This newest land attempt came after the Occupation repeatedly failed to consolidate new positions for itself at the border. At the same time Ḥizb Allah intensifies its missile and suicide drone strikes targeting the concentrations of the soldiers, the barracks and the northern settlements some of them reaching “Tel Aviv”. That puts the Israeli forces under direct pressure to bleed out at the forward villages that have been turned into the “hunting ground” for the occupying soldiers and their vehicles.
The Israeli plan
On its behalf the Israeli Channel 14 revealed that there are talks about a number of military positions the Israeli “army” will make deployment positions for themselves in Southern Lebanon, which are not less than 18 positions.
It added that the plan that has been revealed by the permission of the military censorship states that security ministry would build 13 additional positions added to the 5 currently existing positions all along the border from Syria until the sea in the Western section. It was pointed out that the goal is reach a final stage changing the security situation all along the border.
It pointed out that there are talks about eliminating the danger of short range missiles that can range between zero and four kilometers.

أعلن “جيش” الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، اليوم الاثنين، عن بدء عملية برية “محدودة” ضد مواقع لحزب الله في جنوب لبنان، بهدف “تعزيز الدفاعات الأمامية، وتفكيك البنى التحتية العسكرية”.
وقال إن “قوات الفرقة 91 بدأت خلال الأيام الأخيرة نشاطاً برياً يستهدف مواقع رئيسية في جنوب لبنان
بدورها، حذّرت القناة “13” الإسرائيلية من بدء عملية برية واسعة في جنوب لبنان، مشيرة إلى أنها ستمنح حزب الله الكثير من الأهداف التابعة لـ”الجيش” الإسرائيلي ليحاول ضربها.
ميدانياً، ومنذ أيام يحاول “جيش” الاحتلال التقدّم في جنوب لبنان، في وقتٍ يواصل فيه مقاتلو حزب الله التصدّي لمحاولات التوغّل الإسرائيلية المستمرة ولا سيما عند محور بلدة الخيام الاستراتيجي؛ حيث يخوض المقاومون اشتباكات عنيفة من “مسافة صفر” مستخدمين الأسلحة الخفيفة والمتوسطة والقذائف الصاروخية، ما أسفر عن خسائر في صفوف القوات الإسرائيلية
وتأتي هذه المحاولة البرية الجديدة بعد فشل الاحتلال المتكرّر تثبيت نقاط جديدة له عند الحدود، وبالتزامن مع تكثيف حزب الله لضرباته الصاروخية ومسيّراته الانقضاضية التي تستهدف تجمّعات الجنود في الثكنات والمستوطنات الشمالية ويصل بعضها إلى “تل أبيب”، وهو ما يضع القوات الإسرائيلية تحت ضغط الاستنزاف المباشر في القرى الأمامية التي تحوّلت إلى “مصيدة” لجنود الاحتلال وآلياته
المخطط الإسرائيلي
بدورها كشفت “القناة 14” الإسرائيلية أنه يجري الحديث عن عدد من المواقع العسكرية التي سيعمل “الجيش” الإسرائيلي على إقامتها في جنوب لبنان، ما لا يقلّ عن 18 موقعاً.
وأضافت أنّ الخطة التي كُشف عنها بموافقة الرقابة العسكرية تقضي بأن تقوم وزارة الأمن ببناء 13 موقعاً إضافياً يضاف إلى الـ5 مواقع الموجودة حالياً، على امتداد خط الحدود بالكامل، من الحدود مع سوريا وحتى البحر في القطاع الغربي، لافتة إلى أنّ الهدف أن تكون المرحلة الختامية تغيير الواقع الأمني على طول خط الحدود.
وأشارت إلى أنه يجري الحديث عن إزالة تهديد الصواريخ القصيرة المدى، التي يتراوح مداها بين صفر وأربعة كيلومترات
