Despite the announcement of the construction works only a week ago special sources of the al-‘Ālam channel reported that the American troops currently stopped their work building the ‘Ayn Dīwār Base close to the city of al-Mālikiyya in rural al-Ḥasaka.

The sources added that the engineering vehicles, the caterpillars, and the trucks were transported to a special vehicle shelter in the city of al-Mālikiyya. It was pointed out that the instructions for the American side to halt operations came without mentioning the reason.
The sources also said that at the other side of the border at the opposing positions of the American ‘Ayn Dīwār Base the Turkish forces dismantled the cement walls and withdrew from its positions also without knowing the reason.
It should be mentioned that the American forces were bragging about building the ‘Ayn Dīwār Base, which is a new base in rural al-Ḥasaka. This counts to be the second for them in less than a month in this region.
At the end of last month, the American forces announced setting up a base close to the “Tall ‘Allū” silos at the “al-Ya‘rubiyya” region in the eastern part of al-Ḥasaka province. They also erected a new military airport to their base at the area of the “al-‘Umar oilfield” in the eastern region of Dayr az-Zūr province.

رغم مباشرة اعمال الانشاء منذ اسبوع فقط، افاد مصدر خاص لقناة العالم ان القوات الامريكية اوقفت العمل حاليا ببناء قاعدة عين ديوار التابعة لمدينة المالكية بريف الحسكة
واضاف المصدر انه تم نقل الاليات الهندسية ومعدات الحفر والشاحنات الى مرأب خاص بالاليات في مدينة المالكية، لافتا ان تعليمات الجانب الامريكي بايقاف العمل جاء دون ذكر اسباب
وقال المصدر ايضا على الجانب الاخر من الحدود و في النقاط المتقابلة لمقر القاعدة الامريكية بعين ديوار، ازالت القوات التركية السواتر الاسمنتية وانسحبت من نقاط تواجدها ايضا دون معرفة الاسباب
يذكر ان القوات الأمريكية باشرت في إنشاء قاعدة عين ديوار وهي قاعدة جديدة في ريف الحسكة، وتعتبر الثانية لها خلال أقل من شهر في تلك المنطقة
وفي نهاية الشهر الماضي باشرت القوات الأمريكية بإنشاء قاعدة لها قرب “تل علو” في منطقة “اليعربية” بريف الحسكة الشرقي، كما أنشأت مطارا عسكريا تابعا لقاعدتها في منطقة “حقل العمر” النفطي في ريف دير الزور الشرقي
