Aš-Šar‘a issues a decree to form a preparation committee for a National Dialogue Conference formed by seven relevant members. The decree includes outlining the duties of the committee that will include setting the work agenda and the development of its internal system to guarantee the success of the conference.

Transitional Syrian President Aḥmad aš-Šar‘a on Wednesday issued a decree to form a preparation committee for the National Dialogue Conference. This committee will include 7 persons from various political and social backgrounds.

The official SANA news agency explained that the decree states tasking the following members: Ḥasan ad-Daġīm, Māhir ‘Allūš, Muḥammad Musattat, Muṣṭafā al-Mūsā, Yūsaf al-Hağar, Hind Qabawāt and Hudā Attāsī.

The decree of aš-Šar‘a held that this committee will be responsible for setting its own internal structure and work agenda guaranteeing the success of the National Dialogue in Syria. The decree also states that the work of the committee will end once the conference’s final statement is issued.

Members of the preparation committee for the National Committee in Syria:

1 – Muḥammad Musattat: He holds a political science diploma and had studied in the electrical engineering faculty of the University of Aleppo. He was working as human resource development and capacity building trainer. Musattat had previously worked at the liaison office of the “aš-Šām Battalion”.

2 – Hind Qabawāt: Politician, researcher and civil society activist from Bāb Tūma in Damascus. She had worked as director of the interfaith dialogue at the George Mason University and a visiting professor of the Law Department of Harvard University. She had worked on the post of director of the “Tastaqill” Organization, which was involved in the women education. She was a member of the “Negotiations High Organization” and former Deputy President of the “Negotiations Organization” Office.

3 – Ḥasan ad-Daġīm: Syrian researcher from the city of Idlib, holding a Islamic Studies diploma and Religious Law degree. He worked on the post of the director manager of the ideological instructions at the “Syrian National Army”. He specializes in the studies of Islamist groups and combating extremism.

4 – Hudā Attāsī: Civil engineer from the city of Homs, volunteer work activist on the humanitarian field working on affairs to enable the women and helping children. Currently working on the post of regional director to the International Humanitarian Relief Organization.

5 – Māhir ‘Allūš: Syrian political writer and politician. He was an activist on social platforms and before that he was working on mediation to solve the internal conflicts within the “Aḥrār aš-Šām” Movement.

6 – Yūsaf al-Hağar: Politician from Dayr az-Zūr, he had worked on the post of Director of the Political Office of the “Hay’at Taḥrīr aš-Šām”. He was a member of the Šūra Council of Idlib and responsible for the political matters there.

7 – Muṣṭafā al-Mūsā: Politician and pharmacist. He was a member of the “Hay’at Taḥrīr aš-Šām”, and was elected and president of the Šūra Council of the Syrian Salvation Government.

It is interesting to point out that the conference this committee will hold aims to strengthen the national dialogue between all Syrian sides and to put down the basis of the political and social future of the country.

أصدر الرئيس السوري الانتقالي أحمد الشرع، الأربعاء، قراراً بتشكيل اللجنة التحضيرية لمؤتمر الحوار الوطني، وهي. اللجنة التي ستضم 7 شخصيات من مختلف الخلفيات السياسية والاجتماعية.

وأوضحت وكالة “سانا” الرسمية أن القرار نص على تكليف كل من: حسن الدغيم، ماهر علوش، محمد مستت، مصطفى. الموسى، يوسف الهجر، هند قبوات، وهدى أتاسي. 

وجاء في قرار الشرع أن هذه اللجنة ستكون مسؤولة عن وضع نظامها الداخلي ومعايير العمل الخاصة بها، بما يضمن. نجاح الحوار الوطني في سوريا. كما نص القرار على أن عمل اللجنة سينتهي بمجرد صدور البيان الختامي للمؤتمر

أعضاء اللجنة التحضيرية لمؤتمر الحوار الوطني في سوريا:

1-محمد مستت: حاصل على دبلوم علوم سياسية، ودرس في كلية الهندسة الكهربائية بجامعة حلب، وكان يعمل كمدرب في. تطوير الموارد البشرية وبناء القادة. عمل مستت في السابق بمكتب العلاقات في فصيل “فيلق الشام”.

2-هند قبوات: سياسية وباحثة وناشطة في المجتمع المدني من باب توما في مدينة دمشق، شغلت منصب مديرة قسم حوار الأديان. في جامعة جورج ماسون، وأستاذة زائرة في كلية الحقوق بجامعة هارفارد. كما شغلت منصب رئيسة منظمة “تستقل” التي تعنى بتعليم النساء. كانت عضواً في “الهيئة العليا للمفاوضات” والنائب السابق لرئيس مكتب “هيئة التفاوض”.

3-حسن الدغيم: باحث سوري من مدينة إدلب، حاصل على شهادة في العلوم الإسلامية ودبلوم في الفقه المقارن، شغل. منصب مدير إدارة التوجيه المعنوي في الجيش الوطني السوري، واختص بدراسة الجماعات الإسلامية ومكافحة التطرف.

4-هدى الأتاسي: مهندسة معمارية من حمص، وناشطة في العمل التطوعي في القطاع الإنساني، تعمل على قضايا تمكين. المرأة ومساعدة الأطفال. تشغل حالياً منصب المديرة الإقليمية لهيئة الإغاثة الإنسانية الدولية.

5- ماهر علوش: كاتب وباحث سياسي سوري، نشط على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، وسبق له أن شغل. دور الوسيط في حل الخلافات داخل حركة “أحرار الشام”.

6- يوسف الهجر: سياسي من دير الزور، شغل منصب مدير المكتب السياسي في “هيئة تحرير الشام” وكان. عضواً في مجلس الشورى في إدلب ومسؤولاً عن الملف السياسي فيها.

7- مصطفى الموسى: سياسي وصيدلي، كان عضواً في “هيئة تحرير الشام”، وانتخب رئيساً لمجلس الشورى. في حكومة الإنقاذ السورية.

تجدر الإشارة إلى أن المؤتمر الذي تحضره هذه اللجنة يهدف إلى تعزيز الحوار الوطني بين جميع الأطراف. السورية، ووضع أسس لمستقبل البلاد السياسي والاجتماعي
