The correspondent of al-Mayadeen reported that a Syrian officer got martyred and 4 soldiers wounded by an explosive device in a military car in the northern countryside of Dar‘ā, close to the village of al-Qaniyya.

Two days ago a soldier got injured, while some material damage has also befallen after the sYrian air defense confronted an Israeli aggression targeting the al-Qalamūn Mountains and the vicinity of al-Qasṭal village around the capital, Damascus.

The correspondent reported that sounds of continuous explosions were heard in the region of al-Qalamūn in the vicinity of the city of an-Nabk, to the north of Damascus.

On its behalf a Syrian military source confirmed that the Israeli areal aggression was launched from the direction of the occupied Golan, and it targeted a number of positions in the southern region.
