We don’t believe that the postponement of having the Arab Summit to next summer came, because the outbreak of corona virus epidemic, and to safeguard the “health” of the presidents, kings emirs of the Arabs taking part in it, as Mr. Aḥmad Abū al-Ġayṭ, Secretary-General of the Arab League said it during his scheduled visit of the Algerian capital Algiers two days ago. Much rather because the Algerian state hosting this summit does not want it to be “dull” and empty in content, so that the participants would snore through it in deep sleep like most, if not all previous summits.
Algerian President ‘Abd al-Mağīd Tabbūn wants to time the next summit, which it will host, to the return of Syria to the Arab League and to the Association of the Arab Summit. Therefore to the return of the balance to the common Arab effort, but the supremacy of the Gulf states paralyzed this work and sank most of the Arab states in destructive wars. Here we talk emphatically about Syria, Libya, Yemen and Iraq.
Algeria resorts its essential role in the Arab and in the global scale, after this role was paralyzed and it broke all its commitments for more than ten years, because of the incapacity and incapability of the previous leadership. Because the corrupt “maffia” was in control of the internal and regional foreign decisions.
The Algerian recovery in all scales signals the strong diplomatic return of Algeria, which it lost by the common Arab work, and the correction of the mistake of the Gulf money’s supremacy for years in collusion with the United Arab Emirates in the destruction of the common Arab project, and hitting its principal centers. Therefore opening the doors of the region to a party of non-Arab projects, most prominent amongst them is the Israeli project.
The regional pilgrimage of the leaders, leaderships and ministers of the Arab, regional and global states to the Algerian capital in these days are built on the upcoming transformation period, which this time emanates from the Magrabi Union. It is supposed that this will contribute to positive step forward in a number of pending cases, like the Syrian, Libyan, Yemeni and, naturally, the Palestinian cases. Algeria was and still, but as a leadership and a nation devoted to the Palestinian matter considering it a principal of the Arab and Islamic dignity.
The visit of the Algerian President ‘Abd al-Mağīd Tabbūn to Riyadh aimed to end the confrontational situation in the common Arab work, to once again push it ahead, to brush off the dust of negligence from the Arab League, to activate the Association of the Arab Summit, to bring the blood of responsibility once again to its arteries. To end the role of the Arab League as a legal body facilitator for the interventional Western and especially American projects in the inner mTters of the Arab states spreading the seeds of friction and internal wars.
The postponement of the summit by Algerian decision means that the next summit will be different and will not be held, only with the participation of Syria, correcting the historical mistake, which was committed in the worst phase of the Arab breakdown. Therefore blocking the disagreements and the embodiment of the virus even more dangerous, which threatens the nation. That is the “virus” friction and utter reliance on the West, which is considered as the most lethal and dangerous one.
لا نعتقد أنّ تأجيل انعِقاد القمّة العربيّة إلى الصّيف المُقبل جاء بسبب تفشّي فيروس وباء الكورونا، والحِرص بالتّالي على “صحّة” الرؤساء والمُلوك والأمراء العرب المُشاركين فيها بالتّالي، مِثلما قال السيّد أحمد أبو الغيط، أمين عام الجامعة العربيّة أثناء زيارته الخاطِفة للعاصمة الجزائريّة قبل يومين، وإنّما لأنّ الدولة الجزائريّة التي ستستضيف هذه القمّة لا تُريدها “باهِتةً” وفارغةَ المضمون، يَغُط خِلالها المُشاركون بالنّوم العميق مِثل مُعظم، إن لم يَكُن كُل القمم السّابقة
الرئيس الجزائري عبد المجيد تبون يُريد أن تُؤرّخ القمّة القادمة التي سيتزعّمها لعودة سورية إلى الجامعة العربيّة، ومؤسّسة القمّة العربيّة بالتّالي، وإعادة التّوازن إلى العمل العربيّ المُشترك، وإنهاء هيمنة الدول الخليجيّة التي جمّدت هذا العمل، وأغرقت مُعظم الدول العربيّة في حروبٍ دمويّة، ونحنُ نتحدّث هُنا عن سورية وليبيا واليمن والعِراق على وجه الخُصوص
الجزائر تستعيد دورها المِحوريّ في الميدانَين العربيّ والعالميّ، بعد أن تجمّد هذا الدّور، وخرج مِن كُل المُعادلات لأكثر من عشرة أعوام بسبب حالة الشّلل والعجز لقِيادتها السّابقة، وسيطرة “مافيات” الفساد على قرارها السياسيّ الداخليّ والإقليميّ
التّعافي الجزائريّ على الصّعد كافّة، يُؤشّر لعودةٍ قويّة للدبلوماسيّة الجزائريّة، التي افتَقدها العمل العربيّ المُشترك، وتصحيح خطَأ سنوات هيمنة المال الخليجيّ، بالتّواطؤ مع الولايات المتحدة في تدمير المشروع العربيّ المُشترك وضرب مراكزه الرئيسيّة، وفتح أبواب المَنطقة على مِصرعيها للمشاريع غير العربيّة، وأبرزها المشروع الإسرائيليّ
الحجيج الإقليميّ لزُعماء وقادة ووزراء الدول العربيّة والإقليميّة والدوليّة إلى العاصمة الجزائريّة هذه الأيّام يُنبِئ بمرحلة تغييرٍ قادمة تنطلق هذه المرّة من الاتّحاد المغاربي، ومِن المُتوقّع أن تُؤدّي إلى انفِراجات إيجابيّة في العديد من المِلفّات الشّائكة مِثل المِلفّات السوريّة والليبيّة واليمنيّة، والفِلسطينيّة بالطّبع، فالجزائر، كانت وما زالت شعبًا وقيادةً، تَقِف بصلابةٍ مع القضيّة الفِلسطينيّة باعتِبارها بوصلة الكرامة العربيّة والإسلاميّة
زيارة الرئيس الجزائري عبد المجيد تبون إلى الرياض كانت تهدف إلى إنهاء حالة التصدّع في العمل العربيّ المُشترك، ولملمة الشّمل مُجدَّدًا، ونفض غُبار الإهمال عن الجامعة العربيّة، وتفعيل مؤسّسة القمم العربيّة، وضخ دَماء المسؤوليّة في شرايينها المُجمّدة، وإنهاء دور الجامعة العربيّة كأداة لتشريع مشاريع التدخّل الغربيّة، والأمريكيّة خُصوصًا، في الشؤون الداخليّة العربيّة، وبَذْر بُذور الفِتنة والحُروب الأهليّة
تأجيل القمّة، وبقرارٍ جزائريّ، يعني أنّ القمّة المُقبلة ستكون مُختلفةً، ولن تُعقَد إلا بحُضور سورية، وتصحيح خطأ تاريخي جرى ارتِكابه في مرحلةٍ من أسوأ مراحل الانهِيار العربي، ووضع حدٍّ للخِلافات واجتِثاث الفيروس الأخطر الذي يُهدِّد هذه الأمّة وهو “فيروس” الفِتنة والارتِهان للغرب الذي يُعتَبر الأكثر فتكًا وخُطورةً
