Secret negotiations in Washington between Sudan and the Emirates to solve the crisis between them under the auspices of the United States of America.

The Sudanese media revealed that there are secret negotiations between Sudan and the Emirates under the supervision of the United States of America.

The media sources pointed out that Sudanese Foreign Minister Muḥī ad-Dīn Sālim in Washington has met with Emirati State Minister for Foreign Affairs Šahbūṭ ibn Nahyān Āl Nahyān, adding that Dubai presented an initiative to mediate for solving the crisis between Sudan and Abū Zabī.

According to the sources this step came after Sudan designated the Emirates as an “aggressor” state.

The sources confirmed that the diplomatic negotiations between Sudan and the Emirates were held under total secrecy. Washington had called upon both sides to hold more talks in the next period.

The sources also pointed out that Chief Adviser of the American President Mus‘ad Būlus, who is in charge of enabling the talks between Sudan and the Emirates said that dispute between the two “can be solved”, and that American President Donald Trump supports the peace in Sudan and to end the war is a swift fashion.

كشفت وسائل إعلام سودانية وجود مباحثات سرية بين. السودان والإمارات برعاية الولايات المتحدة الأميركية.

وأشارت المصادر الإعلامية، إلى أنّ وزير الخارجية السوداني، محيي. الدين سالم، التقى في واشنطن وزير الدولة للشؤون الخارجية الإماراتية، شخبوط بن نهيان آل نهيان، مضيفة. أنّ دبي قدّمت مبادرة وساطة لحلّ الأزمة بين السودان وأبو ظبي.

وتأتي هذه الخطوة، بحسب المصادر، بعدما صنّف. السودان الإمارات دولة “عدوان”.

وأكّدت المصادر أنّ المباحثات الدبلوماسية بين السودان. والإمارات عقدت وسط سرية كامل. في حين دعت. واشنطن الطرفين لعقد المزيد من المباحثات في الفترة المقبلة.
