Official spokesman of the Yemeni Armed Forces Brigadier General Yaḥyā Sarī‘ announces that Saudi warplanes violated the Yemeni airspace in an attempt to prevent an Iranian civilian plane to land in Sana’a airport and the Yemeni armed forces targeted them and forced them to leave the airspace.

On Friday official spokesman of the Yemeni Armed Forces Brigadier General Yaḥyā Sarī‘ announced that Saudi warplanes violated the Yemeni airspace in attempt to prevent an Iranian civilian plane to land in Sana’a airport.

Sarī‘ explained that the Iranian plane was carrying more than 200 impaired, wounded, or sick citizens, confirming that the Yemeni Armed Forces targeted the Saudi planes with a number of air defense missiles, which forced them to leave the Yemeni airspace.

Sarī‘ confirmed that the Yemeni Armed Forces with all their various formations are in fully prepared to execute any decisions Leader of the Anṣār Allah Movement as-Sayyid ‘Abd al-Malik al-Ḥūtī takes, underlining that “our fingers are on the trigger to carry out the orders breaking the Saudi-American siege over our people and to expel the occupiers”.

Sarī‘ called upon the Yemeni people to remain in full mobilization and in high level of preparedness to fight, thus responding to the call of as-Sayyid al-Ḥūtī, confirming that continued preparedness to combat any development on the ground.

In this context the Sab’a news agency in Sana’a had pointed out on Friday that an Iranian civilian airplane arrived in Sana’a with more than 200 sick Yemeni citizens who got stranded abroad.

At the same time the official delegation of the Republic of Yemen arrived in Tehran to participate in the mourning ceremonies of the Leader of the Iranian Islamic Revolution and Republic Martyr as-Sayyid ‘Alī Hāmeneī. The delegation departed from Sana’a International Airport on Friday with an Iranian plane.

أعلن المتحدّث باسم القوات المسلحة اليمنية العميد يحيى سريع، اليوم الجمعة، أنّ طائرات حربية سعودية خرقت الأجواء اليمنية في محاولة لمنع طائرة مدنية إيرانية من الهبوط في مطار صنعاء.

وأوضح سريع أنّ الطائرة الإيرانية كانت تقلّ على متنها أكثر من 200 مواطن يمني من العالقين والجرحى والمرضى، مؤكّداً أنّ القوات المسلحة اليمنية استهدفت الطائرات السعودية بعدد من صواريخ الدفاع الجوي، ما أجبرها على مغادرة الأجواء اليمنية.

وأكد سريع أنّ القوات المسلحة اليمنية، بمختلف تشكيلاتها، على أهبة الاستعداد لتنفيذ أيّ خيارات يتخذها قائد حركة أنصار الله السيد عبد الملك الحوثي، مشدداً على أنّ “يدنا على الزناد لتنفيذ التوجيهات في إطار فك الحصار السعودي الأميركي عن شعبنا وإخراج المحتلين

ودعا سريع أبناء الشعب اليمني إلى مواصلة النفير العامّ ورفع مستوى الجاهزية القتالية، تلبيةً لدعوة السيد الحوثي، مؤكّداً استمرار الاستعداد لمواجهة أيّ تطوّرات ميدانية

في هذا السياق، أشارت وكالة سبأ في صنعاء، في وقت سابق من اليوم، إلى أنّ طائرة إيرانية مدنية وصلت إلى صنعاء كان على متنها أكثر من 200 مواطن يمني من المرضى والعالقين في الخارج.

بالتوازي، وصل الوفد الرسمي للجمهورية اليمنية إلى طهران للمشاركة في تشييع قائد الثورة والجمهورية السيد الشهيد علي خامنئي. وكان الوفد قد غادر مطار صنعاء الدولي صباح اليوم عبر الطائرة الإيرانية
