The Emir of Qatar denies the relations of his country with the “Muslim Brotherhood” and warns against a situation of dissolving region and that to continue until it leads to a second “Arab Spring”.
Emir of the State of Qatar Tamīm ibn Ḥamad Āl Tānī denies that there would be any relations between the “Muslim Brotherhood Society” organization and his country.
In an interview with the French “Le Point” magazine published on Wednesday, he said: “These relations are non-existent and there are no active members of the Muslim Brotherhood Society or any other group affiliated with it on Qatari soil”.
Emir Tamīm confirmed that Qatar is “an open state and a large number of people go through it with different views and thoughts. But we are a country, not a party. We deal with countries and their legal governments and not with political organizations”.
About the possibility that new series of unrest breaks out in the region as it happened in 2011 during the so-called “Arab Spring,” the Qatari Emir said that “the deep roots causing the Arab Spring are still there, like poverty or unemployment”.
He claimed: “Have we found solutions with these problems? Not at all, it spiraled out. If no solution is found then the matters will break apart, which had led to these reasons in the first place”.
Emir Tamīm also believed that “the most suitable way to evade the collusion in the future is by carrying out reforms in a gradual manner”.
He said: “It is upon us to give our peoples real hope and not only words, and to secure jobs and opportunities to we allow our youth to express their views and differences”.

أمير قطر ينفي علاقة بلاده بتنظيم “الإخوان المسلمين”، ويحذر من أن أوضاع المنطقة تتفاقم، وأن استمرارها قد يؤدي إلى “ربيعٍ عربيٍّ” ثانٍ
نفى أمير دولة قطر، تميم بن حمد آل ثاني، أن تكون هناك علاقة بين تنظيم “جماعة الإخوان المسلمين” وبلاده
وقال في مقابلة مع مجلة “لو بوان” الفرنسية، نشرتها الأربعاء: “هذه العلاقة غير موجودة، وليس هناك أي أعضاء ناشطين من جماعة الإخوان المسلمين أو أي جماعات متصلة بها على الأراضي القطرية
وأكد تميم أن قطر دولة “منفتحة ويمر عليها عدد كبير من الأشخاص من أصحاب الآراء والأفكار المختلفة.. لكننا دولة ولسنا حزباً، ونتعامل مع الدول وحكوماتها الشرعية، وليس مع المنظمات السياسية
وبشأن احتمال اندلاع انتفاضات جديدة في المنطقة، على غرار ما جرى في العام 2011 خلال ما سمي “الربيع العربي”، قال أمير قطر إن “الجذور العميقة المسببة للربيع العربي ما زالت موجودة، كالفقر والبطالة، والعاطلين من العمل
وأردف: “هل وجدنا الحلول لهذه المشاكل؟ كلا، بل تفاقمت. وإذا لم نجد الحلول، فستتكرر الأحداث التي أدت إليها هذه الأسباب في المقام الأول
كما اعتبر تميم أن “الطريقة المثلى لتفادي الاضطرابات في المستقبل هي من خلال تنفيذ الإصلاحات بشكل تدريجي
وقال: “يتعين علينا أن نعطي شعوبنا أملاً حقيقياً وليس مجرد كلمات، وأن نؤمن الوظائف والفرص، وأن نسمح للشباب بالتعبير عن آرائهم واختلافاتهم
