Iranian President Mas‘ūd Pezeškiyān confirms that his country has the necessary capabilities to hit “Israel”. Foreign Minister ‘Abbās ‘Arāqčī denies what was circulated in the media about Pezeškiyān announcing the readiness of Iran to decrease the tension with “Israel”.

On Monday Iranian President Mas‘ūd Pezeškiyān confirmed that his country has the necessary capabilities to hit “Israel”, underlining that the response “will be at the appropriate time”.
While addressing the UN General Assembly in New York Pezeškiyān said that “Israel has received all those words about self restraint and negotiations to further the insane escalation”.
He added that the solution for the security and stability of the region is “for Israel to stop its crimes in Gaza and Lebanon and the rest of the countries”, pointing out that the American policies “support and motivate Israel for its open war, as Washington’s deeds contradict its words”.
On his behalf Iranian Foreign Minister ‘Abbās ‘Arāqčī denied what was circulated in the media about President Pezeškiyān announcing the readiness of Iran to decrease the tension with “Israel”.
‘Arāqčī confirmed the position of his country standing next to the Lebanese and the Palestinian people against the Israeli barbarism, pointing out out the crimes of “Israel” supported by the United States “being very clear for the world, and this barbarism and criminal ignorance must not continue”.
This came while the Israeli Occupation continues its widespread aggression against Lebanon with the same time of its aggression against the Gaza Strip and the number of martyrs and wounded are increasing.

أكّد الرئيس الإيراني، مسعود بزشكيان، اليوم الإثنين، أنّ لدى بلاده الإمكانات اللازمة لضرب “إسرائيل”، مشدداً. على أنّ الرد “سيكون في الوقت الملائم”.
وخلال إحاطة في الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في نيويورك، قال بزشكيان إنّ “إسرائيل قابلت كل الكلام بشأن ضبط. النفس والمفاوضات بمزيد من التصعيد الجنوني”.
وأضاف أنّ الحل لأمن المنطقة واستقرارها هو “وقف إسرائيل جرائمها في غزة ولبنان وسائر الدول”، مشيراً إلى. أنّ السياسات الأميركية “تدعم وتشجع إسرائيل على حربها المفتوحة، إذ إنّ أفعال واشنطن تناقض أقوالها”.
بدوره، نفى وزير الخارجية الإيراني، عباس عراقتشي، ما تداولته وسائل إعلامية بشأن إعلان الرئيس. بزشكيان استعداد إيران لخفض التوتر مع “إسرائيل”.
وأكّد عراقتشي وقوف بلاده إلى جانب الشعبين اللبناني والفلسطيني أمام الوحشية الإسرائيلية، مشيراً إلى أنّ. جرائم “إسرائيل”، بدعم من الولايات المتحدة، “واضحة جداً أمام العالم، ولا يجب أن تستمر هذه الوحشية والتجاهل الإجرامي”.
يأتي ذلك بينما يواصل الاحتلال الإسرائيلي عدوانه الواسع على لبنان، بالتوازي مع عدوانه على قطاع غزة، وارتفاع عدد الشهداء والجرحى
