Iranian President Mas‘ūd Pezeškiyān officially informs the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization about the implementation of the decree of the Iranian Consultative Council that rules stopping the cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency.

This comes after the Iranian Consultative Council had adopted on Wednesday stopping the cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency.

Suspended cooperation until the security of the nuclear facilities are guaranteed

Speaker of the Iranian Consultative Council Moḥammad Bāqer Qālībāf during a session of the Council said that the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization will suspend its cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency until the security of the nuclear facilities are guaranteed.

Qālībāf confirmed that his country will continue the peaceful nuclear project with greater speed, yet it will exercise great awareness and will not be tricked by any promises.

By this decree “the officials of the International Atomic Energy Agency don’t have the right to enter Iran for inspections, unless the security of the nuclear facilities and the peaceful nuclear activities of the country are guaranteed”.

Within its decisions the Consultative Council imposed sanctions on all those that allow entry for the the officials of the International Atomic Energy Agency to enter the Iranian lands.

The decisions also affect the cooperation agreements regarding the guarantees and other stipulations of such agreements.

New form of relations with the Agency

On Wednesday the official spokesman of the Iranian government also announced that the relations of Tehran and its cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency will take “from now on” a new form.

It was explained that the law that had been adopted by the parliament (regarding the relations with the Agency) limited this duty, “but did not completely close the door, much more tasked to take a decision in this matter so to be evaluated by the Supreme National Security Council and to take measures”.

Mohāğerānī [the official spokeswoman of the Iranian government – Amaraia] said that this came based on the steps of the Agency, as the report that was issued by its director Rafael Grossi paved the way for an aggressive decision adopted by the European states at the Board of Directors of the Agency.

She pointed out that the International Atomic Energy Agency did not only fail to condemn the attacks against the Iranian nuclear facilities, but its director, Rafael Grossi personally rejected to condemn the aggression.

يأتي ذلك بعدما صادق مجلس الشورى الإيراني يوم الأربعاء المنصرم، على وقف التعاون مع. الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية.

التعاون معلّق حتى ضمان أمن المنشآت النووية

وقال رئيس مجلس الشورى محمد باقر قاليباف، خلال جلسة المجلس، إن منظمة الطاقة الذرية. الإيرانية ستعلق تعاونها مع الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية، حتى يتم ضمان أمن المنشآت النووية.

وأكد قاليباف أن بلاده ستواصل البرنامج النووي السلمي. بسرعة أكبر، وأنها ستلتزم الحذر الشديد، ولن تنخدع بأي وعود.

وبموجب هذا القرار، “لا يحق لموظفي الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية دخول. إيران للتفتيش، إلا إذا تم ضمان أمن المنشآت النووية، والأنشطة النووية السلمية للبلاد”.

وضمن قراراته، وضع مجلس الشورى عقوبة لكل الذين يسمحون. بدخول موظفي الوكالة إلى الأراضي الإيرانية.

وتشمل القرارات أيضاً اتفاقية التعاون. المتعلقة بالضمانات وغيرها من الاتفاقيات.

شكل جديد من العلاقة مع الوكالة

ويوم أمس، أعلنت المتحدثة باسم الحكومة الإيرانية أيضاً، أنّ علاقة. طهران وتعاونها مع الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية سيتخذان، “من الآن فصاعداً”، شكلاً جديداً.

وأوضحت أنّ القانون الذي صدق عليه البرلمان (تعليق العلاقة مع الوكالة) حدد. المهمة، و”لكنه لم يغلق الباب تماماً، بل أوكل اتخاذ القرار في هذا الشأن لتقدير المجلس الأعلى للأمن الوطني وجعله المعيار”.

وقالت مهاجراني إنّ ذلك جاء بناءً على أداء الوكالة، إذ إنّ التقرير الذي أعدّه. رئيسها رافائيل غروسي، مهّد لصدور قرار عدائي تقدمت به الدول الأوروبية في مجلس محافظي الوكالة.

وأشارت إلى أنّ الوكالة الدولية لم تعجز عن إدانة الهجمات على المنشآت النووية. الإيرانية فحسب، بل رفض مديرها العام شخصياً رافائيل غروسي إدانة العدوان
