Secretary of the Iranian Supreme National Security Council ‘Alī Lārīğānī confirms that his country did not hide away from the negotiations, pointing out that any dialogue without clear results is “futile”.

In a video segment published on X about his interview wit the PBS channel Secretary of the Iranian National Security Council ‘Alī Lārīğānī explained one of the criticisms addressed to the United States is about connecting the war with the negotiations.

Lārīğānī confirmed that his country did not hide away from the negotiations at any day, but the United States was the one that betrayed the negotiations, pointing out that Iran is ready for the dialogue, yet “the negotiations that has already known results from the beginning are futile”.

The Secretary of the Iranian National Security Council also explained that no one is able to dismantle the Iranian nuclear program, underlining that the Islamic Republic will remain able to preserve its results.

The states of the European troika (France, Great Britain and Germany) had announced on Sunday dawn the reimposition of the United Nation sanction on Iran.

The European states had launched the “Snap Back” mechanism on 28 August that gives 30 days for Iran before the sanctions are reimposed.

أوضح أمين المجلس الأعلى للأمن القومي الإيراني علي. لاريجاني، في مقطع نشره على منصة “أكس” من لقائه مع قناة PBS، أنّ أحد الانتقادات الموجّهة إلى الولايات المتحدة يتمثّل في الجمع بين الحرب والمفاوضات

وأكّد لاريجاني أنّ بلاده لم تتهرّب يوماً من المفاوضات، لكنّ الولايات المتحدة هي. من خان التفاوض، لافتاً إلى أنّ إيران مستعدة للحوار، غير أنّ “المفاوضات التي تكون نتائجها معروفة مسبقاً هي عبثية”.

كما أوضح أمين المجلس الأعلى للأمن القومي الإيراني أنّه لا أحد قادر على إزالة. البرنامج النووي الإيراني، مشدداً على أنّ الجمهورية الإسلامية ستظل قادرة على حفظ إنجازاتها.

وكانت دول “الترويكا” الأوروبية (فرنسا، بريطانيا وألمانيا)، قد أعلنت. فجر اليوم، إعادة فرض عقوبات الأمم المتحدة على إيران.

وكانت الدول الأوروبية، قد أطلقت “آلية الزناد” في 28 آب/أغسطس. الماضي، والتي تليها مدّة 30 يوماً لإيران، قبل أن تُفرض عليها العقوبات
