The Iraqi Ministry of Justice confirms transporting 5064 terrorists to one prison and starting investigations with them and prosecuting them according to the Iraqi law in coordination with the International Coalition.

The Iraqi Ministry of Justice announced transporting 5064 terrorists to one of the prisons in Iraq, which was based on the request of the International Coalition, while the latter is tasked with the operation of feeding them.
Official spokesman of the Iraqi Ministry of Justice Aḥmad La‘ībī said that the number of terrorists who have been transported until now have reached 5064 persons, including 270 Iraqis and more than 3 thousand Syrian nationals, while the rest hold different nationalities.
He explained that all terrorists were put into one prison, investigations will start with them and they will be prosecuted according to the Iraqi law.
La‘ībī confirmed that Iraq is an essential members of the International Coalition for Combating the “Dā‘iš” Organization, and that Iraq hosting these terrorists and holding them took place based on the request of the International Coalition.
On his behalf Minister of Justice Hālid Šawānī underlined that the steps taken about these terrorists took place in coordination with the International Coalition, confirming that the process of feeding the Dā‘iš members is a task of the International Coalition and not Iraq.

أعلنت وزارة العدل العراقية نقل 5064 إرهابياً إلى أحد السجون في العراق، وذلك بناءً على طلب. من التحالف الدولي، فيما يتكفل الأخير بعملية إطعامهم.
وقال المتحدث باسم وزارة العدل العراقية أحمد لعيبي إن عدد الإرهابيين الذين تم نقلهم حتى. الآن بلغ 5064، من بينهم أكثر من 270 عراقياً، وأكثر من 3 آلاف سوري الجنسية، فيما يحمل. العدد المتبقي جنسيات أخرى
وأوضح أن جميع الإرهابيين وُضعوا في سجن واحد، وسيجري التحقيق. معهم ومحاكمتهم وفق القانون العراقي.
وأكد لعيبي أن العراق عنصر أساسي في التحالف الدولي لمحاربة تنظيم. “داعش”، وأن استضافة العراق لهؤلاء الإرهابيين واحتجازهم. جاءا بناءً على طلب من التحالف الدولي.
