The director of the strategic center for the gas distribution network in Iran reports that the gas transporting lines suffered two explosions due to two sabotage actions. The emergency relief crew is working on controlling the fire that erupted by the actions.

Director of the Strategic Center for Gas Distribution in Iran Sa‘īd ‘Aqilī reported on Wednesday that the Iranian gas transportation lines have suffered two explosions due to two sabotage actions.
As for the details ‘Aqīlī explained that the gas transport line along the Burūğin–Šahr-e Kord channel in Čahār Maḥāl and Bahtiyār Province in the West of the country has suffered a “sabotage action around one o’clock at dawn”
At the same time as this explosion, “another explosion occurred against the gas transport line at the city of Horrambayd in Fars Province, which led to “lowered level of gas supply in the mentioned regions due to the expansion”.

He continued: “Currently, there is no problem in the gas supply of the cities and the villages and the network is still functional. The problems that have erupted in several villages close to the accident’s position will shortly be solved”.
The Iranian official has also confirmed that no human losses were registered, while the crew of the emergency relief is working on controlling the fires that have emerged due to the explosions.

أفاد مدير المركز الاستراتيجي لشبكة توزيع الغاز في إيران سعيد عقلي، اليوم الأربعاء، بتعرّض خطوط نقل غاز إيرانية لتفجيرين بسبب عمليتين تخريبيتين.
وفي التفاصيل، أوضح عقلي أنّ خط نقل الغاز على محور بروجن – شهر كرد الواقع في محافظة جهار محال وبختياري غربي البلاد تعرّض لـ”عملية تخريبية عند الساعة الواحدة فجراً”.
وبالتزامن مع هذا الانفجار، “وقع انفجار آخر على خطوط نقل الغاز في مدينة خرم بيد في محافظة فارس، ما أدّى إلى “انخفاض بمستويات توزيع الغاز في المناطق المذكورة بسبب الانفجار”
وتابع: “حالياً، لا توجد مشكلة في إمداد المدن والقرى بالغاز، والشبكة مستمرة في العمل، والمشكلات التي نشأت في عدة قرى قريبة من موقع الحادث سيتم حلها قريباً”.
كذلك، أكّد المسؤول الإيراني عدم تسجيل خسائر بشرية، فيما تعمل طواقم الطوارئ على ضبط الحريق الذي نجم عن التفجيرين
