Iranian President Ebrāhīm Ra’īsī and his Pakistani colleague call for strengthening the relations between the two countries on the field of combating terrorism.

On Friday Iranian President Ebrāhīm Ra’īsī called for strengthening the relations with Pakistan on the field of combating terrorism to prevent the plans of the hegemonic forces and to enhance the friendship between the two countries.

During a telephone conversation Ra’īsī told his Pakistani colleague Āṣif ‘Alī Zardārī that the good relations between Iran and Pakistan are not liked by the hegemonic forces that aim to create a friction between the two Islamic countries.

The Iranian President pointed out that “the Israeli Entity by continuing its mass genocide against the Palestinian people tasks the free and independent countries to put up more pressure in order to stop the aggression against the Gaza Strip”.

On his behalf the President of Pakistan told his Iranian colleague that “the enemies are inciting tension between the two peoples and therefore we must strengthen the security relations to combat terrorism”.

Zardārdī confirmed that “the Islamic states must take efforts and pressure Israel to stop its crimes against the Palestinians”.

Earlier Iranian Foreign Minister Ḥosseyn Amīr ‘Abdollahiyān had confirmed that “Pakistan plays an immense importance in the foreign policy of Iran”, calling for a continued security and military cooperation between the two states. In the same context Pakistan confirms is position standing by the friendly Iran in all difficult circumstances”.

دعا الرئيس الإيراني إبراهيم رئيسي، اليوم الجمعة، إلى تعزيز العلاقات مع باكستان في. مجال مكافحة الإرهاب لمنع مخططات قوى الهيمنة وتعزيز الصداقة بين البلدين.

وقال رئيسي خلال اتصالٍ هاتفي مع نظيره الباكستاني آصف علي زرداري إنّ العلاقات. الجيدة بين إيران وباكستان لا تُعجب قوى الهيمنة التي تسعى إلى إيجاد انقسام بين البلدين الإسلاميين.

ولفت الرئيس الإيراني إلى أنّ “مواصلة الكيان الإسرائيلي عمليات الإبادة الجماعية بحقّ. الشعب الفلسطيني توجب على الدول الحرة والمستقلة الضغط من أجل وقف العدوان على قطاع غزّة”.

بدوره، قال رئيس باكستان لنظيره الإيراني إنّ “الأعداء يُثيرون الفتن بين الشعبين. لذلك، علينا تعزيز العلاقات الأمنية لمكافحة الإرهاب”. 

وأكّد زرداري أنّ “على الدول الإسلامية بذل الجهود والضغط على إسرائيل لوقف جرائمها بحقّ الفلسطينيين”.

وفي وقتٍ سابق، أكّد وزير الخارجية الإيراني حسين أمير عبد اللهيان أنّ “باكستان تحظى بأهميةٍ. عالية في سياسة إيران الخارجية”، داعياً إلى مواصلة التعاون الأمني والعسكري بين البلدين. وفي السياق ذاته، تؤكد باكستان وقوفها إلى جانب إيران الصديقة في كلّ الظروف الصعبة
