The American “Axios” website confirm what Political Affairs Deputy of the Iranian Presidency Moḥammad Ğamšīdī announced about an Iranian warning message addressed to the United States reporting: “stay aside, so you will not suffer a strike”.

The American “Axios” website cited American officials confirming that Iran had sent a message to the United States via Arab states earlier this week saying that in case the United States interfered after the Iranian strike against “Israel” that American bases in the region will suffer an attack.

The American officials confirmed to the website that the Biden administration asked “Israel” to inform it and ask its opinion before “taking any decisions about any response by the Israeli side”.

The sources of the website said that the Iranians informed them in the last couple of days via Arab governments that they consider the United States responsible for the Israeli attack that had led to the martyrdom of Brigadier General Zāhedī in Damascus, regardless of of the American efforts to dissociate themselves from the attack.

One of the American officials said: “The Iranian message was that we will attack the forces that attack us, so don’t struggle against us and we will not struggle against you”.

According to the American officials “it was not clear from the message that had been delivered by Arab states whether the Iranians are threatening to attack the American forces if they helped Israel confronting the Iranian missiles, or only if they took part in the Israeli response”.

The website confirmed that the general assessment of the American intelligence community is that the Iranians will not attack the American forces, unless United States joined “Israel” in the counter attack. Thus according to the same American official.

Political Affairs Deputy of the Iranian Presidency Moḥammad Ğamšīdī had confirmed that Iran warned the United States about falling into the trap of the head of the Occupation’s government Benjamin Netanyahu.

Ğamšīdī said in a post on the X platform that Tehran sent a written message to the United States saying: Stay aside, so that you won’t suffer a strike”. He reported that Washington responded to the message of Iran by a request “not to strike the American targets”.

نقل موقع “أكسيوس” الأميركي عن مسؤولين أميركيين تأكيدهم أنّ إيران أوصلت رسالة. إلى الولايات المتحدة عبر دول عربية، في وقت سابق من هذا الأسبوع، مفادها أنه إذا تدخلت. الولايات المتحدة بعد هجوم إيراني. على “إسرائيل”، فستتعرض القواعد الأميركية في المنطقة للهجوم.

وأكد المسؤولون الأميركيون للموقع أنّ إدارة بايدن طلبت من “إسرائيل” إخطارها. وأخذ رأيها قبل “اتخاذ قرارات بشأن أي رد من جانب إسرائيل”.

وبحسب المسؤول الأميركي فإنه “لم يكن واضحاً من الرسالة التي تم تلقيها. عبر دول عربية ما إذا كان الإيرانيون يهددون بمهاجمة القوات الأميركية إذا ساعدت إسرائيل في اعتراض الصواريخ. الإيرانية، أو فقط إذا شاركت في الرد الإسرائيلي”.

وأكد الموقع أنّ التقييم العام لمجتمع الاستخبارات الأميركي هو أن الإيرانيين لن يهاجموا. القوات الأميركية إلا إذا انضمت الولايات المتحدة إلى “إسرائيل” في هجوم مضاد، وفقاً للمسؤول الأميركي نفسه. 

وكان مساعد مكتب الرئيس الإيراني للشؤون السياسية، محمد جمشيدي، قد أكد أنّ إيران. حذّرت الولايات المتحدة من الوقوع في فخ رئيس حكومة الاحتلال، بنيامين نتنياهو.
