The Hātem al-Anbiyā’ headquarters report the United States violating the ceasefire by attacking at Iranian trade vessel on the waters of the Oman Sea, vowing to respond soon to the act of piracy.

On Monday the Hātem al-Anbiyā’ Headquarters confirmed that the United States “violated the ceasefire and committed an act of piracy by firing on an Iranian trade vessel on the waters of the Oman Sea”.
The Hātem al-Anbiyā’ Headquarters added that the United States “switched off the movement system on the Iranian vessel”, and also “unloaded its cargo”.
Based on this, the headquarters warned that the Iranian Armed Forces “will soon respond to this armed piracy committed by the American forces”.
Trump confirms the attack of the American forces against an Iranian ship violating the ceasefire
On Sunday American President Donald Trump had announced that the American Navy “fired upon a cargo ship under Iranian flag and took control over it as it attempted to break the American naval blockade in the Gulf of Oman”, in a step that counts as a clear violation of the ceasefire.
On the Truth SoCal platform Trump wrote: “Today, an Iranian-flagged cargo ship named TOUSKA, nearly 900 feet long and weighing almost as much as an aircraft carrier, tried to get past out Naval Blockade, and it did not go well for them”.
Trump added: “The U.S. Navy Guided Missile Destroyer USS SPRUANCE intercepted the TOUSKA in the Gulf of Oman, and gave them fair warning to stop. The Iranian crew refused to listen, so our Navy ship stopped them right in their tracks by blowing a hole in the engineroom. Right now, U.S. Marines have custody of the vessel.”
‘Arāqčī: We will use all our capabilities to defend our interests
In the same context Iranian Foreign Minister ‘Abbās ‘Arāqčī confirmed that threatening the Iranian ports, coastlines and ships aside from the escalating speeches “point to bad intentions”. This took place during a telephone conversation with his Pakistani colleague Isḥāq Dār.
According what the Iranian Foreing Ministry reported, ‘Arāqčī underlined at his country “will use all its capabilities to protect its national security”.
Iranian Vice President Moḥammad Reẓā ‘Āref confirmed on X that “the security of the Strait of Hormuz is not free”.
‘Āref stated: “One cannot restrict Iran’s oil exports while expecting free security for others”.
The Public Relations of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Naval Forces had announced on Saturday closing the Strait of Hormuz until the blockade of the Iranian ports is lifted, and that was after criticizing the promises about the ceasefire conditions and not lifting the American naval blockade against the Iranian ships and ports, while at the same time “no clear path showing on the horizon for fruitful negotiations in light of these indications”. This was according to the IRNA News Agency.

مقر خاتم الأنبياء يفيد بانتهاك الولايات المتحدة وقف النار عبر اعتدائها على سفينة تجارية إيرانية في مياه بحر عمان، متوعداً بالرد قريباً على عملية القرصنة

أكّد مقر خاتم الأنبياء، اليوم الاثنين، أنّ الولايات المتحدة “انتهكت وقف النار ومارست القرصنة البحرية بإطلاقها النار على سفينة تجارية إيرانية في مياه بحر عمان”.
وأضاف مقر خاتم الأنبياء أنّ الولايات المتحدة “عطلت نظام الملاحة في السفينة الإيرانية”، كما “قامت بإنزال على سطحها”.
وعليه، حذّر المقر من أنّ القوات المسلحة الإيرانية “سترد قريباً على هذه القرصنة المسلحة التي ارتكبتها القوات الأميركية
ترامب يؤكّد اعتداء القوات الأميركية على سفينة إيرانية في خرق لاتفاق وقف النار
وكان الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب قد أعلن، الأحد، أنّ البحرية الأميركية “أطلقت النار على سفينة شحن ترفع العلم الإيراني، واستولت عليها لمحاولتها اختراق الحصار البحري الأميركي في خليج عُمان”، في خطوة تعد خرقاً واضحاً لاتفاق وقف إطلاق النار
وكتب ترامب في منشور في موقع “تروث سوشيال”: “اليوم، حاولت سفينة شحن ترفع العلم الإيراني تُدعى “توسكا”، يبلغ طولها نحو 900 قدم ووزنها يُقارب وزن حاملة طائرات، اختراق حصارنا البحري، ولم تكن محاولتها ناجحة”.
وأضاف ترامب: “اعترضت المدمرة الأميركية “يو إس إس سبروانس”، المزودة بصواريخ موجهة، السفينة الإيرانية “توسكا” في خليج عُمان، ووجهت إليها إنذارًا رسميا بالتوقف، إلا أن الطاقم الإيراني رفض الاستجابة، فقامت سفينتنا البحرية بإيقافها فوراً بتفجير ثقب في غرفة المحركات، فيما تتولى قوات مشاة البحرية الأميركية حالياً مسؤولية السفينة”.
عراقتشي: سنستخدم جميع إمكانياتنا لصون مصالحنا
وفي الإطار نفسه، أكّد وزير الخارجية الإيراني، عباس عراقتشي، أنّ تهديد الموانئ والسواحل والسفن الإيرانية، إلى جانب الخطاب التصعيدي، “يشير إلى سوء النية”، وذلك خلال اتصال مع نظيره الباكستاني إسحاق دار.
وشدّد عراقتشي على أنّ بلاده “ستستخدم جميع إمكاناتها لصون مصالحها وأمنها القومي“، بحسب ما نقلت وزارة الخارجية الإيرانية.
كما أكّد نائب الرئيس الإيراني، محمد رضا عارف، عبر “أكس”، أنّ “أمن مضيق هرمز ليس بلا ثمن”.
وقال عارف: “لا يمكن تقييد صادرات النفط الإيرانية، وفي الوقت نفسه توقع توفير الحماية المجانية للآخرين
وكانت العلاقات العامة للقوة البحرية في حرس الثورة الإسلامية قد أعلنت السبت إغلاق مضيق هرمز حتى رفع الحصار عن الموانئ الإيرانية، وذلك في أعقاب نقض تعهدات شروط وقف إطلاق النار وعدم رفع الحصار البحري الأميركي عن السفن والموانئ الإيرانية، في حين “لا يلوح في الأفق أي مسار واضح لمفاوضات مثمرة في ظل هذه المعطيات”، بحسب وكالة “إيرنا”
