A former Israeli pilot confirms that “the Israeli army is a terrorist organization and its leadership is war criminals”. Also that “the Israeli government is a racist Jewish government, pushing the whole region into a catastrophe”.
A former pilot in the Israeli air force Yonathan Shapira said that “the Israeli army is a terrorist organization and its leadership are war criminals”.
Shapira, who was in the rank of Captain, pointed out that he joined the Israeli occupying army in 1993 and was relieved from it in 2003, during the second intifada.
He explained that after he joined the Israeli occupying army he changed his views, as he realized that he became “part of a terrorist organization”. Adding that a number of people who think like him don’t reach thousands.
He explained: “the personalities and the thinkers believe the terrorism of the Israeli army, they are the ones, who must lead the country”.
Yonathan Shapira continued his testimony explaining his experience: “The Israeli army is a terrorist organization and its leadership are war criminals… the Israeli government is a racist Jewish government pushing the whole region into a catastrophe”. Thus he confirmed that “me believe this, and there are many who also think this. But no one wants to say this. This is the truth, which has to be said”.
Shapira called upon the world to defend the Palestinians from the current aggression, as they are being killed for racist reasons. He said that they are in need of major support to stop the catastrophe.
Shapira continued his criticism against the foundations of the Zionist society, which contributes to the creating of a general mindset in this society with special mention for the Israeli media and the educational system pointing out that the people are facing brainwashing and are forbidden to see the reality. He said that the children had been largely raised in a Zionist military educational system.
He put himself as an example, and explained that he received an education promoting enrollment into the Israeli army to protect his people, yet after his service in the air force and dropping bombs upon civilians he came to know that this act is a terrorist action.
He pointed out that he was detained and imprisoned several times because of his participation in protests with the Palestinians in the West Bank to break the blockade over Gaza. Apart from this, he was barred from all his activities supporting the Palestinians and holding presentations around the world.
Shapira explained the brainwashing on one hand by the Israeli media, government, and the army to a large extent, pointing out that he was distanced from the Israeli army and discharged, and upon this took a campaign to encourage other members of the army, who thought the same as him to resign.
The former pilot mentioned 27 colleagues of him in the air force, who resigned from the army from 2003 until today.

طيّار إسرائيلي سابق يؤكد أن “الجيش الإسرائيلي هو منظمة إرهابية، وقادته مجرمو حرب”، وأن “الحكومة الإسرائيلية هي حكومة يهودية عنصرية، تجرّ المنطقة كلها إلى كارثة
قال الطيار السابق في سلاح الجو الإسرائيلي، يوناتان شابيرا، إن “الجيش الإسرائيلي منظمة إرهابية، وقادته مجرمو حرب
وأشار شابيرا، الذي كان برتبة نقيب، إلى أنه التحق بجيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي في سنة 1993، واستُبعد منه سنة 2003، خلال الانتفاضة الثانية
وأوضح أنه بعد انضمامه إلى جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي غيّر آراءه، إذ اكتشف أنه صار “جزءاً من منظمة إرهابية”، مضيفاً أن عدد الأشخاص الذين يفكرون مثله لا يتجاوز بضعة آلاف
وأردف: “الشخصيات والمفكرون الذين يؤمنون بإرهاب الجيش الإسرائيلي هم مَن يجب أن يقودوا البلاد
وتابع يوناتان شابيرا شهادته المبنية على تجربته: “الجيش الإسرائيلي هو منظمة إرهابية، وقادته مجرمو حرب… الحكومة الإسرائيلية هي حكومة يهودية عنصرية، تجرّ المنطقة كلها إلى كارثة”، مؤكّداً “أنا أومن بهذا، وهناك كثيرون ممن يؤمنون بذلك، لكن الجميع لا يرغب في قوله. هذه حقيقة يجب أن أقولها
ودعا شابيرا العالم إلى حماية الفلسطينيين من العدوان الحالي، لأنهم يُقتَلون لأسبابٍ عنصرية، وقال إنهم في حاجة إلى دعمٍ كبير لإيقاف الكارثة
وأكمل شابيرا انتقاداته أُسسَ المجتمع الصهيوني، والتي تُساهم في تشكيل الوعي العام لدى هذا المجتمع، وخصّ بالذّكر الإعلام الإسرائيلي ونظام التعليم، لافتاً إلى أن الناس تعرَّضوا لغسل دماغ ومُنعوا من رؤية الحقيقة، وقال إن الأطفال تتم تربيتهم في نظام تعليم عسكري صهيوني بدرجة كبيرة.
وعرض نفسه كمثالٍ، فأوضح أنه تلقّى تعليماً يشجّعه على الانضمام إلى الجيش الإسرائيلي لحماية شعبه، إلاّ أنه بعد خدمته في القوات الجوية وإلقائه القنابل على المدنيين أدرك أن هذا العمل هو عمل إرهابي
ولفت إلى أنه اعتُقل وسُجن عدة مرات بسبب مشاركته في احتجاجات مع الفلسطينيين في الضفة الغربية لكسر الحصار عن غزة، فضلاً عن فصله من جميع أعماله لدعمه الفلسطينيين وإلقائه محاضرات في أنحاء العالم
وبيّن شابيرا أن عملية غسل الأدمغة من جانب وسائل الإعلام والحكومة والجيش كبيرة للغاية، مشيراً إلى أنه استُبعد من الجيش الإسرائيلي، وأطلق، في إثر ذلك، حملةً لتشجيع أفرادٍ عسكريين آخرين، ممن يؤمنون يأفكاره نفسها، على الاستقالة
وذكر الطيار السابق أن 27 من زملائه في سلاح الجو استقالوا من الجيش منذ عام 2003 حتى اليوم
ويُشكّل سلاح الجو الإسرائيلي اليد الطولى للعدو في التدمير وارتكاب المجازر في قطاع غزة، الذي تعرّض لقصف شديد بغارات متتالية، طالت أكثر من مكان في اللحظة نفسها، بحيث تم استهداف مقارَّ أمنية في منطقة السودانية وتل الهوى قرب الشيخ عجلين، واستهداف منزل في مخيم الشاطئ، ومنطقة قرب أبراج تل الهوى ذات الكثافة السكانية العالية، بالإضافة إلى غارات إسرائيلية مكثَّفة على مناطق متعددة شمالي غربي غزة
في المقابل، تابعت فصائل المقاومة الفلسطينية ردها الصاروخي، ووجّهت “سرايا القدس” فجر اليوم الإثنين، ضربة صاروخية مكثفة نحو المستوطنات، بحسب ما أفاد به مراسل الميادين
