The Emirates started to issue dollar based bonds of three main types. One for 3 years, the second for 10,5 years and the third for 50 years. That is being one of the longest span debt bonds, which makes the debt of the Emirates surpass Saudi Arabia and Egypt in this field.

Documents originating from one of the banks issuing the bonds for Abū Zabī have revealed that the interest of the longest spanning bond ending in 2070 is more than 3% above the usual rate of the American treasury bonds.
The rate for the American treasury bonds during this August for the 30 years span bonds was defined by 1,3%.
By this report the Emirates will surpass both Saudi Arabia and Egypt, registering a record number all along the time of the loan.

بدأت الإمارات تسويق إصدار سندات مقومة بالدولار تنقسم إلى 3 شرائح، الاولى لأجل 3 سنوات والثانية لـ 10 سنوات ونصف السنة والثالثة لـ 50 عاماً، وهو ما يعد أحد أطول آجال أدوات الدين، الامر الذي جعل الإمارات تتخطى السعودية ومصر في هذا المجال
وكشفت وثيقة صادرة عن أحد البنوك التي تدير طرح السندات لصالح أبوظبي أن سعر الفائدة للشريحة الأطول والتي تُستحق في العام 2070، يزيد بنسبة 3بالمئة فوق عائد سندات الخزانة الأمريكية
وتحددت أسعار الفائدة على سندات الخزانة الأمريكية خلال أغسطس الجاري بواقع 1.3بالمئة لأجل 30 عاماً
وبهذه الأنباء تتخطى الإمارات كلا من السعودية ومصر، صاحبة الرقم القياسي في طول مدة سنوات الاقتراض
