Iranian Supreme Leader as-Sayyid ‘Alī Hāmeneī addresses the developments in Ukraine and believes that what is going on there is the result of the American policies built on creating turmoils.
Iranian Supreme Leader as-Sayyid ‘Alī Hāmeneī said that what is going on in Ukraine is “the result of the American policies”, expressing that Ukraine “is a victim of the American policies built on creating turmoils”.
Hāmeneī viewed that Washington cannot “remain without crises in order to be able to selling weapons”, adding: “We support stopping the war in Ukraine and our policies are firm, which are to refuse the killing and destruction of the infrastructure”.
The Iranian Supreme Leader confirmed that the American regime “is in need of terrorist groups, like the Dā‘iš organization, which is a product of Washington itself”.
He pointed out that “the American intervention in Ukraine invoking an artificial revolution, the colored revolutions in other countries, that is what caused the crises around the world”.
He continued: “The United States lives on crises that it spreads itself. That is a regime built on the economic mafia, the arms and weapon production industry”. Today Ukraine became a victim and what is going on there is connected to the American policies”.
Iranian President Ebrāhīm Ra’īsī had expressed previously his understanding for the Russian military operation because “the undermining and destabilizing actions by the United States and the NATO”.
Russia has started a special military operation in Donbas last Thursday. Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the confrontation between the Russia and the chauvinistic forces in Ukraine “became inevitable”.

المرشد الإيراني السيد علي خامنئي يتناول التطورات في أوكرانيا، ويعتبر أنّ ما يجري هناك هو نتيجة السياسات الأميركية القائمة على تأجيج التوتر.
قال المرشد الإيراني السيد علي خامنئي إنّ ما يحدث في أوكرانيا هو “نتيجة السياسات الأميركية”، معتبراً أنّ أوكرانيا “ضحية السياسات الأميركية القائمة على تأجيج التوتر”.
ورأى خامنئي أنّه لا يمكن لواشنطن أن “تبقى من دون أزمات لكي تتمكن من بيع الأسلحة”، مضيفاً: “نحن نؤيد وقف الحرب في أوكرانيا، وسياستنا الثابتة هي رفض القتل وهدم البنى التحتية”.
وأكد المرشد الإيراني أنّ النظام الأميركي “بحاجة إلى مجموعات إرهابية مثل تنظيم داعش، الذي صنعته واشنطن بنفسها”.
وأشار إلى أنّ “التدخل الأميركي في أوكرانيا، وإثارة الثورة المخملية، وانقلاب الألوان في بقية الدول، هو ما تسبب بالأزمات في العالم”.
وتابع: “الولايات المتحدة تعيش على الأزمات التي تنشرها، وهي نظام يقوم على المافيا الاقتصادية والتسلّح وصناعة الأسلحة. أصبحت أوكرانيا اليوم ضحية، وما يجري فيها يرتبط بالسياسة الأميركية”.
وأعرب الرئيس الإيراني إبراهيم رئيسي، في وقت سابق، عن تفهّمه للعملية العسكرية الروسية بسبب “الأعمال المزعزعة للاستقرار من جانب الولايات المتحدة وحلف شمال الأطلسي”.
