Clashes between Palestinian citizens and the occupation presence at the al-Bīra crossing in the West Bank was ended with firing. The matter led to the death of one martyr and the injury of four.
The reporter of the al-Mayadeen reported that clashes happened between the Palestinian citizens, who organized protests at the “Bayt Īl” crossing at al-Bīra and the occupational presence, which tried to disperse the protest.
The occupying army fired teargas and rubber and live ammo to disperse the Palestinians, which caused the martyrdom of a protestor and the injury of more than 16 people.
On the other hand, the protesters launched fireworks towards the Israeli drone at al-Bīra in an attempt to take it down and threw rocks at the occupying soldiers.
The Israeli “KAN” channel mentioned that two of the occupying soldiers got injured after the resistance opened fire towards them during the clashes, which broke out at the northern entrance of the city of al-Bīra. Thus pointing out that those injured were an officer and a soldier.
Out reporter pointed out that the armed clashes lasted for more than 20 minutes, which was followed by heavy firing by the occupying army towards the civilians. The matter led to a number of injuries apart from an arrest campaign amongst the protesters.
The city of al-Bīra took part in the general Palestinian strike on Tuesday in a response to the continuing Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people and the strike paralyzed the business and educational life and stopped public transportation.
As for Bethlehem, the clashes between the Palestinians and the occupying army intensified. The latter resulted in firing tear gas canisters with the aim to disperse the protesters. The matter led to 5 injuries.

اشتباكات بين المواطنين الفلسطينيين وجنود الاحتلال عند حاجز البيرة في الضفة الغربية، تخلّلها إطلاق نار، الأمر الذي أدّى إلى ارتقاء شهيد وإصابة آخرين
أفادت مراسلة الميادين بوقوع اشتباكات بين المواطنين الفلسطينيين التي نظَّموا تظاهرة حاشدة عند حاجز “بيت إيل” في البيرة، وجنود الاحتلال الذين سعوا لتفريق التظاهرة.
وأطلق جيش الاحتلال القنابل المسيلّة للدموع والرصاصين المطاطيّ والحي لتفريق الفلسطينيين، متسبباً باستشهاد متظاهر وإصابة أكثر من 16 شخصاً
في المقابل، أطلق المتظاهرون المفرقعات النارية في اتجاه طائرة إسرائيلية مسيّرة في البيرة في محاولة لإسقاطها، ورموا جنود الاحتلال بالحجارة
وذكرت قناة “كان” الإسرائيلية أن اثنين من جنود الاحتلال أُصيبوا بعد إطلاق مقاومين النار في اتجاههم خلال المواجهات المندلعة عند المدخل الشمالي لمدينة البيرة، مشيرةً إلى أن المصابَين هما ضابطة وجندي
وأشارت مراسلتنا إلى أن الاشتباك المسلَّح استمرّ أكثر من 20 دقيقة، تلاه إطلاق كثيف للنار من جيش الاحتلال في اتجاه المدنيين، الأمر الذي أوقع عدداً كبيراً من الإصابات، فضلاً عن شنّ حملة اعتقالات في صفوف المتظاهرين
وشاركت مدينة البيرة في الإضراب الفلسطيني الشامل، اليوم الثلاثاء، رداً على العدوان الإسرائيلي المتواصل على الشعب الفلسطيني. وشمل الإضراب شلّ الحياة تجارياً وتعليمياً، وتوقّف وسائل النقل العام
