On Monday Iranian Foreign Minister Ḥosseyn Amīr ‘Abdollahiyān met with the Emir of Qatar aš-Šayh Tamīm ibn Ḥamad Āl Tānī in Doha and held negotiations with him.

This is the third visit Amīr ‘Abdollahiyān has taken to Doha since he took office as Foreign Minister of Iran.
Before this meeting, Amīr ‘Abdollahiyān also held negotiations with his Qatari colleague, also Prime Minister Muḥammad ibn ‘Abd ar-Raḥmān.
During his meeting with his Qatari colleague Amīr ‘Abdollahiyān pointed out the Zionist massacres in Gaza saying: “At a time, in which this number of the Palestinian people are getting killed every day by the hands of the Zionist Entity we see that the American government is calling upon others to be restrained, while at the same time increases its military and overall support to the criminal Zionist Entity. In case the Zionist crimes against the Palestinian people and citizens continue, no one can guarantee that the situation in the region remains as it is.
On his behalf, the Qatari Foreign Minister pointed out the current events in Palestine and considered the conciliation between Iran and Qatar as an important matter. He said that “the continuation of these circumstances and the attacks of Israel against Gaza and the Palestinian people causes worries”.
Amīr ‘Abdollahiyān also in Qatar on Saturday night had met with the President of the Political Committee of Ḥamās Ismā‘īl Haniyya and held negotiations with him.
Before his visit to Qatar Amīr ‘Abdollahiyān has visited Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon and held negotiations there with high-ranking officials about the situation on the Palestinian side.

التقى وزير الخارجية الايراني حسين امير عبداللهيان أمير قطر الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني، في الدوحة اليوم الأحد، و اجرى معه محادثات

وهذه هي ثالث زيارة يقوم بها امير عبداللهيان الى الدوحة منذ توليه حقيبة وزارة الخارجية الايرانية.
وقبل هذا اللقاء ايضا اجرى امير عبداللهيان ايضا محادثات مع نظيره القطري ورئيس الوزراء محمد بن عبدالرحمن.
وقد اشار امير عبداللهيان خلال لقائه نظيره القطري الى المجازر الصهيونية في غزة قائلا ” في وقت يقتل فيه هذا العدد من الشعب الفلسطيني في كل يوم على يد الكيان الصهيوني، نرى الحكومة الاميركية تدعو الآخرين الى ضبط النفس وفي نفس الوقت تزيد من دعمها العسكري والشامل للكيان الصهيوني المجرم ، وفي حال استمرار الجرائم الصهيونية ضد الشعب والمواطنين الفلسطينيين ، لا يمكن لأحد ان يضمن بفاء الاوضاع في المنطقة على حالها.
من جانبه اشار وزير الخارجية القطري الى الاحداث الجارية في فلسطين واعتبر التشاور بين ايران وقطر امرا هاما وقال ” ان استمرار هذه الاوضاع وهجمات اسرائيل على غزة والشعب الفلسطيني يثير القلق ” .
وكان امير عبداللهيان التقى في الدوحة ايضا مساء السبت برئيس المكتب السياسي لحماس اسماعيل هنية واجرى معه محادثات.
وقبل زيارته لقطر، زار امير عبداللهيان كل من العراق وسوريا ولبنان واجرى هناك محادثات مع كبار المسؤولين بشأن الاوضاع على الساحة الفلسطينية
