Algerian President ‘Abd al-Mağid Tabbūn confirms supporting Tunisian President Qays Sa‘īd, praising the “Arabism of Sa‘īd and his rare patriotic feeling”.

On Tuesday Algerian President ‘Abd al-Mağīd Tabbūn stated that “there are parties who want to isolate Algerian from Tunisia to set it apart and prey upon it”.

Tabbūn during his end of the year speech held in front of the two houses of the parliament added that “whoever want to go to Tunisia to undermine it will find Algeria on guard”.

He pointed out that there are desperate attempts to jeopardize the economy of Tunisia, praising the patriotism of the Tunisian people and their wisdom, their determination for the security of their country.

He continued: “the continuation of our security is in Tunisia and the continuation of Tunisia’s security is in Algeria”.

President Tabbūn confirmed “Algeria is not intervening in the internal affairs of Tunisia, expressing that this is a “red line”.

In the same context he mentioned that President Qays Sa‘īd, President of the Republic of Tunisia “is not someone following dictations, he is not a pupil for any sides”, praising “the Arabism of President Sa‘īd and his rare patriotic feeling”.

He also said that “the Algerian Army did not and will not intervene in Tunisia and any words is just exaggeration”.

صرّح رئيس الجمهورية الجزائرية، عبد المجيد تبون، الثلاثاء، أنّ “هناك جهات تريد. عزل الجزائر عن تونس للاستفراد بها و الإجهاز عليها”.

وأضاف تبون خلال خطاب نهاية السنة ألقاه أمام غرفتي البرلمان، أن. “من يريد أن يمرّ الى تونس لزعزعتها، سيجد الجزائر بالمرصاد”.

وأشار إلى أنّ هناك محاولات يائسة للمسّ باقتصاد تونس، مشيداً بوطنية. الشعب التونسي ووعيه، وتمسّكه بأمن بلاده.

وتابع: “أمننا امتداده في تونس، و أمن. تونس امتداده في الجزائر”.

وأكد الرئيس تبون “عدم تدخل الجزائر بالشؤون الداخلية. لتونس، معتبراً  ذلك “خطاً أحمر”. 

وفي السياق، ذكر أنّ الرئيس قيس سعيد، رئيس الجمهورية التونسية،  “ليس من. المطبعين و لا تلميذاً لأي جهة”، مشيداً بـ”عروبية الرئيس سعيد، وحسّه الوطني النادر”.

وقال أيضاً إنّ “الجيش الجزائري لم يتدخل ولن يتدخل في. تونس، وكل كلام دون ذلك مزايدات
