Syrian opposition sources reveal that the intelligence of the Turkish regime “works by the mediation of the Turkestani Islamic Party to transport troops of the terrorist organizations from the rural areas of Idlib and Latakia to Afghanistan in cooperation with the “Ṭālebān” Movement, after the withdrawal of the NATO and America from the country”.
The Syrian “al-Waṭan” newspaper revealed from sources close to the militias belonging to the Turkish regime in western part of Idlib and northern part of Latakia that “the Turkish Intelligence with the mediation of the Turkestani Islamic Party organized the explosion of hundreds of terrorists from the organizations of Ğund aš-Šām and Ğund Allah, which were incorporated into Hay’at Taḥrīr aš-Šām, the present front cover for the an-Nuṣra Front from the Turkman Mountains to Afghanistan”.
Sources of the same newspaper also added that “the basis of the deal, which was cut assured the exit of the terrorists the Turman Mountains stipulated their transport their leadership into Afghanistan after the Turkistani Islamic Party contacted the leadership of the “Ṭālebān” Movement. The Movement which took power in the country after the withdrawal of the forces of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and the American forces from there.
According to the sources the “presence of mediation resulted in the Ṭālebān accepting the initiative, which was orchestrated by the Turkish Intelligence with the support of leadership Turkish officials. This happened in order fulfill the attempt of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s regime to pull the Syrian branch of the al-Qā’ida Organization completely back into the de-escalation zone, so to improve its reputation at the Western states as it was fighting against terrorism. Also in order to convince them to take them [the organizations] from the American and UN terrorist lists”. In addition also to “impose its presence as a matter of fact setting up a future region”.
The same sources revealed that “tens of terrorists crossed the Harbat al-Ğūz illegal border crossing in the western countryside of Ğisr aš-Šuġūr into Turkish territory to be transported in mass to Afghanistan while the remaining number of the terrorist agreed upon in the deal are waiting to be transported”.
Also, the same opposition sources for the “al-Waṭan“ newspaper pointed out that “the turn of the remaining terrorist organization will come in the region to isolate them from the an-Nuṣra Front and the rest of the militias supported by Ankara”. Thus expressing that this will happen “in response to the dictations by Moscow, which put pressure implement the bilateral agreement between the two countries. That stipulates that repulsion of the terrorist organizations from the de-escalation zone and reopen movement along the Aleppo–Latakia highway otherwise marked as M4”.
It should be remembered that President Erdoğan had said in the beginning of October that his country will work on “cleaning up the terrorist hideouts within Syria on its own, if the promises on this matter are not fulfilled, so to achieve stability along the southern borders of his country”.
Before that Erdoğan announced on February that the Syrian attack on the Turkish forces in Idlib “meant a transitional point”.
Erdoğan agreed with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on a ceasefire in Idlib and to set up a safe passage in the length of 6 kilometers to the north and south along the “M4” highway in Syria.

مصادر سورية معارضة تكشف أنّ استخبارات النظام التركي “تعمل بواسطة الحزب الإسلامي التركستاني على نقل عناصر تنظيمات إرهابية في ريفي إدلب واللاذقية إلى أفغانستان بالتنسيق مع حركة “طالبان” بعد انسحاب “الناتو” وأميركا من البلاد
كشفت صحيفة “الوطن” السورية نقلاً عن مصادر معارضة، مقربة من الميليشيات التابعة للنظام التركي، في ريفي إدلب الغربي واللاذقية الشمالي، قولها إنّ “الاستخبارات التركية وبوساطة من الحزب الإسلامي التركستاني، نظّمت ترحيل مئات الإرهابيين من تنظيمي جند الشام، وجند الله، اللذين جرى إقصاؤهما عن طريق هيئة تحرير الشام، الواجهة الحالية لجبهة النصرة، من جبل التركمان إلى أفغانستان
وأضافت المصادر للصحيفة نفسها، أنّ “أساس الصفقة التي جرت وتضمنت خروج الإرهابيين من جبل التركمان، قضت بنقلهم مع متزعميهم إلى أفغانستان بعد تواصل الحزب الإسلامي التركستاني، مع قيادات في حركة طالبان بأفغانستان”، التي سيطرت على الحكم في البلاد، بعد انسحاب قوات حلف شمال الأطلسي (الناتو) والقوات الأميركية منها
وبحسب المصادر، فإنّ “جهود الوساطة نجحت في قبول طالبان بالمبادرة التي نسجت خيوطها الاستخبارات التركية، وبدعم من مسؤولين أتراك كبار، وذلك من أجل إنجاح مساعي نظام الرئيس رجب طيب إردوغان ببسط الفرع السوري لتنظيم القاعدة على منطقة خفض التصعيد كاملة، لتلميع صورته لدى دول الغرب على أنه يكافح الإرهاب، ومن أجل إقناعها بإزالته من قائمة الإرهاب الأممية والأميركية”، بالإضافة إلى “فرض وجوده كأمر واقع في حلول المنطقة المستقبلية
المصادر نفسها كشفت أنّ “عشرات الإرهابيين تخطوا معبر خربة الجوز غير الشرعي بريف جسر الشغور الغربي إلى داخل الأراضي التركية لنقلهم بشكل جماعي إلى أفغانستان، في انتظار نقل بقية أعداد الإرهابيين المتفق عليهم ضمن الصفقة
كذلك، أشارت المصادر المعارضة لـصحيفة “الوطن” إلى أن “الدور سيأتي على بقية التنظيمات الإرهابية في المنطقة لفصلها عن جبهة النصرة، وباقي الميليشيات المدعومة من أنقرة”، معتبرة أنّ ذلك يأتي “استجابة لإملاءات موسكو التي تضغط لتنفيذ الاتفاقيات الثنائية بين البلدين، والتي تنص على طرد التنظيمات الإرهابية من منطقة خفض التصعيد، وإعادة الحركة إلى طريق عام حلب – اللاذقية أو ما يرمز له بطريق (M4)”
ويذكر أنّ الرئيس إردوغان كان قد قال مطلع شهر تشرين الأول/أكتوبر الماضي، إنّ بلاده ستعمل على “تطهير أوكار الإرهاب في سوريا بنفسها، إن لم يتم الوفاء بالوعود المقدمة لها في هذا الصدد، حتى تحقيق الاستقرار على الحدود الجنوبية لبلاده
وسبق أن أعلن إردوغان في شهر شباط/فبراير الماضي، بأنّ الهجوم السوري على القوات التركية في إدلب “مثّل نقطة تحوّل
وكان إردوغان،اتفق مع نظيره الروسي فلاديمير بوتين، على وقف إطلاق النار في إدلب، وإنشاء ممر آمن بطول 6 كيلومترات إلى الشمال وجنوب الطريق “M4” في سوريا.
