The account, which became famous with its political leaks on Twitter revealed what it called as American pressures applied on the Crown Prince of Abū Zabī, Muḥammad ibn Zāyid so he would not attend to the last Gulf Summit in Riyadh, and instead of him Ibn Rāšid would represent the Emirates.

The “Bidūn Ẓill [Without a shadow]” account, which identifies itself as an officer in the Emirati Security Service and attracts a following with more than quarter a million followers on Twitter claimed in a tweet in his account (Waṭan [Homeland]) that there was a plan that the Šayh Muḥammad ibn Zāyid would attend the summit conducted in Riyadh.
He followed by clarifying: “But there are American pressures applied on Šayh Muḥammad not to go, so there could be talks between Saudi Arabia and Qatar in a normal way, and by the American pressure Šayh Muḥammad ibn Rāšid went there instead of him”.
In another tweet the Emirati account pointed out that Šayh Muḥammad ibn Zāyid got somewhat upset that there was no statement by any Saudi official demanding Qatar to fulfill the 13 conditions. That caused so concern by Ibn Zāyid fearing that Saudi Arabia would give up its previous standing.
In the last few weeks reports talked about a possible crisis about to break out in the Gulf due to the blockade on Qatar by Saudi Arabia, the Emirates, Bahrain in addition to Egypt since 2017 under the pretext of support for terrorism, which Doha strongly refused.
On Tuesday a Gulf summit took place in the Saudi capital Riyadh, where the delegation of the State of Qatar was lead by Qatari PM and Minister of Interior Šayh ‘Abd Allah ibn Nāṣir Āl Tānī.
The 40th Gulf Summit accepted its final statement after some 30 minutes after its onset, which was the shortest summit since the outbreak of the crisis in the middle of 2017.

حساب “بدون ظل” الذي يعرف نفسه على أنه ضابط بجهاز الأمن الإماراتي ويحظى بمتابعة أكثر من ربع مليون شخص على تويتر، قال في تغريدة له بحسب (وطن) إنه كان مخططا أن يقوم الشيخ محمد بن زايد بالذهاب إلى القمة التي أقيمت في الرياض
وتابع موضحا: “ولكن هناك ضغوط أمريكية مورست على الشيخ محمد بعدم الذهاب، حتى تسير المحادثات بين السعودية وقطر بالشكل الطبيعي وبناء على الضغوط الامريكية ذهب الشيخ محمد بن راشد بدلا عنه
ولفت الحساب الإماراتي في تغريدة أخرى إلى أن الشيخ محمد بن زايد منزعج للغاية بسبب عدم خروج تصريح من أي مسؤول سعودي يطالب قطر بتنفيذ الشروط الـ١٣، ما سبب لـ ابن زايد حالة من الارتباك خشية أن تتخلى السعودية عن موقفها السابق
