A source on the ground reports to al-Mayadeen net that the latest attack against the Syrian Arms was launched from the areas being under control of the Ğayš al-Maġāwīr and the International Coalition, which confirms the latter’s support for the movements of “Dā‘iš” in the region militarily and strategically.
The latest indications of the attack by the “Dā‘iš” cells against a convoy of the Syrian Army point to American hands being behind as a supporter for the organization to carry out its attacks, which curiously intensified lately, after a number of leaks about the United States of America transported a number of fighters of the organization from the “Qasad” prisons in al-Ḥasaka towards the Syrian-Iraqi border and the areas under control of the Syrian Army.
The style of the attack, in which the organization used heavy artillery for targeting the convoy of the Syrian Army along the highway connecting the second and third stations indicate that in addition to the strategic support the organization might receive artillery support from the Coalition’s base.
Also the time of the attack, which coincided with the the preparations of the Syrian Army supported by Russian airplanes to comb through the Syrian desert for the “Dā‘iš” cells, which also came after the sides in the Astana Conference agreed that organization must be eliminated in the country. This also indicates the indirect American rejection for this operation to secure that the reason for its presence in the region does not disappear and to have an excuse by eradicating the organization and preventing it to rebuild itself in the region.
Regardless, the Syrian Army continued to sending military reinforcements to ensure the duty of combing the desert, to eradicate the organization’s movements and to secure the Palmyra–Dayr az-Zūr–al-Būkamāl desert highway, which passes by oil stations. This is the highway, which enables the Syrian Army and its allies to regain control over al-Būkamāl and restored the border connection between Syria and Iraq at the end of 2017.
At this point the sources of al-Mayadeen net confirm that “the attack against the convoy of the Syrian Army close to an area 55 kilometers deep inside was launched from an area being under the control of the the Ğayš al-Maġāwir and the International Coalition. Thus confirming the latter’s support for the movements of “Dā‘iš” in the area militarily and strategically”.
The sources revealed that “the targeted operation was carried out several days after the military drills performed by the Russian side with the 15th Battalion in the desert with the aim to prepare launching a new operation eradicating the Dā‘iš cells in the region”.
The source pointed out that “the operation of transporting soldiers and equipment has indeed started in preparation for a major military operation to comb through the area, eradicate the Dā‘iš cells and secure the Dayr az-Zūr–Damascus highway from the any attack, while also securing the control positions along the area 55 kilometers inside”.
The source believed that the attack which the Army suffered in the area is most likely held an American message carried out by the “Dā‘iš” signaling that it is forbidden to secure the area, which witnesses the large presence of the organization’s soldiers. That is growing in result by the Coalition continues to transport more troops of the organization by helicopters from the prisons of “Qasad” towards the desert and the Iraqi border.
The source explained that “the cooperation between the Americans and Dā‘iš exists, even if not openly, because Washington is looking for an excuse to prolong its remaining in the region”. Also adding that “by the style of the attack using mortars followed by direct heavy machine fire on the convoy, which was transporting the troops of the army the United States wanted to establish the capacity of the organization to improve itself once again and thus enabling it to regain a portion of its power in the region”.

مصدر ميداني يقول للميادين نت إنّ الهجوم الأخير على الجيش السوري انطلق من مناطق سيطرة جيش المغاوير والتحالف الدولي، ما يؤكد دعم الأخير لتحركات “داعش” في المنطقة، عسكرياً واستحباراتياً
توحي مؤشرات الهجوم الأخير لخلايا تنظيم “داعش” على حافلة للجيش السوري بأصابع أميركية تقف كداعم للتنظيم في تنفيذ هجماته التي تصاعدت بشكل لافت مؤخراً، بعد تسريبات عديدة عن نقل الولايات المتحدة الأميركية عدد من معتقلي التنظيم في سجون “قسد” في الحسكة باتجاه الحدود السورية-العراقية، ومناطق سيطرة الجيش السوري.
ويُظهرُ شكل الهجوم الذي استخدم فيه التنظيم مدفع ثقيل في استهداف قافلة الجيش السوري في الطريق الرابط بين المحطتين الثانية والثالث، يشير ربما إلى تلقي التنظيم دعماً مدفعياً من قاعدة التحالف، بالإضافة للدعم الاستخباراتي.
كما أنّ توقيت الهجوم وتزامنه مع استعدادات الجيش السوري بدعم من الطيران الروسي لتمشيط البادية السورية من خلايا “داعش”، والذي أتى بعد توافق أطراف مؤتمر أستانة على ضرورة القضاء على التنظيم في البلاد، يشير أيضاً إلى رفض أميركي غير مباشر لهذه العملية، لضمان عدم انتفاء سبب وجوده في المنطقة، وتذرعهم بملاحقة التنظيم ومنعه من إعادة تنظيم نفسه في المنطقة.
مع ذلك، واصل الجيش السوري استقدام تعزيزات عسكرية لإتمام مهمة تمشيط البادية، والقضاء على تحركات التنظيم، وتأمين طريق تدمر-ديرالزور مع طريق تدمر-البوكمال الصحراوي والذي يمر بالمحطات النفطية، وهو الطريق الذي تمكن من خلاله الجيش السوري وحلفاؤه باستعادة السيطرة على البوكمال وإعادة ربط الحدود السورية-العراقية في نهاية العام 2017.
وهنا، يؤكد مصدر ميداني للميادين نت أنّ “عملية الهجوم على قافلة للجيش السوري في محيط منطقة 55 كم انطلقت من مناطق سيطرة جيش المغاوير والتحالف الدولي، ما يؤكد دعم الأخير لتحركات داعش في المنطقة، عسكرياً واستخباراتياً”.
وكشف المصدر أنّ “عملية الاستهداف تمت بعد عدة أيام من مناورات اجراها الجانب الروسي مع الفرقة 15 في البادية بهدف التحضير لإطلاق عملية جديدة للقضاء على خلايا داعش في المنطقة”.
ولفت المصدر إلى أنّ “عمليات نقل الجنود والعتاد بدأت فعلاً استعداداً لعملية عسكرية كبيرة تهدف لتفتيش المنطقة والقضاء على خلايا التنظيم وتأمين طريق ديرالزور-دمشق من الهجمات مع تأمين الحماية لنقاط التماس على امتداد منطقة 55 كم”.
واعتبر المصدر أنّ الهجوم الذي تعرّض له الجيش في المنطقة على الأرجح فيه رسالة أميركية نفذتها “داعش” بأنّه ممنوع تأمين المنطقة التي تشهد تواجداً لاعداد كبيرة من عناصر التنظيم، وهم بتزايد نتيجة مواصلة التحالف نقل مزيد من عناصر التنظيم بالمروحيات من سجون “قسد” باتجاه البادية والحدود العراقية.
وأوضح المصدر أنّ “التعاون بين الأميركيين وداعش موجود لكنه غير معلن، لأنّ واشنطن تبحث عن ذريعة لتبرير بقاءها في المنطقة”، مضيفاً أنّ “شكل الهجوم باستخدام القذائف وتلاه استهداف مباشر بالرشاشات الثقيلة للحافلة التي كانت تقل عناصر الجيش تريد من خلاله الولايات المتحدة إثبات قدرة التظيم على تطوير نفسه مجدداً ما يمكّنه من استعادة جزء من قوته في المنطقة
