Commander of the Sudanese “Rapid Support” Forces Muḥammad Ḥamdān Daqalū takes oath as head of the Sudanese Government Balance in the city of Niyālā, which on Saturday suffered attacks by drones.

According to a statement on Saturday Commander of the Sudanese “Rapid Support” Forces Muḥammad Ḥamdān Daqalū took oath as head of the Sudanese Government of Balance in a development pushing the country with a further step towards effective partition.
Daqalū, known as “Ḥamīdtī”, is rarely seen in Sudan since the beginning of the ongoing war since 28 months with the national army, yet according to the statement he took oath in the Sudanese city of Niyālā.
Niyālā counts to be one of the biggest Sudanese cities and lies in Dārfūr region. That is the effective seat of the “Rapid Support” Forces that had appointed a prime minister and presidential council led by Daqalū at a time when the city has suffered drone attacks on Saturday.
Despite the “Rapid Support” Forces taking control over most of the districts of Dārfūr, it is still fighting with the army and its allies to take hold of the city of al-Fāšir, the historic capital of the region.
These forces are holding thousands of civilians there for more than 500 days that has forced them to take refuge in eating fodder as the main substance to stay alive.
The UN agency for the children, “UNICEF” last week stated that more than thousand children have been killed, or suffered injuries after the airstrikes, artillery bombardment and land attacks.
The human studies center of the Yale University on Friday mentioned that satellite images showed that the forces had set up effective checkpoints to prevent the residents from leaving, while it reported that those who managed to escape suffered violent attacks and robbery by the armed men of the “Rapid Support”.
The Sudanese Army had managed to regain control over the areas that are at the middle and the east of Sudan and had formed the first government since the beginning of the war that has held its first session last week.
The Kordofān region that lies between the two warring forces is an area of fighting and attacks against the smaller villages.

أدّى قائد قوات “الدعم السريع” السودانية محمد حمدان دقلو، اليمين رئيساً لحكومة سودانية. موازية، وفقاً لبيان لها اليوم السبت، وذلك في تطور يدفع البلاد خطوة أخرى نحو التقسيم الفعلي.
ونادراً ما شوهد دقلو، المعروف باسم “حميدتي”، في السودان منذ بداية الحرب المستمرة. منذ 28 شهراً مع الجيش الوطني، لكنه أدّى اليمين في مدينة نيالا السودانية، وفقاً للبيان.
وتعدّ نيالا واحدة من أكبر المدن السودانية، وتقع في إقليم دارفور، وهي بمنزلة العاصمة الفعلية. لقوات “الدعم السريع” التي عيّنت رئيساً للوزراء ومجلساً رئاسياً بقيادة دقلو، في. وقتٍ استُهدفت المدينة بهجمات بطائرات مسيّرة اليوم.
وعلى الرغم من سيطرة قوات “الدعم السريع” على معظم أنحاء دارفور، فإنّها تقاتل الجيش. وحلفاءه بضراوة للسيطرة على مدينة الفاشر، العاصمة التاريخية للإقليم.
وتحاصر تلك القوات مئات الآلاف من المدنيين هناك منذ أكثر من 500 يوم، ما أجبرهم. على اللجوء إلى تناول العلف الحيواني كطعام يبقيهم على قيد الحياة.
وقالت منظمة الأمم المتحدة للطفولة “يونيسف”، الأسبوع الماضي، إنّ أكثر من ألف طفل. قُتلوا أو تعرضوا لتشوهات من جراء الغارات الجوية والقصف المدفعي والهجمات البرية.
وذكر مختبر الأبحاث الإنسانية التابع لجامعة “ييل”، أمس الجمعة، أنّ صور الأقمار الصناعية. أظهرت إقامة القوات حواجز فعلية تمنع السكان من الخروج، فيما أفاد من تمكنوا من الفرار بتعرضهم لهجمات عنيفة. وسرقة على يد مسلحي قوات “الدعم السريع”.
واستعاد الجيش السوداني السيطرة على المناطق الواقعة في وسط وشرق السودان، وشكّل أول. حكومة منذ بدء الحرب، والتي عقدت أول اجتماع لها الأسبوع الماضي.
