After Algeria launched an “immediate brotherly” campaign to rescue the victims of the Moroccan earthquake Algerian military planes carrying humanitarian aid left the Būfarīq military airport on Monday night towards Rabat.

On Monday night sources to al-Mayadeen reported that three Algerian military planes carrying humanitarian aid were ready to depart from the Būfarīq military airport towards Morocco.
The correspondent of al-Mayadeen pointed out that Algeria allocated 3 planes. Two of them are carrying medicine, matrices, and aid and one of them carrying civil defense equipment.
The sources reported that the aid consists of blankets, tents, medicine, and rescue equipment. The operation team of the civil defense consists of 80 specialized experts.
The same source confirmed that in addition to a search and rescue detachment and a medical party, the team also included a “seismic technical” team specialized in under-ruins research operations.

The correspondent of al-Mayadeen reported that the Algerian authorities decided to allocate 3 relief planes came after the Moroccan Ministry of Justice accepted the Algerian aid.
Major Fārūq ‘Āšūr of the Civilian Defense told al-Mayadeen that “three rescue planes have been allocated” and “there are internationally trained 4 civil defense teams consisting of 93 personnel”.
He added that “there is a team specially trained for catastrophe medical services, a technical team specialized in search under ruins, a logistical support team, and an emergency medical team”.
He pointed out that “all reassure teams are ready to provide aid to the brotherly country of Morocco”.
He explained that “the Algerian Civil Defense has international experience that has been recently witnessed in Syria and Türkiye and it is ready to provide the necessary help to Morocco”.
On Sunday Algeria laid out an emergency plan to help the Moroccan people in the aftermath of the devastating earthquake that hit the country last Friday night.
The Algerian Foreign Ministry announced that “within the emergency logistical and material help Algeria plans to provide to the brotherly Moroccan people to face the effects of the devastating earthquake, it offers an emergency plan for relief in case the Moroccan Kingdom accepted” that.
In the previous context after the earthquake happened in Morocco, Algeria launched an “urgent brotherly campaign” to help the victims of the earthquake and opened its airspace for the journey transporting aid and the injured”.
The Algerian Foreign Ministry expressed its condolences to the families of the victims and “the brotherly Moroccan people”, wishing rapid recovery for the injured.
On Monday the Moroccan Ministry of Interior announced that the number of victims of the devastating earthquake has risen to 2681 cases of death and 2501 injuries, while the Moroccan rescue teams are racing with time supported by the foreign teams, to find survivors and provide help to hundreds of those whose houses were destroyed following the earthquake.

أفادت مصادر الميادين، مساء اليوم الإثنين، بأنّ ثلاث طائرات طائرة عسكرية جزائرية محمَّلة بالمساعدات الإنسانية، تستعدّ للانطلاق من مطار بوفاريك العسكري، في اتجاه المغرب.
وأشار مراسل الميادين إلى أنّ الجزائر خصصت 3 طائرات، اثنتان منها لنقل الأدوية والفرش والمساعدات، وواحدة لنقل معدّات الحماية المدنية.
وأفادت المصادر بأنّ المساعدات هي أغطية وخيم وأدوية ومعدات إنقاذ. أما فريق التدخل للحماية المدنية فيتكون من 80 خبيراً متخصصاً.
وأكدت المصادر نفسها أنّ الفريق يضم أيضاً فريقاً “سينوتقنياً” متخصصاً بعمليات البحث تحت الأنقاض، بالإضافة إلى فريق بحث وإغاثة، وفريق طبي
وأفاد مراسل الميادين بأنّ قرار السلطات الجزائرية تخصيص 3 طائرات المساعدات جاء عقب قبول وزير العدل المغربي المساعدات الجزائرية
وقال الرائد فاروق عاشور، من “الحماية المدنية” للميادين، إنه “تمّ تجهيز ثلاث طائرات إغاثة”، وإنّ “هناك 4 فرق من الحماية المدنية تلقّت تدريبات دولية، عدد أفرادها 93”.
وأضاف أنّ “هناك فريقاً متخصصاً بطب الكوارث، وفريقاً تقنياً متخصصاً بالبحث تحت الأنقاض، وفريق دعم لوجيستياً، وفريقاً طبياً مسعفاً”.
وأشار إلى أنّ “كل الفرق الإغاثية جاهزة لتقديم المساعدة إلى البلد الشقيق المغرب”.
وأوضح أنّ “الحماية المدنية الجزائرية لديها خبرة دولية مشهود بها مؤخراً في سوريا وتركيا، وهي مستعدة لتقديم كل المساعدات اللازمة إلى المغرب”.
وأمس الأحد، عرضت الجزائر مخططاً طارئاً لمساعدة الشعب المغربي من آثار الزلزال العنيف، الذي ضرب البلاد، ليل الجمعة الماضي.
وأعلنت وزارة الخارجية الجزائرية أنّه، “في إطار المساعدات اللوجيستية والمادية الطارئة، التي تستعد الجزائر لتقديمها إلى الشعب المغربي الشقيق لمواجهة آثار الزلزال العنيف، فإنها تعرض مخططاً طارئاً للمساعدة في حال قبول المملكة المغربية” ذلك.
وفي وقت سابق، عقب وقوع الزلزال في المغرب، أطلقت الجزائر “حملة الأخوّة العاجلة” لمساعدة المتضررين من الزلزال، وفتحت مجالها الجوي أمام رحلات نقل المساعدات والجرحى.
وأعربت الخارجية الجزائرية عن تعازيها أُسر الضحايا “والشعب المغربي الشقيق”، متمنيةً الشفاء العاجل للمصابين.
واليوم الإثنين، أعلنت وزارة الداخلية المغربية ارتفاع حصيلة ضحايا الزلزال المدمر إلى 2681 وفاة، و2501 مصاب، بينما يسابق رجال الإنقاذ المغاربة الزمن، بدعم من فرق أجنبية، للعثور على ناجين، وتقديم المساعدة إلى المئات ممَّن دُمِّرت منازلهم عقب الزلزال
