Tunisian President Qays Sa‘īd issues a presidential decree extending the suspension of Parliament’s work and the immunity of the MPs until further notice. Tunisian parliament member Las‘ad al-Ḥağlāwī says that the an-Nahḍa has a great responsibility for what Tunisia arrived to today.
Tunisian President Qays Sa‘īd issues a presidential decree extending the suspension of Parliament’s work and the immunity of the MPs until further notice, at the same time with security deployment around the Parliament in the middle of the Tunisian capital.
At the same time the “aš-Šurūq online” website came to know that President Qays Sa‘īd tonight will address the Tunisian people in a long speech. It is expected that his speech will include a list of extraordinary measures, their period and intensions and according to the website he will describe the dangerous position Tunisia and its security was in.
According to the website “the speech might include also revelations about dangerous facts and events, accusations including how a dangerous operation was foiled which having went through would have targeted Tunisia and it’s security in the last few days. Through this occasion the President might be more clear then the last few times about revealing some facts and truths”.
It is also expected that the President will announce a governmental group, which will be tasked to manage the government affairs aside from the president of the state.
In addition to that the President of the Free Dustūrī Block ‘Abīr Mūsī announced that ten members of her faction were summoned in for investigations at the National Guard.
Mūsī said that the Speaker of the Parliament Rāšid al-Ġannūšī issued an enquiry against the members of her faction after they protested against an agreement scheduled to be held between the government and the Qatari Investment Fund.
On his behalf Tunisian MP Las‘ad al-Ḥağlāwī confirmed to al-Mayadeen for what Tunisia arrived to today the an-Nahḍa has a great responsibility for it, but the other part of the responsibility is held by his partners in power.
During an debate on “Tunisia, the Third Republic” he added that the transition to a better status in
Tunisia is linked to the roadmap drew up by the President.
At the same time director of the political crisis committee at the Tunisian an-Nahḍa Movement Muḥammad al-Qūmānī said yesterday, on Monday that the Movement “received angry letters from the ordinary people and from the youth and arrived to some mistakes on the course after 2011, which had a major role in to what we arrived to as a deadlock situation that led the President to intervene on 26 July, but unfortunately the solution of the crisis hasn’t been found”.
Al-Qūmānī, who is a member of the suspended Parliament added in a debate in the national radio that the an-Nahḍa Movement “formed an extraordinary committee to manage the political crisis about the rulership, the Carthage Palace and to political system generally”. He also added that this committee is “not a committee to manage the internal crisis within the movement”.
The an-Nahḍa Movement also rejected the conspiracies threatening the security of Tunisia and the personal security of the President. In a statement it called the state security institutions and the judiciary to investigate the situation to reveal those implicated in it. Thus warning internal and outsider conspirators, who work on pushing the country to instability.
The movement pointed out that the unconstitutional decisions and the measures announced on 25 July and after are still exceptional and pointed out that these decisions require the cooperation fo all to overcome them.

الرئيس التونسي قيس سعيّد يصدر أمراً رئاسياً يقضي بتمديد تعليق عمل مجلس النواب ورفع الحصانة عن النواب حتّى إشعار آخر، وعضو مجلس نواب الشعب التونسي لسعد الحجلاوي يقول إن ما وصلت إليه تونس اليوم تتحمل النهضة مسؤولية جزء كبير منه.
أصدر الرئيس التونسي قيس سعيّد أمراً رئاسياً يقضي بتمديد تعليق عمل مجلس النواب ورفع الحصانة عن النواب حتّى إشعار آخر، وتزامن ذلك مع انتشار أمني في محيط البرلمان وسط العاصمة التونسية.
هذا وعلم موقع “الشروق أون لاين” أن رئيس الجمهورية قيس سعّيد يتوجه مساء اليوم، بكلمة مطولة إلى الشعب التونسي، ومن المنتظر أن تتضمن الكلمة جرداً لدواعي الاجراءات الاستثنائية، ومآل هذه الاجراءات ومراميها، وسوف يتطرق وفق الموقع إلى محطات خطيرة كانت ستنال من تونس وأمنها.
وبحسب الموقع، “الكلمة قد تتضمن أيضاً كشفاً لحقائق ووقائع خطيرة، تهم في جانب منها إحباط عملية خطيرة ومركبة كانت ستستهدف تونس وأمنها في الأيام القليلة الماضية، وقد يكون رئيس الجمهورية، في هذا الباب، وهذه المرة أشد وضوحاً من المرات السابقة، في كشف بعض الحقائق والوقائع”.
ومن المنتظر أيضاً أن يعلن رئيس الجمهورية عن الفريق الحكومي الذي سيكون مكلفاً بتسيير الحكومة إلى جانب رئيس الدولة.
إلى ذلك أعلنت رئيسة كتلة الحزب الدستوري الحر عبير موسي استدعاء عشرة نواب من أعضاء كتلتها للتحقيق معهم لدى الحرس الوطني.
وقالت موسي إن رئيس البرلمان راشد الغنوشي تقدم بدعوى ضد نواب كتلتها، إثر اعتصامهم احتِجاجاً على اتفاقية مقرة بين الحكومة وصندوق قطر للتنمية.
من جهته، أكّد عضو مجلس نواب الشعب التونسي لسعد الحجلاوي للميادين أن ما وصلت إليه تونس اليوم تتحمل النهضة مسؤولية جزء كبير منه أما الجزء الآخر فيتحمله شركاؤها في الحكم.
وأضاف خلال حوار “تونس الجمهورية الثالثة” أن الانتقال إلى وضع أفضل في تونس مرتبط بالخارطة المنتظرة من الرئيس.
هذا وقال رئيس لجنة إدارة الأزمة السياسية في حركة “النهضة” التونسية، محمد القوماني، يوم أمس الاثنين، إنَّ الحركة “تلقّت رسائل الغاضبين من عموم الشعب، ومن فئة الشباب، واستخلصت أخطاءً من مسار ما بعد عام 2011، والذي كانت طرفاً رئيسياً فيه، وفيما آل إليه من وضعيةٍ مأزقيةٍ أدّت إلى تدخل رئيس الجمهورية يوم 25 تموز/يوليو، لكن للأسف لم يتمَّ حلُّ الأزمة بعد”.
وأوضح القوماني، الذي هو أيضاً نائبٌ في البرلمان التونسي المجمّدة أعماله، في حوارٍ مع الإذاعة الوطنية، أنَّ حركة النهضة “شكّلت لجنةً استثنائيةً لإدارة الأزمة السياسية المتعلّقة بالحكم وقصر قرطاج والنظام السياسي بصفةٍ عامَّةٍ”، وأضاف أنَّ هذه اللجنة “ليست لجنةً لإدارة الأزمة الداخلية للحركة”.
كما استنكرت حركة “النهضة” المؤامرات التي تهدِّد أمن تونس والأمن الشخصي لرئيس الجمهورية. ودعت، في بيانٍ، أجهزة الدولة الأمنية والقضائية إلى التحقيق في الموضوع للكشف عن المتورطين فيه، محذّرة من الدسائس الداخلية والخارجية، والتي تعمل على جر البلاد الى عدم الاستقرار.
وأشارت الحركة الى أن القرارات والإجراءات غير الدستورية، والمعلنة في 25 تموز/يوليو وما بعده، تظل استثنائيةً، ولفتت إلى أنَّ هذه القرارات تستدعي تعاون الجميع من أجل تجاوزها
