In his statements to the Iranian television Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council Major General Moḥsen Reẓā’ī confirmed that the Strait of Hormuz “is totally closed”, once again denying the statements of American President Donald Trump about it remaining open and describing this as “a huge lie”.
Reẓā’ī explained that before closing the Strait more than 100 ships were crossing it carrying around 100 million tons of goods, while now only 7, or 8 ships crossing it maximum that are basically Iranian goods.
He pointed out that the American attempts to bring through 5 to 6 ships by smuggling and usually spending massive sums does not end putting these ships in danger of being targeted. He pointed out that Iran hasn’t taken the decisions to sink the American ships that secretly cross through to avoid environmental damages that the oil carriers might cause.
Reẓā’ī revealed that during the upcoming days a “restricted zone” will be announced beyond the Strait of Hormuz that will start from the blockade line of the American naval forces and expands to include the regions of the Gulf. He confirmed that Iran will designate any ship entering this zone on the sanctions list.
He underlined that “the effect of the Iranian sanctions in the Strait will be bigger than the effect of the missiles”, and that Tehran will remain determined to only keep the Strait open once America stops its threats and attacks.
Missile test and operational escalation against the American bases
The Secretary of the Iranian Supreme National Security Council revealed that 48 hours prior the testing of an Iranian anti-destroyer missile had been tested above an American war vessel, confirming that “this new missile created hell for the Americans, so they ran away”.
About the field confrontations, Reẓā’ī announced that the Iranian Armed Forces heavily bombarded the American “Tītīn” Base in Jordan. He explained that Iran monitored American targets and in the beginning decided not to target them, like the “Tītīn” Base and some bases in Erbil, but after eventually targeting those positions “Trump stepped back from the 10 days war he had announced, which was aborted in its infancy”.
The economic folder and the diplomatic negotiations
On the economic and internal field, Reẓā’ī refuted the reports about famine breaking out in the country, saying that the talks about the American economic blockade causing famine in Iran is “a huge lie”, pointing out that the government has anticipated these conditions and has sufficient stockpiles of foodstuff and goods. It also continues to sell oil and retains its wealth.
About the path of the negotiations, Reẓā’ī confirmed that the Americans “broke the trust of Iran to continue the negotiations”, expressing that the major problem in the matter of the Memorandum of Understanding took form in the trust of the guarantees of the mediators, underlining that Iran is ready to follow the path of diplomacy with the conditions of real guarantees.
On Friday official spokesman of the Iranian Army Brigadier General Moḥammad Akramī-Niyā confirmed that problems the American army is facing in the region are the result of the mistakes of their officials attacking an independent state, adding that the appropriate solution for the United States of America is to accept the realities, to take the costs and leave the region.

أكد أمين المجلس الأعلى للأمن القومي الإيراني، الجنرال محسن رضائي، في تصريحات للتلفزيون الإيراني، أنّ مضيق هرمز “مغلق بالكامل”، مجدداً نفي تصريحات الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب حول بقائه مفتوحاً ووصفها بـ “الكذبة الكبيرة”.
وأوضح رضائي أنه قبل إغلاق المضيق كانت تعبره أكثر من 100 سفينة محمّلة بنحو 100 مليون طن من البضائع، بينما لا تعبره الآن سوى 7 إلى 8 سفن كحد أقصى تابعة للسلع الأساسية الإيرانية.
وأشار إلى أنّ المحاولات الأميركية لتمرير 5 إلى 6 سفن عبر التهريب وإنفاق مبالغ كبيرة عادة ما تنتهي بتعرض تلك السفن للاستهداف، لافتاً إلى أنّ إيران لم تتخذ قراراً بإغراق السفن الأميركية التي تعبر سرّاً لتجنّب الأضرار البيئية الناتجة عن شحنات النفط.
وكشف رضائي أنه سيُعلن خلال الأيام المقبلة عن “منطقة محظورة” خارج مضيق هرمز تبدأ من خط حصار القوات البحرية الأميركية وتمتد لتشمل مناطق من الخليج، مؤكداً أنّ إيران ستدرج أي سفينة تدخل هذه المنطقة في قائمة العقوبات.
وشدد على أنّ “تأثير العقوبات الإيرانية في المضيق سيكون أكبر من تأثير الصواريخ”، وأنّ طهران ستلتزم بإبقاء المضيق مفتوحاً فقط عندما تتوقف أميركا عن تهديدها ومهاجمتها.
اختبار صاروخي وتصعيد ميداني ضد القواعد الأميركية
وكشف أمين المجلس الأعلى للأمن القومي الإيراني أنه قبل 48 ساعة جرى لأول مرة اختبار صاروخ إيراني مضاد للمدمرات فوق سفينة حربية أميركية، مؤكداً أنّ “هذا الصاروخ الجديد خلق جحيماً للأميركيين ففرّوا”.
وعلى صعيد المواجهات الميدانية، أعلن رضائي أنّ القوات المسلحة الإيرانية قصفت بشدة قاعدة “تيتين” الأميركية في الأردن. وأوضح أن إيران رصدت أهدافاً أميركية وتعمدت في البداية عدم استهدافها، كقاعدة “تيتين” وبعض القواعد في أربيل، لكن بعد استهداف تلك المواقع لاحقاً “تراجع ترامب عن حرب الـ 10 أيام التي أعلن عنها وتم إجهاضها في مهدها”.
الملف الاقتصادي والمفاوضات الدبلوماسية
وعلى الصعيد الاقتصادي والداخلي، فنّد رضائي الأنباء حول التسبب بمجاعة في البلاد، قائلاً إنّ الحديث عن تسبب الحصار الاقتصادي الأميركي بمجاعة في إيران هو “كذبة كبيرة”، مشيراً إلى أنّ الحكومة كانت تتوقع هذه الظروف ولديها مخزونات كافية من المواد الغذائية والسلع، كما أنها تواصل بيع النفط واستعادة أمواله.
وفيما يتعلق بمسار المفاوضات، أكد رضائي أنّ على الأميركيين “كسب ثقة إيران لمواصلة المفاوضات”، مبيّناً أنّ المشكلة الكبرى في قضية مذكرة التفاهم تمثلت في الثقة بضمانات الوسطاء، ومشدداً على أنّ إيران تتابع مسار الدبلوماسية بشرط وجود ضمانات حقيقية.
والجمعة، أكّد المتحدّث باسم الجيش الإيراني العميد محمد أكرمي نيا أنّ المشكلات التي يواجهها الجيش الأميركي في المنطقة ناتجة من أخطاء مسؤوليه بالاعتداء على دولة مستقلة، مضيفاً أنّ الحلّ المناسب للولايات المتحدة الأميركية هو قبول الحقائق وتحمّل التكاليف والخروج من المنطقة
