In the same context an official at the Islamic Jihad’s office, Dawūd Šihāb said to al-Mayadeen that “the Zionist aggression, which targets the positions of the Syrian Army around Palmyra is only the latest proof of the intentions of the enemy to keep Syria within the range of targeted attacks, pressure, and threat for its security and stability”.
It added: “We strongly renounce this aggression and confirm our standing by brotherly Syria, which represents the strong wall of the Arabism against the normalization. It payed and still pays a heavy toll because for sticking to national principles, and for its clear stance supporting the resistance and the rights of the Palestinian people”.

نقلت وكالة “يونيوز”، عن قيادة غرفة عمليات حلفاء سوريا، أنّها “اتخذت قراراً بالرد القاسي على العدوان على تدمر”، موضحةً أنّ “الأهداف التي هاجمتها الطائرات الإسرائيلية هي مراكز خدمات وتجمّع للشباب”.
وأضافت غرفة عمليات حلفاء سوريا، أنّ “نتيجة هذا الاعتداء سقط عدد من الشهداء والجرحى من الإخوة المجاهدين”، مشيرةً إلى أنّه “لولا الانتشار لكان عدد شهداء الاعتداء كبيراً جداً”.
وقالت غرفة عمليات حلفاء سوريا: “لطالما كانت مهمتنا وحضورنا المشروع في سوريا لمساعدة الدولة السورية، فنحن نعمل تحت رعاية الدولة لمواجهة الإرهابيين والمشروع التكفيري، وعلى رأسهم داعش”.
وأضافت: “على مدى سنوات ونحن نتعرض لاعتداءات من العدو “الإسرائيلي–الأميركي”، وهذه الاعتداءات كانت محاولة لجرنا إلى معارك جانبية لم تكن في أولويات حضورنا في سوريا”.
واعتبرت الغرفة أنّ “الصهاينة تذرّعوا بأنهم يستهدفون أسلحة دقيقة وتجهيزات حساسة تشكل خطراً على كيانهم الغاصب”، مضيفةً أنّه “بعد الهجوم الذي انطلق عبر سماء الأردن ومنطقة التنف السورية المحتلة من الأميركيين.. قررنا الرد”.
وقالت: “اتخذت قراراً بالرد على هذا الاعتداء انتقاماً لأرواح الشهداء ودماء الجرحى”، خاتمةً بقولها: “سيكون الرد قاسياً جداً”.
وفي السياق نفسه، أكد مسؤول المكتب الاعلامي للجهاد الإسلامي داوود شهاب للميادين أن “العدوان الصهيوني الذي استهدف مواقع للجيش السوري في محيط تدمر، هو دليل آخر على أهداف العدو بإبقاء سوريا في دائرة الاستهداف والضغط وتهديد أمنها واستقرارها”.
وأضاف: “نحن ندين هذا العدوان بشدة، ونؤكد وقوفنا إلى جانب سوريا الشقيقة التي تمثّل جدار العروبة الصلب في وجه التطبيع، وهي دفعت وتدفع أثماناً باهظة بسبب تمسكها بالثوابت القومية، وبسبب موقفها الواضح الداعم للمقاومة ولحقوق الشعب الفلسطيني”.
