The correspondent of al-Mayadeen reported that shells fell on Ğarūd al-Harmal at the Lebanese-Syria border originating from the “Hay’at Taḥrīr aš-Šām”.

On Sunday the correspondent of al-Mayadeen reported that missiles had fallen on Ğarūd al-Harmal at the Lebanese border with Syria from artillery positions of the “Hay’at Taḥrīr aš-Šām” at the outskirts of the Syrian al-Quṣayr.

On its behalf the “National Media Agency” reported that two drones of the Syrian militants have fallen at the area of Ğarmāš along the Syrian border.

In a statement issued on Saturday night the Lebanese Army announced that its command issued orders to the military units deployed along the northern and eastern borders of the country ordering to respond to the sources of firing from the Syrian lands towards the Lebanese lands and that was based on the instructions of President Joseph ‘Awn.

The statement confirmed that “the Army units immediately responded with appropriate weaponry, happening after the recent clashes during which several Lebanese areas suffered bombardment and fire”.

This took place after clashes between Lebanese clans and armed men of the Hay’at [Taḥrīr aš-Šām].

More than 10 casualties arrived to the hospitals following the bombardment from rural al-Quṣayr last Friday targeting the border villages at Ğarūd al-Harmal in Lebanon.

On the other hand 3 members of the Hay’at Taḥrīr aš-Šām were killed and 6 others injured in the ongoing clashes with the clans along the Lebanese-Syrian border.

أفاد مراسل الميادين، اليوم الأحد، بسقوط قذائف في جرود الهرمل عند الحدود اللبنانية مع. سوريا، من مرابض المدفعية التابعة لـ”هيئة تحرير الشام” في منطقة ريف القصير السورية.

ومن جهتها، أفادت “الوكالة الوطنية للإعلام” بإسقاط مسيّرتَين للمسلّحين السوريين. فوق منطقة جرماش السورية الحدودية.

وأعلن الجيش اللبناني، في بيان أصدره مساء أمس السبت، أنّ قيادته أصدرت أوامر للوحدات العسكرية. المنتشرة على الحدود الشمالية والشرقية للبلاد، تقضي بالردّ على مصادر النيران من الأراضي. السورية على الأراضي اللبنانية، وذلك بناءً على توجيهات الرئيس جوزاف عون.

وأكد البيان أنّ “وحدات الجيش. باشرت بالردّ بالأسلحة المناسبة، وذلك على خلفيّة الاشتباكات الأخيرة التي تعرّضت. خلالها عدة مناطق لبنانية للقصف وإطلاق النار”.

وجاء ذلك بعد اشتباكات بين العشائر اللبنانية ومسلحي الهيئة

وكانت قد وصلت أكثر من 10 إصابات إلى المستشفيات من جرّاء القصف من ريف القصير، يوم الجمعة. الماضي، والذي استهدف بلدات حدودية في جرود الهرمل في لبنان.

في المقابل، قُتل 3 عناصر من “هيئة تحرير الشام”، بينما أُصيب 6 آخرون، في الاشتباكات المستمرة. مع العشائر عند الحدود اللبنانية – السورية
