The people of the South continue to return to their villages and towns along the border challenging the Israeli Occupation since the first hours of the morning when the 60 days deadline for the withdrawal has ended.

“Our most noble people… today you put the world to shame once again and indeed prove that you are truthful people, that you are loyal people, that you are brave people”.

– the war correspondence of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon takes a brief section of the speech of Martyr as-Sayyid Ḥasan Naṣr Allah celebrating the victory of July 2006 on 26 January 2025 at the same time when the people of the South are returning to their villages.

The return to the South in 2000 following its liberation from the Israeli Occupation and in 2006 after the victory of “True Promise”, then the catharsis on 27 November 2024 after the triumph in “Ūlī al-Ba’s”, these are all times engraved in the memory of the world and once again on the morning of Sunday 26 January 2025 with the return of the people of the South to their villages along the border with the occupied Palestine which was targeted by the Occupation before this last 60 days for more than 15 months.

With the flags of the country and the banners of their Resistance and the pictures of their martyrs with as-Sayyid Ḥasan Naṣr Allah greeting the most noble people they returned once the sun came up that day. 22 of them became martyrs who took part in “Ūlī al-Ba’s” on the way to Jerusalem, who were returned by their fathers and mothers to put them to rest under the ruins with the slogan “we shall rebuild it even more beautiful than it was”, as it was pledged by the Martyr of the Nation”.

The 60 days deadline has passed that has been set for the withdrawal of the Israeli Occupation from Southern Lebanon and its “army” continues to violate it and blow things up. Yet the people of the South are the masters of the land and it is their right to gain it back. So they returned and walking on their feet entered their villages standing proud and heads held high in front of the tanks.

The moved alongside their army and “army, the people and the Resistance” were one. A mother of a martyr was talking to a solder that she wants to retake the body of her son, while the solder tells her: “Your son is my brother”, and then kisses the father missing his son.

Following this on Sunday a solder of the Lebanese Army got martyred following the Israeli Occupation opened fire on him. The soldier, Muḥammad Yūsaf Zahhūr lost his life on the Marwaḥīn–aḍ-Ḍahīra road.

In the Southern District of Beirut the people took to the streets in supportive marches for the return of the people of the South to their villages along the border.

The joy has extended to the al-Biqā‘, which celebrated the return of the people of the South to their villages. The same was in Saḥmur, Ra’s al-‘Ayn and Ṭāryā, where cars and the motorcycles filled the roads.

It should be remembered that Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament Nabīh Barrī confirmed in statement aired on Sunday the sanctity of the blood that flows in the people of the Lebanese South today is increased by the martyrs and the wounded “giving an undeniable proof that Israel goes even further with the violation of the sovereignty of Lebanon”.

He added addressing the people of the South: “You have today proven strength of your forefathers that you are great in your national dignity and the land nothing is cheap for its sake, and that sovereignty is a reality to live by, not some slogan to be written on the wall”.

Lebanese President Joseph ‘Awn commented the return of the people to Southern Lebanon to their villages along the border saying: “I joint our people in the South in the joy of the triumph of justice”, calling upon them “for composure and trust in the Lebanese Army”. He underlined that the army “is always with you whenever you are and will remain committed to your defense at every place”.

‘Awn confirmed that “the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Lebanon is not up for negotiations”, adding: “I follow this matter on the highest level to secure your rights and dignity”.

On his behalf appointed Prime Minister Nawāf Salām confirmed that he joins ‘Awn “with his full trust in the role of the army defending the sovereignty of Lebanon and securing the safe return of the people to the South”.

Similarly, acting Prime Minister Nağīb Mīqātī praised the steadfast people in their land in the South, or those who were forced by the aggression to flee from their lands and especially those to decided to return on Sunday heroically challenging the fire of the aggression.

Mīqātī called upon those states which are overseeing the ceasefire agreement “to carry their responsibilities deterring the aggression and forcing the Israeli enemy to withdraw from those lands it had occupied”.

العودة إلى الجنوب في عام 2000 إبان تحريره من الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، وعام 2006 عقب. نصر “الوعد الصادق”، ثم فجر الـ27 من تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2024 بعد الانتصار في “أولي البأس”، جميعها لحظات. حضرت في أذهان العالم من جديد صباح الأحد الـ26 من كانون الثاني/يناير 2025، مع عودة الجنوبيين إلى قراهم. الحدودية مع فلسطين المحتلة، التي استهدفها الاحتلال منذ ما قبل الأيام الـ60، على مدى أكثر من 15 شهراً

بأعلام بلدهم ورايات مقاومتهم وصور شهدائهم، وعلى رأسهم السيد حسن نصر الله، تزوّد. أشرف الناس، فعادوا إلى حيث أشرقت شمس هذا الأحد. منهم 22 صاروا شهداء، التحقوا بركب “أولي البأس” على. طريق القدس، الذين عاد آباؤهم وأمهاتهم لينتشلوا جثامينهم من تحت الأنقاض الدور التي “سنعيد بناءها أجمل مما كانت”، كما وعد شهيد الأمة

انقضت مهلة الأيام الـ60 المحددة لانسحاب الاحتلال الإسرائيلي من جنوبي لبنان، وواصل “جيشه” خروقاته وتفجيراته. لكن الجنوبيين أصحاب الأرض والحق لم يهابوه، كما لم يهابوه يوماً، فعادوا، وسيراً على. أقدامهم دخلوا قراهم، ووقفوا بهاماتهم العالية ورؤوسهم المرفوعة أمام الدبابات.

إلى جانب جيشهم ساروا، فكانت “جيش، شعب ومقاومة”. أمّ شهيد تناشد جندياً لأنّها تريد. استرداد جثمان ابنها، والجندي يؤكد لها: “ابنك هذا أخي”، ثم يقبّل الأب المشتاق لولده.

وفي غضون ذلك، استشهد جندي من الجيش اللبناني اليوم من جراء إطلاق الاحتلال الإسرائيلي. النار عليه. الجندي محمد يوسف زهور، ارتقى على طريق مروحين – الضهيرة

في الضاحية، خرج السكان في مسيرات. حاشدة، احتفاءً بعودة أهالي الجنوب إلى قراهم الحدودية

وامتدت الفرحة إلى البقاع، الذي احتفل بعودة أهالي الجنوب إلى قراهم، كما في. سحمر ورأس العين وطاريا، حيث جابت السيارات والدراجات النارية الطرقات في مسيرات.

يُذكر أنّ رئيس مجلس النواب اللبناني، نبيه بري، أكد في بيان أصدره الأحد، أنّ معمودية الدم. التي جسّدها اللبنانيون الجنوبيون اليوم بمزيد من الشهداء والجرحى “تؤكد بالدليل القاطع أنّ إسرائيل تمعن في انتهاك سيادة لبنان”.

وأضاف، مخاطباً الجنوبيين: “أنتم اليوم تثبتون للقاصي والداني أنّكم عظماء في انتمائكم الوطني، وأنّ. الأرض كما العرض، ترخص في سبيلها أغلى التضحيات، وأنّ السيادة هي فعل يُعاش وليست شعارات تلوكه الألسن”. 

وعلّق الرئيس اللبناني، جوزاف عون، على عودة أهالي جنوب لبنان إلى قراهم الحدودية، قائلاً: “أشارك. أهلنا في الجنوب فرحة انتصار الحقّ”، داعياً إياهم “إلى ضبط النفس والثقة بالجيش اللبناني”، ومشدداً على. أنّ الجيش “معكم دائماً، حيثما تكونوا يكن، وسيظلّ ملتزماً بحمايتكم وصون أمنكم”.

وأكد عون أنّ “سيادة لبنان ووحدة أراضيه غير قابلة للمساومة”، مضيفاً: “أنا أتابع هذه القضية على. أعلى المستويات لضمان حقوقكم وكرامتكم”.

بدوره، أكد رئيس الحكومة المكلّف، نواف سلام، أنّه يشارك عون “الثقة. الكاملة بدور الجيش في حماية سيادة لبنان وتأمين العودة الآمنة لأهالي الجنوب”. 

كذلك، توجه رئيس حكومة تصريف الأعمال، نجيب ميقاتي، بتحية إكبار إلى الأهالي الصامدين. في أرضهم الجنوب، أو الذين اضطرهم العدوان إلى النزوح قسراً عن. أرضهم، وخصوصاً الذين قرروا العودة الأحد، وواجهوا نيران العدوان ببسالة.

ودعا ميقاتي الدول التي رعت اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار إلى “تحمّل مسؤولياتها في ردع. العدوان وإجبار العدو الاسرائيلي على الانسحاب من الأراضي التي يحتلها
