The Israeli media announced that the main goal for the agreements with some Arab states is “to found a regional alliance containing “Israel”, the Emirates, Bahrain, Sudan, Egypt, Jordan and possibly Saudi Arabia later on to confront the Iranian threat and the Islamic radicalism”.
Expert on Arabic affairs and researcher in the Jerusalem Center for Public and International Affairs Yoni ben Menahim explained in his interview to the Israeli “Channel Seven” that “the main goal for the agreements with some Arab countries makes Sudan a central and a strategic piece in it”.
He pointed out that “there is a higher goal behind the agreements, which were made with some Arab countries and Sudan is an important country from the strategic point of view in along the Red Sea, which is an important matter for Israel”.
He revealed that: “there is a regional desire to form an alliance including “Israel”, the Emirates, Bahrain, Sudan, Egypt, and Jordan, and it seems later on Saudi Arabia as well.
He said that “this alliance will have three objectives: to deal with the Iranian threat, to contain Iran’s expansionary desires in the Middle East; to contain the strengthening and influence of the Muslim Brotherhood axis led by Turkey and Qatar by fighting Islamic radical terrorism; and also to form a bridge between “Israel” and the Palestinians trying to reach a deal after Maḥmūd ‘Abbās left the scene. After that, there will be a chance to step forward in this matter”.
He added that: “the Ḥamās tried to provoke the Sudanese against the normalization and builds on the Islamic forces within Sudan. There are connections between various Islamic parties from a political front to oppose the normalization with “Israel”, but the Sudanese Army – which pushed for the agreement with “Israel” – is not about to allow this. By its assessment, there will be support for the normalization”.

وسائل إعلام إسرائيلية تعلن أن الهدف الأعلى للاتفاقات مع دول عربية هو “إنشاء حلف إقليمي يضم “إسرائيل” والإمارات والبحرين والسودان ومصر والأردن، وربما السعودية لاحقاً لمواجهة الخطر الإيراني والتطرف الإسلامي”.
أوضح الخبير بالشؤون العربية والباحث في المركز المقدسي للشؤون العامة والدولة يوني بن مناحِم، في مقابلة مع “القناة السابعة” الإسرائيلية، أن “الهدف الأعلى للاتفاقات مع دول عربية تشكّل السودان جزءاً مركزياً واستراتيجياً فيها”.
ولفت إلى أن “هناك هدف أعلى من وراء الاتفاقات التي تُنسج مع دول عربية، فالسودان هي دولة مهمة من ناحية استراتيجية في البحر الأحمر وهذا الأمر مهم إسرائيل
وكشف عن “نية لإقامة حلفٍ إقليمي يضم “إسرائيل” والإمارات والبحرين والسودان ومصر والأردن، ولاحقاً على ما يبدو السعودية أيضاً
وقال إن “هذا الحلف ستكون له ثلاثة أهداف: التعامل مع الخطر الإيراني وكبح مناحي تمدد إيران في الشرق الأوسط؛ كبح تعزز وتأثير محور الأخوان المسلمين بقيادة تركيا وقطر ضمن مكافحة الإرهاب الإسلامي المتطرف؛ وكذلك تشكيل جسرٍ بين “إسرائيل” والفلسطينيين في محاولة التوصل إلى تسوية، بعد نزول محمود عباس عن المسرح وسيكون بالإمكان التقدّم في هذا المجال
وأضاف أن “حماس تحاول تحريض السودانيين ضدّ التطبيع، وأنها تبني على القوى الإسلامية داخل السودان، وهناك اتصالات بين شتى الأحزاب الإسلامية لإقامة جبهة سياسية تعارض التطبيع مع “إسرائيل”، لكن الجيش السوداني – الذي دفع إلى الاتفاق مع “إسرائيل” – لا ينوي السماح بهذا، والتقدير لديه هو أنه سيكون هناك تأييد للاتفاق
