The Iranian Security Ministry announced confiscating a major smuggled weapons transport in Sīstān and Balūğistān Province in the southeast of the country that was smuggled by groups linked to the Israeli Mossad service.

On Wednesday the correspondent of al-Mayadeen reported that the Iranian Security Ministry apprehended a large smuggled weapons transport in Sīstān and Balūğistān Province in the southeast of the country.

The correspondent explained that the truck contained American weapons that had been smuggled by groups linked to the Israeli Mossad with the aim to undermine the security of the country and to carry out terrorist operations.

The Public Relations Office of the Intelligence Department in Sīstān and Balūğistān in a statement cited by Tasnim news agency announced “revealing and confiscating more than 210 pieces of military weapons in three separate operations during this month”.

Revolutionary Guards: Ready for a decisive and painful response to any threat

On its behalf the Islamic Revolutionary Guards in a statement confirmed that “the armed forces are in full alert for a decisive and painful response to any threat, or aggression”.

The statement added that “any threat against the security of the country and its territorial integrity will face a severe response surpassing the calculations of the enemies and more severe than True Promise 3 was”.

According to Tasnim, since last month until now more than a thousand pieces of various types of military weapons have been revealed and confiscated in 6 operations , which had been smuggled into Iranian soil via agents.

أفاد مراسل الميادين، اليوم الأربعاء، بأن وزارة الأمن الإيرانية ضبطت شحنة أسلحة كبيرة مهرّبة، في. محافظة سيستان وبلوشستان، جنوب شرقي البلاد.

وأوضح المراسل أنّ الشحنة تتضمّن أسلحة أميركية، تمّ تهريبها من قبل مجموعات تابعة لجهاز “الموساد” الإسرائيلي، بهدف. زعزعة أمن البلاد، وتنفيذ عمليات إرهابية.

مكتب العلاقات العامّة في دائرة الاستخبارات في سيستان وبلوشستان أعلن، في. بيان، نقلته وكالة “تسنيم“، عن “اكتشاف ومصادرة أكثر من 210 قطع من الأسلحة الحربية في ثلاث عمليات منفصلة خلال الشهر  الحالي”.

من جهته، أكّد حرس الثورة الإسلامية في بيان، أنّ “القوات المسلّحة على أتمّ الاستعداد للرد الحاسم. والمؤلم على أي تهديد أو اعتداء”.

وأضاف البيان أنّ “أيّ تهديد ضد أمن البلاد وسلامتها الإقليمية. سيواجه بردّ شديد، يتجاوز حسابات الأعداء، وأقسى من الوعد الصادق 3”.
