The Bloomberg agency speculates the relaunch of the negotiations, which went on with the mediation of the European Union in order to relaunch the Iranian nuclear deal after the journey of President Biden to the region.
The Bloomberg agency mentioned in an article on its website on Friday that “likely the efforts are done by the European Union to revive the Iranian nuclear deal restart after the American President Joe Biden’s trip to the Middle East this month”. Also, Iranian President Ebrāhīm Ra’īsī during a telephone conversation with Qatari Emir Tamīm ibn Ḥamad Āl Tānī held on Thursday confirmed that “the Iranian nuclear program is completely transparent and did not deviate at all from its legal track”. Thus turning attention to that “all efforts must be taken to lift all sanctions against Iran while giving the necessary reassurances”.
In the same context, the EU had expressed earlier on Thursday its “worries about not being able to revive the Iranian nuclear deal signed in 2015”. Also prompted all sides to “use the chance to reach an agreement based on the text put on the table”.

وكالة “بلومبيرغ” ترجّح استئناف المفاوضات، التي تتمّ بوساطة أوروبية من أجل إحياء الاتفاق النووي الإيراني، بعد زيارة الرئيس الأميركي، جو بايدن، للمنطقة
ذكرت وكالة “بلومبيرغ”، في مقال في موقعها الإلكتروني، اليوم الجمعة، أنّ “من المرجَّح أن تُستأنف الجهود، التي تتمّ بوساطة أوروبية لإحياء الاتفاق النووي الإيراني، بعد زيارة الرئيس الأميركي، جو بايدن، للمنطقة هذا الشهر”، بعد “عدم نجاح جولة محادثات مكثفة في الدوحة، في اليومين الفائتين، في الوصول إلى نتائج ملموسة”، وفق الوكالة.
وبحسب “بلومبيرغ”، قال دبلوماسيان أوروبيان “مطّلعان، بصورة مباشرة، على مفاوضات هذا الأسبوع، إنّه في حين أنّ “المحادثات لم تتقدّم، فمن المتوقّع أن تتأجل الجهود لإحياء الاتفاقية إلى ما بعد الموعد النهائي في تموز/يوليو، والذي اقترحته الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية التابعة للأمم المتحدة”.
وأشارت الوكالة إلى أنّ دبلوماسياً أوروبياً رجّح أنّ “الجهود قد تُستأنف في العاصمة القطرية الدوحة، بعد زيارة بايدن”.
ورجّحت الوكالة أن “يتمّ البحث عن حل وسطي بين الطرفين حتى الربع الثالث (من العام الحالي) على الأقل”، وبعد ذلك “ستُجري الولايات المتحدة انتخابات للكونغرس قد تُضعف موقف بايدن، داخلياً وخارجياً”.
ونقلت الوكالة، عن دبلوماسيين أوروبيين، أنّه حالياً “يتمّ تشجيع دول الخليج على أداء دور أكثر نشاطاً بالنسبة إلى البرنامج النووي الإيراني، مع بلوغ دور الاتحاد الأوروبي كوسيط حدوده”.
وأكّد سفير إيران لدى الأمم المتحدة، مجيد تخت روانجي، في تصريح له أمس الخميس، أنّ محادثات الدوحة كانت “إيجابية”، وأنّ إيران طالبت بـ”ضمانات يمكن التحقُّق منها”، ومفادها أنّ “واشنطن لن تنسحب مجدداً من الاتفاق”.
كذلك، أكّد الرئيس الإيراني، إبراهيم رئيسي، خلال اتصال هاتفي تلقّاه من أمير قطر، تميم بن حمد آل ثاني، أمس الخميس، أنّ “البرنامج النووي الإيراني شفّاف بالكامل، ولم ينحرف أبداً عن مساره القانوني”، لافتاً إلى أنّ “كلّ الجهود يجب أن تنصبّ في مسار رفع كامل العقوبات عن إيران، مع تقديم الضمانات اللازمة”.
