Security expert Ṣabāḥ al-‘Ukayli warned on Friday from an American plan to instigate a coup in Iraq through conspiracy with some of the security leaders, like what the Commander of the al-Anbār [province] operations, Maḥmūd al-Fallāḥī did. Pointing out that the interogation of al-Fallāḥī will open the door for the investigation of even more tape recordings, which might uncover more conspiracies.

Al-‘Ukaylī said in his remarks to the “al-Ma‘lūma” that “the American side’s action to enter more than 100 new machines to the ‘Ayn al-Asad Base in al-Anbār done through the Ṭarībīl entry point coming from Jordan with the expansion of that base poses many questions.”
He added that “the government has all the proofs and legal jurisdiction to expel the American troops from the country, especially after there is no need anymore for the existence of American troops in Iraqi soil.”
Al-‘Ukaylī warned from “the preparation of the American side for a coup in Iraq through spying and conspiracy with some of the security leaders all over the country. Just like what the Commander the al-Anbār [province] operations, Maḥmūd al-Fallāḥī did by leaking intelligence to America.”
He explained that “the verification of the intercepted recording to al-Fallāḥī leads to the investigation of other conversations and recordings, which all prove the involvement of some of the political and security leaders in the conspiracy against Iraq with the American side.”

حذر الخبير الامني صباح العكيلي، الجمعة، من مخطط اميركي لاحداث انقلاب في العراق عبر التآمر مع بعض القادة الامنيين على غرار ماقام به قائد عمليات الانبار محمود الفلاحي، مبيناً ان نتائج التحقيق مع الفلاحي ستفتح الباب امام التحقيق بمكالمات اخرى قد تكشف مؤامرات اخرى
وقال العكيلي في تصريح لـ “المعلومة”، ان “قيام الجانب الاميركي بادخال اكثر من 100 آلية جديدة الى قاعدة عين الاسد بالانبار عبر منفذ طريبيل الحدودي قادمة من الاردن اضافة الى توسيع تلك القاعدة، امر يثير الكثير من التساؤلات”
واضاف ان “الحكومة تمتلك جميع الادلة والصلاحيات القانونية لاخراج القوات الاميركية من البلاد، خاصة بعد انتفاء الحاجة لوجود الاميركان داخل الاراضي العراقية”
وحذر العكيلي من “تحضير الجانب الاميركي لانقلاب في العراق عبر التخابر والتآمر مع بعض القادة الامنيين في مختلف مناطق البلاد، على غرار ماقام به قائد عمليات الانبار محمود الفلاحي من تسريب معلومات الى اميركا”
واوضح ان “اثبات صحة التسجيل المسرب للفلاحي يقود الى التحقيق بمكالمات وتسجيلات اخرى، تثبت تورط بعض القادة السياسيين والامنيين في التآمر على العراق مع الجانب الاميركي”
