The Secretary-General of the “ ‘Aṣā’ib Ahl al-Ḥaqq” [organization] announced the termination of the ceasefire with the American forces and warned about the Turkish threat to Iraq and about the threat that there is a spy within the triple Iraqi presidency.
The Secretary-General of the “ ‘Aṣā’ib Ahl al-Ḥaqq” [organization] in Iraq, Qays al-Hazz ‘Alī today, on Thursday that “the ceasefire with the Americans is over as they did not fulfill its conditions”. Adding that “We will exploit the principle of full right to confront the foreign forces”.
Al-Hazz ‘Alī added that: “Upon the crimes committed by the American forces the Iraqi laws should be applied”. Thus point to the constitution, “No military camps can be set up, only by the approval of the Parliament”.
The Iraqi Parliament has already asked the Iraqi government in January to work to end the presence of any foreign troops on Iraqi soil and to enforce the Iraqi government to cancel the request for support from the “International Coalition” to fight Dā‘iš.
Al-Hazz ‘Alī pointed out that: “the threats by the American side to move the embassy were not precise, but instead meant physiological warfare to exercise pressure”.
Al-Hazz ‘Alī revealed the presence of “information, but not prof, about the matter that there is a spy within the triple presidency”.
On the other hand al-Hazz, ‘Alī pointed out that that the American policy “does not want good for Iraq and the region, but instead seeks the strategic security of the Israeli entity”. Thus adding that: “the victory of Joe Biden will have implications for the region and for Iraq”.
Al-Hazz ‘Alī reminded that President Donald Trump “was acting outside of the framework of the American policy and the victory of Joe Biden means a return to the American policy within the given framework within a certain logic”.
He pointed out that: “Certain regimes in the region were benefitting from Trump, they are sad by his loss and the top of them there is Saudi Arabia”. Thus pointing out that: “His loss will have consequences to the situation in Iraq. There is a certain political group, which was benefiting from him”.
Answering the accusations that the Iraqi resistance “has no problem” with the American presence, only if it was “not welcomed by Iran”, al-Hazz ‘Alī confided that the motivations of the Iraqi resistance against the foreign forces are solely patriotic and have no connection to any sides. He revealed that he corresponded with Commander of the Jerusalem Forces Brigadier-General Esmā‘īl Qaānī confirming to him that the Aṣā’ib has the intention to respond to the American bombardment against the sites of the resistance and the assassination of the two martyrs, al-Ḥāğ Abū Mahdī al-Muhandis and General Qāsem Soleymānī.
Al-Hazz ‘Alī explained that there is a common interest between the Iraqi resistance and Tehran, yet this does not deny that the motivations of the Iraqi resistance are 100% patriotic to answer to the Americans, far from the pressure Tehran faces.
In his letter to Qaānī, he said that: “the Americans are occupying our country. Those who got martyred in al-Qā‘im [Base] are our brothers in the al-Ḥašd [Popular Mobilization]. The depots which were bombarded are the depots of the al-Ḥašd. Who got martyred in the airport is the Chief of Staff of the al-Ḥašd aš-Ša‘abī Abū Mahdī al-Muhandis, and even Commander Soleymānī was our guest. Therefore we are concerned in the matter independents from other considerations”. Adding that he informed the Iranian side that: “While Iran faces any provocations or pressure, the Iraqi resistance has 100% patriotic motivations to respond to the Americans”.
At the same time, Al-Hazz ‘Alī warned about the Turkish threat in the north of the country, saying that this: “will be more dangerous, more severe and even bigger than the American threat”. Adding that: “in the next period the Ottoman ideological program will unfold demanding Turkey’s right in Northern Iraq”.
A security officer in the “Iraqi Ḥizb Allah Battalions” Abū ‘Alī al-‘Askarī said on his own term a few days ago that: “Factions of the Iraqi resistance will inform the conditions it gives the enemy, in case it took aggression against any members of the al-Ḥašd aš-Ša‘abī or the Iraqi resistance”.
It should be mentioned that the spokesman of the “Iraqi Ḥizb Allah Battalions” Muḥammad Muḥiyyī revealed American letters to al-Mayadeen “begging the Iraqi resistance to stop its operations against the American forces”.

أمين عام “عصائب أهل الحق” يعلن انتهاء الهدنة مع القوات الأميركية، ويحذّر من التهديد التركي على العراق وخطر وجود جاسوس ضمن الرئاسات العراقية الثلاث
قال أمين عام “عصائب أهل الحق” في العراق قيس الخزعلي، اليوم الخميس، إن “الهدنة مع الأميركيين انتهت لعدم تحقق شروطها”، مضيفاً أنه “سنثبت المبدأ في الحق الكامل للتصدي العسكري للقوات الأجنبية
وأضاف الخزعلي أن “الجرائم التي نفذتها القوات الأميركية من المفترض أن تطبق عليها القوانين العراقية”، لافتاً إلى أن الدستور “لا يجيز إقامة أي قواعد عسكرية إلا بموافقة البرلمان
وكان البرلمان العراقي قد طلب من الحكومة العراقية، في كانون الثاني/يناير، العمل على إنهاء تواجد أي قوات أجنبية على الأراضي العراقية، وإلزام الحكومة بإلغاء طلب المساعدة من “التحالف الدولي” لمحاربة “داعش
وأشار الخزعلي إلى أن “التهديدات التي صدرت من الجانب الأميركي بشأن نقل السفارة، لم تكن دقيقة، وإنما كانت حرب نفسية هدفها الضغط
وكشف الخزعلي عن وجود “معلومات وليس أدلة، حول قضية وجود جاسوس من ضمن الرئاسات الثلاث
من جهة أخرى، أكد الخزعلي أن السياسة الأميركية “لا تريد الخير للعراق والمنطقة، بقدر ما هي تفضل الأمن الاستراتيجي للكيان الإسرائيلي”، مضيفاً أن “فوز جو بايدن سيكون له تداعيات في المنطقة والعراق
وذكر الخزعلي أن الرئيس دونالد ترامب “كان يعمل خارج سياقات السياسة الأميركية، وفوز بايدن معناه عودة السياسة الأميركية وفق سياقات معينة لها منطق معين
ولفت إلى أن “أنظمة معينة في المنطقة مستفيدة من ترامب، حزينة على خسارته، وفي مقدمتها النظام السعودي”، مبيناً أن “خسارته سيكون لها تداعيات على وضع العراق، وهناك فريق سياسي معين كان مستفيداً منه
ورداً حول الاتهامات بأن المقاومة العراقية “لامشكلة لديها” مع الوجود الأميركي إلا إذا كان “غير مرضي عنه إيرانياً، أكد الخزعلي أن دوافع المقاومة العراقية ضد القوات الأجنبية هي وطنية بحت، ولا علاقة لأي جهة بها، كشف أنه راسل قائد قوة القدس العميد إسماعيل قاآني، مؤكداً له أن العصائب معنية بالرد على القصف الأميركي لمواقع المقاومة، واغتيالها الشهيدين الحاج أبو مهدي المهندس والفريق قاسم سليماني

وقال في رسالته لقآاني، إن “الأميركيين يحتلون بلدنا، والذين استشهدوا في القائم أخواننا في الحشد، والمخازن التي قصفت هي مخازن الحشد، والذي استشهد في المطار، هو رئيس أركان الحشد الشعبي أبو مهدي المهندس، وحتى القائد سليماني كان ضيفنا، لذلك نحن معنيين بالموضوع، بغض النظر عن حسابات أخرى”، مضيفاً أنه أبلغ الجانب الإيراني، أنه “في حال تعرضت إيران لأي احراجات وضغوط، فإن المقاومة العراقية لديها دوافعها الوطنية 100% للرد على الأميركي
كما وحذّر الخزعلي من التهديد التركي في شمال البلاد، قائلاً إنه “سيكون أخطر وأكبر وأشد من التهديد الأميركي”، مضيفاً أنه “وخلال المرحلة المقبلة ستبرز النبرة الإردوغانية العثمانية المطالبة بحق تركيا في شمال العراق
