On Tuesday Member of the Anṣār Allah Movement Muḥammad al-Faraḥ said that the Yemeni Armed Forces repelled an onslaught carried out by mercenaries of Saudi Arabia towards the al-Labināt Mountains in the eastern part of al-Ğawf Province.
Al-Faraḥ added that armed forces targeted the reinforcements of the forces loyal to Saudi Arabia in al-Ğawf with a number of ballistic missiles, pointing out that the strikes led to the burn out and the destruction of dozens of vehicles and crew.
Al-Faraḥ explained that due to the targeted attack dozens of dead and wounded have fallen, including commanders.
In the same context the Yemeni Supreme Political Committee confirmed “that targeting detainees and civilians represent a dangerous escalation and violation of the international humanitarian law”. قال عضو المكتب السياسي لحركة أنصار الله، محمد الفرح، اليوم الثلاثاء، إن القوات المسلحة اليمنية تصدت لزحف نفذته مرتزقة تابعة للسعودية باتجاه جبال اللَّبِنات شرقي محافظة الجوف.
وأضاف الفرح أن القوات المسلحة استهدفت تعزيزات القوات الموالية للسعودية في الجوف بعدد من الصواريخ الباليستية، مشيراً إلى أن الضربات أدت إلى إحراق وإعطاب عشرات الآليات والأطقم.
وأوضح الفرح أن الاستهداف أسفر عن سقوط عشرات القتلى والجرحى، بينهم قيادات.
في سياق متصل، أكد المجلس السياسي الأعلى في اليمن أن “استهداف المحتجزين والمدنيين يمثل تصعيداً خطيراً وانتهاكاً للقانون الدولي الإنساني”، مديناً بأشد العبارات استهداف الإصلاحية المركزية بمدينة الحزم في محافظة الجوف، وحمّل السعودية المسؤولية الكاملة عن الجريمة وتداعياتها
