Al-Burhān’s speech came while he was addressing the officers and the soldiers of the army in the military district of Omdurman to the West of Khartoum, where he said: “the Armed Forces have no problem with negotiating, but how could this be process be done and in what format? As long as the war continues we shall not negotiate. As long as the homes of the citizens and the cities of al-Ğanīna, Niyālā, Zālinğī, Khartoum, aḍ-Ḍa‘īn and al-Ğazīra are occupied we shall not negotiate”.
Al-Burhām stated: “If the rebels wanted to negotiate, they first have to pull out their forces beyond these cities and concentrate them into specific areas”, adding: “We are committed to the Jeddah accords, but the other side has to fulfill its obligations, as it was agreed in Jeddah”.
The President of the Sudanese Transitional Sovereignty Council had confirmed two days ago that those conspiring against the people will have no role in the administration of the country in the future, underlining that “this struggle will end with the victory of the armed force and the Sudanese people.
Lately the UN fact finding mission in Sudan reported that the fighting that had started almost a year ago in the country left behind thousands of civilians killed and millions of refugees.
Chief spokesman of UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, Stephane Dujarric said that “the mission had stated that the fighting between the Sudanese Armed Forces and the Rapid Support Forces has claimed the lives of thousands of civilians since the beginning it had started in April last year”.
Dujarric added: “More than 6 million people became internal refugees, while almost two million refugees escaped to neighboring states”. He also said: “There are around 24 million people in need of aid”.
According to Dujarric is scheduled that France, Germany and the EU will participate in hosting a humanitarian conference about Sudan and its neighbors in Paris next Monday.
Monday 15 April will coincide with the first anniversary of the conflict breaking out in Sudan, which resulted in the murder of thousands of civilians, the explosion of millions and the destruction of much of the country’s infrastructure, especially in the capital Khartoum.

أكّد رئيس مجلس السيادة الانتقالي في السودان، عبد الفتاح البرهان، أنّه لن يتفاوض مع قوات. “الدعم السريع” طالما الحرب مستمرة، مشدّداً على التزامه بـ “منبر جدّة” وضرورة تنفيذ “الدعم السريع” للالتزامات التي تعهّدت بها.
وجاء حديث البرهان خلال مخاطبة ضباط وجنود الجيش في منطقة أم درمان العسكرية غربي. الخرطوم، وقال فيها: “القوات المسلحة ليست لها مشكلة مع التفاوض ولكن كيف تتم هذه العملية وبأيّ صورة؟ طالما الحرب مستمرة لن نتفاوض وطالما أن هناك احتلالاً لمنازل المواطنين ومدن الجنينة ونيالا وزالنجي والخرطوم والضعين والجزيرة فلن نتفاوض”.
وأردف البرهان “إذا رغب المتمردون في التفاوض، عليهم أولاً إخراج قواتهم خارج هذه المدن، وتجميعها. في مناطق محددة”، مضيفاً: “نحن ملتزمون بمنبر جدّة، ولكن على الطرف الآخر تنفيذ. الالتزامات التي عليه، وفق ما تم التوقيع عليه في جدّة”.
رئيس مجلس السيادة الانتقالي في السودان أكّد، قبل يومين، أنّ المتآمرين على. الشعب لن يكون لهم دور في إدارة البلاد مستقبلاً، مشدّداً على أن “هذه المعركة ستنتهي بانتصار القوات المسلحة والشعب السوداني.
ومؤخراً، أفادت بعثة الأمم المتحدة لتقصّي الحقائق في السودان، بأنّ القتال الذي. بدأ منذ ما يقرب من عام في البلاد، خلّف آلاف القتلى المدنيين وملايين النازحين.
وقال كبير المتحدثين باسم الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أنطونيو غوتيريش، ستيفان دوجاريك، إنّ “البعثة قالت إنّ القتال بين القوات المسلحة السودانية وقوات الدعم السريع أودى بحياة الآلاف من المدنيين، منذ أن بدأ في نيسان/أبريل العام الماضي”.
وأضاف دوجاريك: “نزح أكثر من 6 ملايين شخص داخلياً، في حين هرب ما يقرب. من مليوني لاجئ إلى البلدان المجاورة”، ومضى، قائلاً: “يوجد ما يقرب من 24 مليون شخص بحاجة إلى مساعدات”.
ومن المقرّر أن تشارك فرنسا وألمانيا والاتحاد الأوروبي في استضافة مؤتمر إنساني. للسودان وجيرانه في باريس، يوم الاثنين المقبل، بحسب دوجاريك.
ويصادف يوم الاثنين المقبل 15 نيسان/أبريل الجاري، الذكرى السنوية الأولى لاندلاع. الصراع الواسع النطاق في السودان، والذي أسفر عن مقتل آلاف المدنيين وتشريد الملايين وتدمير الكثير من البنية التحتية للبلاد، وخاصةً في العاصمة الخرطوم
