Tehran confirms that the next government led by Mas‘ūd Pezeškiyān is ready for conducting negotiations to secure the commitment of the parties to what the nuclear deal held.

President of the council tasked with choosing the members of the new Iranian government Moḥammad Ğavād Ẓarīf confirms that “the next government led by Mas‘ūd Pezeškiyān is ready to conduct negotiations in order to secure the commitment of the parties to what the nuclear deal held, as it is an unprecedented diplomatic achievement”.
Ẓarīf underlined that “the steps of Iran is response to the American sanctions were fully within the nuclear agreement”.
Ẓarīf continued that “a law of strategic measures to combat the sanctions have been adopted by the Parliament and it has to be implemented and carried out in any negotiations”.
The Iranian Parliament on 2 November 2020 adopted a law of “strategic measures to cancel the sanctions”, accepted by the majority of MPs, shortly after the assassination of the Director of the Research and Development Organization Moḥsen Fahrīzāde.
The Iranian Parliament adopted the law of “Strategic measures” to cancel the sanctions to take important nuclear steps forcing the other parties to lift the sanctions, including the increase of the level of enrichment to 5%, then 20% and finally 60% within several steps.
The indirect negotiations with the United States are ongoing
Official spokesman of the Iranian Foreign Ministry Nāṣer Ka‘ānī said that the cooldown of the relations between Iran and Europe is the result of the mistaken European calculations, or because of the American pressure, confirming that if Europe gave up its policy towards Iran the relations would witness a noticeable progress.
On his behalf Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs Reẓā Nağafī confirmed that the indirect negotiations with the United State are still ongoing until this day, adding that “the other side is not ready to enter negotiations in a serious fashion because of the current elections and internal matters”.
Nağafī added that “Iran has never left the negotiating table and the next Iranian government will continue the negotiations”.

أكد رئيس المجلس المكلف اختيار أعضاء الحكومة الإيرانية الجديدة، محمد جواد ظريف، أنّ. “الحكومة المقبلة برئاسة مسعود بزشكيان مستعدة لإجراء مفاوضات من أجل ضمان التزام الأطراف. ما جاء في الاتفاق النووي، كونه إنجازاً دبلوماسياً لا مثيل له”.
وشدد ظريف على أنّ “خطوات إيران، رداً على العقوبات الأميركية، كانت ضمن إطار الاتفاق النووي بالكامل”.
وتابع ظريف أنّ “قانون الإجراء الاستراتيجي لمواجهة العقوبات تمّ تمريره في المجلس، ويجب تنفيذه والتزامه في أي مفاوضات”.
وصادق مجلس الشورى الإيراني، في الـ2 من تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2020، على قانون. “الإجراءات الإستراتيجية لإلغاء العقوبات”، بموافقة أغلبية النواب في المجلس، بعيد اغتيال رئيس منظمة البحث والتطوير في الوزارة محسن فخري زادة.
وأقر البرلمان الإيراني قانون “الإجراء الاستراتيجي” من أجل إلغاء العقوبات لاتخاذ. خطوات نووية مهمة لإجبار الطرف الآخر على رفع العقوبات، منها رفع. مستوى التخصيب إلى 5، ثم 20، ثم 60%، ضمن عدة مراحل.
المحادثات غير المباشرة مع الولايات المتحدة مستمرة
وقال المتحدث باسم وزارة الخارجية الإيرانية، ناصر كنعاني، إنّ الفتور في العلاقات بين إيران. وأوروبا هو نتيجة الحسابات الأوروبية الخاطئة، أو بسبب الضغوط الأميركية، مؤكداً أنّه إذا استقلت. أوروبا في سياساتها تجاه إيران فستشهد العلاقات تقدماً ملحوظاً.
بدوره، أكد مساعد وزير الخارجية الايرانية للشؤون القانونية والدولية، رضا نجفي، أنّ المحادثات. غير المباشرة مع الولايات المتحدة ما زالت مستمرة حتى اليوم، مضيفاً أنّ “الطرف الآخر غير. مستعد للدخول بصورة جدية في المحادثات، بسبب الانتخابات الحالية وشؤون داخلية”.
وأضاف نجفي أنّ “إيران لم تترك طاولة المفاوضات أبداً، والحكومة الإيرانية المقبلة ستكمل المحادثات
