President of the “Saudi and Emirati supported Presidential Command Council in Yemen” Rašād al-‘Ulaymī orders taking all the necessary legal and administrative steps against any violations against the united decisions after ministers and officials representing the “Transitional Council” announced their support for the separation.

“The Saudi and Emirati supported Presidential Command Council in Yemen” issued a statement about the announcement of ministers and officials representing the “Transitional Council” in which they supported the steps of the “Transitional Council” demanding the separation.
It explained that the statements issued by some of the ministers and executive officials in the government, who supported a political position that is not within their official duties and are unreconcilable with the constitutional and legal principles set up for the transitional period.
It added that the President of the President of the “Saudi and Emirati supported Presidential Command Council in Yemen” Rašād al-‘Ulaymī ordered the government and the designated authorities to take all the necessary legal and administrative steps against any violations against the united decisions, or tries to impose policies that are beyond the constitutional framework and the principles of the transitional period. Also to work all measures to “defend the legal center of the state” and the unity of its institutions.
They pointed out that exploiting power and using the official position, or and official title to gain political benefits all count as a massive violation of the constitution and the law, but also the general official duties.
It added that this also causes “damages to legal center of the state and to the unity of the executives authority and threatens the social peace and the present national accord that dictates necessary legal accountability and the punishment of the perpetrators”.
Al-‘Ulaymī has called upon the partners constituting the “Transitional Council” for the let wisdom and the language of dialogue take hold of them putting ahead the people and the highest national interests, the regional and international security and the unprecedented threats.
The “Presidential Command Council” pointed out that presidential decrees dictate strict adherence by all executive officials in the government and to act according to the decrees of the “Presidential Command Council”, the governmental program and the principles of the transitional period, most of all “the power transition declaration and the Riyadh agreement”.
It should be noted that al-‘Ulaymī is no longer present in Aden, but in Saudi Arabia, as he had left after the “Transition” took control over Ḥadramawt and al-Mahra few weeks ago.

أصدر “مجلس القيادة الرئاسي المعيّن سعودياً وإماراتياً في. اليمن”، بياناً بشأن إعلان وزراء ومسؤولين يمثّلون “المجلس. الانتقالي” تأييدهم لخطوات “المجلس الانتقالي” المطالبة بالانفصال.
وأوضح أنّ التصريحات الصادرة عن بعض الوزراء والمسؤولين التنفيذيين في الحكومة. تضمّنت مواقف سياسية لا تندرج ضمن. مهامهم الوظيفية ولا تنسجم مع المرجعيات الدستورية والقانونية الناظمة للمرحلة الانتقالية.
وأضاف أنّ رئيس “مجلس القيادة الرئاسي” رشاد العليمي وجّه الحكومة، والسلطات. المعنية باتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية والإدارية كافة بحقّ أيّ تجاوزات تمسّ. وحدة القرار، أو تحاول فرض أيّ سياسات خارج الأطر الدستورية، ومرجعيات المرحلة. الانتقالية، والعمل بكلّ الوسائل على “حماية المركز القانوني للدولة”، ووحدة مؤسساتها
وأشار إلى أنّ استغلال السلطة واستخدام الصفة الوظيفية، أو المنصب. الرسمي لتحقيق مكاسب سياسية، يعدّ خرقاً جسيماً للدستور. والقانون، وواجبات الوظيفة العامّة.
وأضاف أنّ ذلك يُشكّل أيضاً “إضراراً بالمركز القانوني للدولة، ووحدة. السلطة التنفيذية، ومساساً بالسلم الأهلي، والتوافق الوطني. القائم، ما يستوجب المساءلة القانونية اللازمة ومعاقبة مرتكبيها”.
ودعا العليمي الشركاء في مكوّن “المجلس الانتقالي” إلى تغليب. الحكمة، ولغة الحوار وتجنيب الشعب والمصالح. العليا للبلاد، والأمن الإقليمي والدولي تهديدات غير مسبوقة.
ولفت “مجلس القيادة الرئاسي” إلى أنّ التوجيهات الرئاسية، تقضي. بالالتزام الصارم من جانب جميع المسؤولين التنفيذيين في. الحكومة، والعمل وفق قرارات “مجلس القيادة الرئاسي”، والبرنامج. الحكومي، ومرجعيات المرحلة الانتقالية، وفي مقدمتها “إعلان. نقل السلطة، واتفاق الرياض”.
يشار إلى أنّ العليمي لم يعد موجوداً في عدن بل في السعودية. إذ غادرها بعد سيطرة “الانتقالي” على حضرموت والمهرة قبل أسابيع
