The leaders of four Arab states are heading to China in an official visit in order to participate in the opening of the ministerial conference of the 10th Chinese-Arabic Cooperation Forum from 28 May to 1 June.

The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on Monday that the leaders of four Arab states, that of Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Tunisia will visit China this week.
Official spokesman of the Chinese Foreign Ministry Hua Chun Ying in a statement said that the presidents of the these states will hold a state visit to China and will participate in the opening of the ministerial conference of the 10th Chinese-Arabic Cooperation Forum from 28 May to 1 June.
The delegation will include Egyptian President ‘Abd al-Fattāḥ as-Sīsī, King of Bahrain Ḥamad ibn ‘Īsā Āl Halīfa, Tunisian President Qays Sa‘īd and President of the United Arab Emirates Muḥammad ibn Zāyid Āl Nahyān.
On his behalf Chinese Deputy Foreign Minister Ding Lee at a press conference in Beijing said that Chinese President Xi Jin Ping will participate in the forum and will have a speech on Thursday.
He added that Xi will also hold negotiations with the leaders of the four Arab states in order to “exchange views about the bilateral ties and about the mutually important regional and international matters”.
At the presidency of the forum Chinese Foreign Minister Vang Yi and his Mauritanian colleague Muḥammad Sālim Walad Marzūk will also participate.
Ding mentioned that the Forum will aim to “deepen the agreement between China and the Arab states and to talk on one voice about the Palestinian matter”.
It should be remembered that the Chinese Foreign Ministry in the beginning of March described the Israeli war against Gaza as “a mark of shame on civilization”, reiterating the calls of Beijing for “an immediate ceasefire”.
He confirmed his country’s support for the right of Palestine for being a full member of the United Nations.
China’s envoy to the U.N. Security Council Chang Jun demanded an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, calling for opening all the land border crossings with the Gaza Strip and allowing the entry of the humanitarian aid.
It should be pointed out that “Israel” must comply with the international humanitarian law and stop launching attacks against the civilian infrastructure and the rescue operations in Gaza.

أعلنت وزارة الخارجية في الصين، اليوم الاثنين، أنّ زعماء أربع دول عربية، هي مصر والإمارات العربية المتحدة والبحرين وتونس، سيتوجهون لزيارة الصين هذا الأسبوع.
وقالت الناطقة باسم وزارة الخارجية الصينية، هوا تشونينغ، في بيان، إنّ رؤساء هذه الدول. سيُجرون زيارة دولة للصين ويحضرون افتتاح المؤتمر الوزاري الـ10 لمنتدى التعاون الصيني. العربي، من الـ28 من أيار/مايو إلى الـ1 من حزيران/يونيو”.
وسيضم الوفد، الرئيس المصري عبد الفتاح السيسي، وملك البحرين حمد بن عيسى آل خليفة، والرئيس. التونسي قيس سعيّد، ورئيس الإمارات العربية المتحدة محمد بن زايد آل نهيان.
بدوره، قال نائب وزير الخارجية الصيني، دينغ لي، في مؤتمر صحافي في بكين، إنّ. الرئيس الصيني، شي جين بينغ، سيحضر المنتدى، ويُلقي خطاباً يوم الخميس المقبل.
وأضاف أنّ شي سيُجري أيضاً محادثات مع زعماء الدول الأربع، من أجل “تبادل وجهات النظر. بشأن العلاقات الثنائية والقضايا الإقليمية والدولية وذات الاهتمام المشترك”.
كما سيشارك في رئاسة المنتدى وزير الخارجية الصيني، وانغ يي، ونظيره الموريتاني، محمد سالم ولد مرزوك.
وذكر دينغ أنّ المنتدى يهدف إلى “تعميق التوافق بين الصين والدول العربية، والتكلم بصوت واحد بشأن القضيّة الفلسطينيّة”.
يُذكر أنّ وزير الخارجية الصيني وصف الحرب الإسرائيلية على غزة، مطلع آذار/مارس. الماضي، بأنّها “وصمة عار على الحضارة”، مكرراً دعوات بكين إلى “وقف فوري لإطلاق النار“.
وأكّد دعم بلاده حق فلسطين في العضوية الكاملة في الأمم المتحدة.
وطالب مندوب الصين في مجلس الأمن، تشانغ جون، بوقف إطلاق النار فوراً في غزة، داعياً. إلى فتح جميع المعابر البرية مع قطاع غزة، والسماح بدخول المساعدات الإنسانية.
ولفت إلى أنّ على “إسرائيل” الامتثال للقانون الإنساني الدولي، والتوقف عن شنّ الهجمات على المنشآت المدنية وعمال الإغاثة في غزة
